All good, apartment is clean and modern. I like the built in soap and shampoo holder in the bathrooms but they were running out on the second day and we asked for them to refill but never did. Pool is too small, not like the picture. We parked our car there but cant use the key card to access the parking level via lift, so need to always go to the receptionist first to give us access. Its a hassle, especially when we checked out, we had to bring our luggage’s down stairs first.

Photos on expedia made it look better than it was, especially the pool area. Too small and not family friendly at all. Elevatators were very slow and frustrating and some power points were not working properly

Have stayed many times at the WRAP and this was stay was not their finest moment. Broken down lift, no hot water on the public holiday Friday and poor communication about the lack of hot water or what was being done to fix

Room was comfortable However wasn’t happy with towels left behind from cleaners (they were in a ba). Left a bit of a smell Elevator is slow. To get to the parking the reception needs to use the key to the floor you parked. However great location and comfy room. Good shower

Great location to be able to walk to Crown or the city. Lovely modern rooms and well equipped. Couple of downsides though; when you pay for a city view room and you get a lower level and can only see into the buildings opposite you. There is no “city” view on the lower levels. The other downside would be the lifts. Seems to take a really long time to be able to get to the ground floor. Multiple times lifts would be full and you have to wait 3,4 or sometimes 5 times until you can get in and do what you have too. Not to do with the hotel directly, the restaurant that offers room service is expensive especially for breakfast. Eggs Benedict for $30-

Although it is difficult to find the car parking (it is in a lane behind city road) and when arriving you have to buzz reception to get in, the place is both convenient and nice to stay at.

It was terrible. The room was not what we booked and the WIFI was terrible and the TV was not working properly. One lift was out of order and we waited 20 minutes getting to our room or getting to reception. Will never go there again.

Wrap Apartments on City Road was a great place to stay! The 1-bedroom apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a great city view. The location was perfect, and the building had awesome extras like a pool and gym—I’d definitely stay again!

The unit was clean for the most part, but there were stains on the carpet and the shower floor did not seem that clean. The apartment was small for a one bedroom unit. There was no place to place a suitcase down. It had to be in the main living area. Otherwise, the location was good and the unit was functional.

When entering carpark, the bins were overflowing and smelt really bad. Lifts were dirty. Floors dirty. Room was really dirty, marks all over carpet. Skirting dirty, mould in bathroom. Tiles dirty. Would not recommend

Conveniently located just a short walk from the Southbank riverside and city centre. Stylish lobby with easy check in. The room was spacious and had modern decor however there were a disappointing maintenance and cleaning issues that would’ve been hard to miss.

To much maintenens needed. Dirty walls at the bathroom, specially around the sink, a lot of stains on carpet, really bad WiFi and the reception didn’t reply on emails (tried to contact the hotel three times). Loose toiletseat and toiletpaperholder. Bad smell in the hallway and in the room. Great location, and good bed!

We were at 15th floor but still traffic noise was quite heavy. One curtain was missing from the bedroom, so it was impossible to get it dark. Very big and well equipped!

We had a room on a high floor with excellent views of the city we have lived in for a while and never seen it from this angle. Close to southbank which was jumping with Christmas activities. Room was excellent size (studio) with all the things there for a long stay - we only had a short staycation. Car parking trouble free and quick checkin.

No blind for privacy in the living area, woke up and my partner went to raise the blind in the bedroom and the whole blind fell on her, it is an old building poorly renovated, lift service was terrible

No clue where to park to check in, horrible experience at check in. Finally found a spot to park to check in When I went to check in was told I could not as my partner had my physical card and would not accept it in my phone. Had to wait 4 hours till I could check in Shower would not drain properly so you stood in a pool of water Fan remote did not work so could not shut off the fan Could hear the neighbours tap and sink when running Good location but needs some work and better service for that price

We changed first room as room was filthy. They moved us to other room which had a cracked vanity. The bathroom was clogged as water wouldn’t flow through the grating in the shower. The washing machine didn’t work. We advised reception but no one bothered to attend to it. We had to do laundry at a Laundromat. Unpleasant stay.

I thoroughly appreciated the cleanliness of the room. All the provided appliances and cookware were immaculate! I did have trouble getting ahold of the hotel prior to our stay, but once I got there the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Room amenities were disappointing - I couldnt get the oven or stove to work; I had to request a toaster, an iron & an ironing board. The carpet in the hallway on my level was dirty for days before it was vacuumed. On the bright side the room was quiet, staff were lovely, & hotel location was great.

The Wrap in Southbank was fantastic! Perfect location near the river, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall a good stay. Apartment had a decent size, large fridge, small kitchen. Only very few dishes and cutlery, but enough for a single traveler. In reality it is more worn down and more average than the photos show. But I would give it a go again. Available breakfast and bar in Lobby was good and also available as room service.

The room was tiny. Really small. The place wasn’t very clean. We couldn’t ring reception from room and had to ring oaks international to be patched to reception. Ordered room service and it never arrived (waited an hour) Poor quality teas and coffees in room. The bed reached both walls and you had to jump over the bed to get to other side.

Good location near Southbank. Breakfast was prompt and tasty. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom with kitchen. They surprised us with a nice bottle of bubbles too.

Good clean and friendly staff, easy check in. Only a few minutes walk to Arts Centre. Breakfast very speedy and price OK . We had 4 adults and arrived in 2 cars so had to pay $45 per car for the night. Finding entry to car park needs better instructions. Over all great place to stay even with the high parking cost.
