The pool, sauna and the gym

I use this hotel because of having a SPA and it's well located, with a shopping mall, restaurants, and all amenities nearby, but unfortunately for the second time that the SPA is closed. Notifications are only received after doing the booking, which leads to some frustration.

Great swimming pool and sauna, modern and clean, good choice of breakfast buffet, great service. Secure underground parking, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. A few points for improvement: • The pillows could be more comfortable. • The jacuzzi is often out of order or closed for maintenance, which can be disappointing. • The sauna closes too early during the day and reopens only in the evening — it would be great if it stayed open for guests who wish to use it after 10 AM during weekdays. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Unfortunately, it is really in need of maintenance: the sauna is out of order, the men’s toilet by the swimming pool is out of order. Minor issues in the rooms are in desperate need of repair. Doors along the escape routes are sticking

The hotel was modern, clean and about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. I think the rooms were well priced, but the parking is quite expensive.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights to stop with my daughter. The wellness area was the key for us to have a great time. There is no information about this that it was closed for 3 months. I did stay in Andersia a few times before. The location is perfect, breakfast is ok but the rooms and hotel itself need refurbishment.

Dock var både pool och jacuzzi sönder och avstängda pga tekniska problem, vilket var en besvikelse, då det var ett av skälen till att vi valt detta hotell. Toaletten på hotellrummet hade glasväggar med endast ett dåligt draperi att dra för för att hindra insyn. Inte särskilt charmigt att se någon annan besöka toaletten någon meter ifrån sängen.

Very enjoyable stay with our two children. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Room was spacious and ideal apart from the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Only downside was the pool was closed for our stay and that was the main draw of staying here. Would happily come back again though

The stay can only be described as "just okay." The room and location were fine, but the restaurant was absolutely dreadful. On the first night, I decided to have dinner at the restaurant. The food was passable, but I was served some bread in a glass, and within four minutes, 5-8 flies had already settled on it. Not long after, two flies were swimming in my drink. Needless to say, I made a quick exit. I was curious about breakfast the next morning, given the restaurant's fly problem, and sure enough, there were plenty of small flies, along with a large blowfly strolling across the cold cuts and cheese. I don't usually mind flies, but this was far too much. As a result, the restaurant gets a failing grade for food and hygiene.

Andersia has a nice location, close to the center of Poznan. Hotel is nice, I have been visiting many times. Rooms are of a good size. The hotel is not new, but okay well kept and absolutely clean.

Room was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom, shame there wasn't an english film channel as its nice to chill out in the evening having spent all day on your feet exploring and shopping. The reception team were very courteous

Fab breakfast, extra hot and powerful rain shower, lovely and professional service. However, slightly smelly room on entrance, cleanness of the room a bit questionable, tv and tv’s cables hanging off the wall.

Ein sehr guter Standard, schöne Zimmer, top Lage und Umgebung. Leider Frühstück Buffet nicht immer frisch, die Präsentation mäßig. Das Personal überfordert, nicht aufmerksam und nicht kommunikativ. Schade.

Leider das Frühstück nicht so gut ,das Buffet war nicht frisch , die Speisen bescheiden von der Qualität. Kein abgepacktes Joghurt … nicht hygienisch. Schade

Always a pleasure to stay here. Only grip is they do not give room service on stays over 1 night. Bathroom towels are not refreshed, coffee & wTer not replenished which I don’t find acceptable. Despite asking each time I visit it never happens. It’s a beautiful hotel, lovely spa and great bar & food.

Fint hotel med nogle år på bagen. Rengøringen kunne være bedre. Ringe hygiejne i morgenmadsbuffet. Ikke håndsprit ved morgenbuffet - selv efter at personalet blev adspurgt.

I have been visiting Andersia for many years. Sad to see that the maintenance of the hotel is lacking, it looks more and more worn out. Carpet that needs to be changed, shower not working properly, several lamps in the room not working etc Staff is still very nice and helpful👍

Property itself was great. One suggestion would be to make the shower floors less slippery.

The hotel is looking quite dated. I chose this hotel because of the pictures on Expedia, it looked fresh and modern. Unfortunately the 2 rooms we stayed in were not representative of the pictures shown. There was no colour in the room, just grey, black, white. The pictures on the walls had been removed leaving just the screws in the walls. It left the room just feeling quite bland. Staff were great, location was good but charging 120zl (30 euros) for parking is extortionate.

Large suite was amazing and great value for what we got. Large bathroom behind glass wall was probably the highlight. Shower super comfortable. Another toilet was there which is good although our stay was too short to ever use it. 2 modern TV, great view from the window on Stary Browar, comfortable bed. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was not good to add as it was pretty nice and good for our family of 4. Parking we found too expensive so we used city parking 100m away. Probably parking would make more sense if we stayed longer. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed but probably the reason for this good price and we would not be able to use it arriving late.

High quality hotel near to the town centre with a great spa. Nice room though the plug sockets on one wall didn't work at all, including the one for the tv. That and the lack of plug socket for the hairdryer on the bathroom were the only negatives

Herunder faldt toiletsædet af og kunne ikke repareres på de 4 døgn jeg boede på hotellet. Aircondition blæste direkte ned i sengen. Luften var yderst kold fordi den forsøgte at nedkøle hele suiten. Blæse-luften blev målt til 10-15 grader når rum temperaturen blev sat til 22-23 grader. Internet er sløvt og ikke 2025 standard og bestemt ikke godt nok til business brug og streaming. TV var gammelt og understøttede ikke moderne streaming eller online opkobling eller andre opkoblings metoder. TV viser kun polsk eller enkelte tyske eller franske kanaler. Lofter, gulve og møbler er meget slidte og værelset minder meget om noget man forventede for 15-20 år siden. Hotellet er en del af en stor kontorbygning. Kontor-delen var under ombygning lige oven på Executive området. Det betyd at der blev hamret og boret fra 6:30 om morgenen til kl. 21:00 om aftenen alle dage. Morgenmad var en super oplevelse og pool området er rigtig fint. Executive lounge med gratis kaffe, sodavand og kage er en rigtig fin løsning, men blev desværre også brugt af familier med småbørn som holdt "legestue" i lounge området, hvilket ikke er tilfredsstillende når man skal benytte Executive lounge som arbejdsområde. Receptionen tog ikke telefonen når man ringede for room service. Parkering er rigtig fin men prisen er relativt høj (€16 pr. nat)

El edificio es moderno, con un centro comercial delante muy moderno, con buenas tiendas. Las zonas comunes están muy bien. En cambio, el mobiliario de la habitación se veía muy usado. El baño no es lo suficientemente privado, a nuestro gusto.

Systemet låg nere så vi väntade från 18:30-22:30 på att få en rumsnyckel.

It’s a really nice hotel, which is conveniently situated for shopping and sightseeing. Great facilities. What lets it down is the staff, some who make you feel like an inconvenience more than a guest. We arrived quite late in the hotel after a long flight. We were travelling with our 5month old daughter, which added to the stress & tiredness. We ordered room service as it was too late to go out and we needed to get our daughter to sleep. After 40min of waiting I called the room service again just to be told that the restaurant is busy and the restaurant takes priority so we need to wait another 15min. And it wasn’t said in an apologetic way more like we’re doing you a favour. After 25min the food arrived and once I signed for it and took it in, I discovered my wife’s order was wrong. Rather than a tofu Roman salad she got chicken and bacon Roman salad. So I called again explained the situation and was told that they will re-do it. Ok fine. After 10min they called to say they don’t have tofu and if I can pick something else. So we asked for the prawn version, but in the end got the tofu salad (?!). After such hassle we thought it makes sense to mention it at check out as we felt like they should have taken the price of the salad off, not because it was expensive but as a matter of principle. However, the supervisor on the desk (Paulina) said that we waited too long and she can’t do anything about it, in a manner that made us feel like we inconvenienced her.

Great hotel. Well situated. It is a 15min walk to the Old Town Square. There is a shopping centre over the road. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great window seat. Our room had a veiw over the city. The room was very good size and very clean.

The reception was very wonderful and the treatment was great. The rooms are spacious and there is cooperation between the employees.

The front desk was incredibly friendly and understanding (having a child with special needs that was very appreciated). Really outsanding. The breakfast was super good and atmosphere as well. Swimming pools took a lot of our time :) - warm and very nice!

My wife and I stayed at the Andersia Hotel (Suite) for one night in June 2024. The hotel was perfect for our stay, located very close to the old town, with reasonable rates. The room had everything we needed, was well appointed, clean, spacious and quiet. It had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. I saw a complaint about the price of parking (120 PLN/day), but this seems to be the standard if you are in or close to the old town parts of cities in Poland. I paid 150 in Wroclaw for outside parking, and 120 for street parking by the hotel in Krakow; parking in Andersia is in a very spacious underground parking garage. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Poznan.

Good hotel. Close to centrum of Poznan.

Very good overall stay; relatively central location for walking moderate distances. Modern, comfortable, well maintained hotel. Shower infrastructure was confusing/difficult to use however made do regardless. Reception staff were courteous and took pride in their work/position. Would probably stay there again given its midpoint location between rail station and Old Town, along with many nearby amenities.

Excellent Customer Service, comfortable bed, great shower and amazing location. Online check in prior to arrival was very convenient. The hotel had our room ready, the buffet breakast had alot of options and we were impressed by the variety. The hotel is right across from the Stary Browar mall which had a huge variety of stores, also a large Carrefour Supermarket and Rossman drugstore in the mall. The mall had a nice atrium with upscale dining for the evenings you want to dine nearby the hotel. We walked 15 mins to the Old Town restaurants and cafes, enjoyed many beautiful Poznan sights, the cathedral and museum, tram 2 mins from hotel, and walking distance to beautiful churches Corpus Christi and St. Martin's. St. Martin's street was a close walk from the hotel and alot more restaurants to choose from. We will definitely return on our next visit to Poznan.
