The hotel and room were good and the staff were very helpful. There is extra charge for parking which we were not aware about as it did not say anywhere on expedia but it does say on the hotel website. So check for parking before booking. Otherwise we loved the hotel

Great location. Not too busy. 5 mins walk from Navas metro which takes you to the main tourist spots. Best feature is water dispenser in the front lobby which dispenses sparkling water!! Also free candy for kids Breakfast is extensive. Friendly staff. Comfy beds, daily cleaning Only issue I faced was lack of laundry facility. There is an offsite one but we normally do our laundry after hours! Supermarket next door.

La proximité de la ligne de métro L1 est un atout majeur pour ce lieu où l’on a passé trois nuits dans d’agréables conditions. Je recommande cet hôtel, cependant la piscine n’est pas chauffée, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de cette installation en date du 27 octobre.

Veldig bra og hyggelig hotell. Får en minus for ikke å ha gjort oppmerksom på at badebassenget på taket var ute av drift lenge før vi kom og til etter at vi hadde dratt.

Clean & comfortable room , great to have water taps in reception. Some staff oddly uninterested in interaction given it’s a hotel but breakfast staff worked really hard to keep foods out for self service. Need 20 euros deposit for pool towel per towel and this has to be in cask which is a really inflexible situation given no one needs a r wants to carry cash especially in another currency.

I thought that the area would be a bit busier but on weekends, many places are closed. The staff was very polite and helped us with anything we needed. Parking on the street is non-existent so you will need to park in the hotel for 20 euros a day.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arcelon. The hotel is clean and located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city convenient. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning was excellent which was perfect for the summer heat. The rooftop pool is small but a good place to cool down and sit in the sun. The staff were helpful and polite throughout our visit. The only downside was the breakfast which felt a bit underwhelming for the price, and we expected a bit more variety or quality. Because of this we’ve taken a star off. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A solid choice for a short city break.

I had high hopes for this place after extending my stay. One night was excellent. After I extended my stay I was sent to a dirty room with dirty sheets and no toilet paper. I extended my stay for 5 days and I only got toilet paper after I called to ask for it. This was day 5. The mini bar was empty and not replenished. I mentioned this about 5 times. The bed sheets dirty but I was given new ones with stains and told to make it myself. Staff smile but are rude when you ask about toilet paper or clean beds. House keeping minimal. For a 2023 hotel I would accept better. Toilet and water in room 612 is very bad. Staff unfriendly and lack emotion and do not replenish bath and shampoo dispensers. Yes I complained many times and staff said would raise with management but nothing was Impoved. Bad times here.

Modernes Hotel mit Dachterrasse und Pool, Metro Station ist 2 Häuserblöcke weiter gut erreichbar (Linie L1, Navas). Saubere und schöne Zimmer Große Tiefgarage falls man ein Auto hat oder mietet. Wir haben über die Rezeption ein Mietwagen gemietet, der unkompliziert ins Hotel gebracht wurde und auch dort wieder abgegeben werden konnte.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Arcelon. O que mais se destacou foi o conforto do quarto — limpo, silencioso e uma cama confortável — e a simpatia da equipe, sempre atenciosa. A localização perto do metrô facilita muito. Voltaria com certeza.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Arcelon. The rooms were impeccably clean, fresh, and well appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooftop pool was a welcome addition - although a little bracing in May! The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro with metros to the centre every 5 minutes.

The hotel itself was lovely and staff were friendly. Had everything we needed and the cleaners were great our room was spotless every day. The area was good in the sense that it was easy to get to and from the airport and easy to get the metro to the centre and points of interest. However the area that the hotel is in is very noisy at night (we did have a room at the front of the hotel so this may have made it worse), might be different if the room is at the back of the hotel. On the first night our aircon didn’t work, we rang reception and they said someone is coming to look at it the next day. The following night it still didn’t work. It was so hot and we couldn’t get to sleep at all, opened the door to try let some air in but then we were kept awake by the noise outside (cars and people shouting). It ruined our stay quite a lot to be honest as our plans in Barcelona involved a lot of walking and long days so we needed the sleep.

A relatively new hotel. All equipment is new and in good condition. But one point should aware is that we were arranged a room on 1st floor. We opened the window for some fresh air. But someone was smoking outside and the smell came through our entire room. We can only keep the window shut for whole night. To be more picky is the kettle is a bit small and cannot boil too much water. Anyway, it is a great place to stay in Barcelona. Transports are convenient and close to city centre.

Superbra hotel med bra läge och nära till metrostation. Trevlig personal, superskön säng och rent. Stördes något av att det var rätt lyhört mellan rummen. Frukosten var rätt dyr att köpa till och absolut inte värd det dyra priset. Men det är något man kan göra på något närliggande café. Supernöjd med min vistelse!

This is a lovely find: it's a good quality hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood (El Clot), tucked away from the busy and touristy parts of Barcelona. The staff were very welcoming and the bedroom was decorated to a high standard. I particularly appreciated the large, comfortable double bed and soft linen. There was a desk in the bedroom (useful for those visiting the city for work) and a spacious bathroom. Another bonus was the lack of noise at night from neighbouring bedrooms and corridors. In fact, it was more peaceful than many other hotels I've stayed at in Barcelona. Thank you.

客室は清潔感があり清掃も丁寧にされ大変よかったです。 2名のレセプションの人の対応が失礼すぎて言葉もありません。 目的地に行くための交通手段のアドバイスを求めましたが どっちでも好きなようにすれば と愛想のない英語で返されました。 ただ机に座り全く動こうともしないし、アジア人を見下したものいいでした。あんな失礼なレセプションにあったことがないです 別の若い男性の方の日は、タクシーの手配など手伝ってくれてとても良かったです。 あの2名の対応がなければ素晴らしいホテルです。 観光地からは少し距離があるため静かなところが好みの方はいいと思います。があのふくよかなただ座っているだけの男性が受付にいないことをお祈りします

The only staff member that was great was Thomas! Thomas cared and was all in as far as customer service! The others could have cared less, they were busy with their phone. The property, room and pool were lovely. I did not feel safe outside in the area, though it was convenient.

The hotel itself was very pretty and clean. Unfortunately the receptionists and staff were absolutely horrible. They greeted us to the hotel by saying we were lucky because since we had arrived late they were about to cancel our booking without refund.. that is definitely not a way to welcome someone to a hotel. Over the week stay every interaction was filled with passive aggressiveness. Unfortunately ruined our outlook on the hotel. Moreover being a brand new hotel you would think this is when reception and hospitality would be at its peak.

Clean and modern hotel with spacious room. It's located in El Clot, so not super close to all the tourist sites but transit is very close by. We took the metro to La Ramblas, the beach and to the airport. We also walked to Sagrada Familia (25 mins). Local dining options are cheaper in the area also. Stafd are friendly and lobby area is a nice place to relax, fill your water bottle and enjoy some complimentary candies.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in Barcelona. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum - die Sagrada Familia ist aber fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle, um schnell in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Zudem gibt es eine Metro, die innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Pool auf dem Dach ist natürlich auch ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arcelon. The hotel is clean and located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city convenient. Lovely modern hotel. We were greeted with a glass of cava while they were checking us in. Superior room was great in size, comfortable big bed and very nice bathroom with a rain shower head. The buffet in the morning was pretty diverse. The staff was very friendly and we had an amazing time.

Superbra hotel med bra läge och nära till metrostation. Trevlig personal, superskön säng och rent. Stördes något av att det var rätt lyhört mellan rummen. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-equipped and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is a little further away from the centre as you may look for, but it was only a 25 minute walk to Sagrada Família, and with convenient transport links nearby, you can easily navigate to the centre. Located right next door to a supermarket and on top of pharmacy was ideal for grabbing holiday essentials, and there were so many really good restaurants nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to the nearby Westfield shopping centre was great to allow us to pass some time and shop in mainstream units such as Zara and Uniqlo, as well as many other more local retail stores. We ate breakfast at the property only once, and it was fine. A good selection including some gluten free options which is a bonus. There is room service available (at an inflated price), but no bar/restaurant to sit at for an evening meal - which was okay for us as we wanted to explore local cuisines. There is a well stocked minibar in the room, where prices are slightly higher than in the local supermarket but you pay for the convenience of it in the room. The rooftop pool was an added bonus - a lovely touch after a long day of walking in the Barcelona heat. We cannot fault the staff and the entire process that was made as easy and efficient as possible. Would re-visit this hotel in a heartbeat because the whole experience was lovely.

This is a modern and clean hotel. There is a water and coffee dispenser at the entrance . Very convenient located near Sagrada familia which is a plus. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Arrivée un dimanche, il n’y a pas pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel contrairement à ce qui était noté, mais juste un room service qui était fermé, idem le lundi. Pas de bar non plus… Le quartier n’est pas top, il n’y a quasi aucun restaurant, à part un italien. Concernant l’hôtel, l’isolation est mauvaise avec les autres chambres, ainsi que sur la rue… et pourtant j’étais au 6eme étage. Les ascenseurs sont très lents.

The metalica and Shakira music in the restaurant while having breakfast was too loud and of course out of place. It is hard to find somebody waking up with that type of music. Does anybody go for Breakfast to a Disco or Antro or Night Club? I do not think so.
