OK hotel, not great. Room fairly clean, but the facility needs updating. Bathroom fixtures old, tub spout just about to fall off. BE ADVISED: Wyndham adds a $5/night parking fee that was not mentioned in my Hotels.com confirmation info. They add that fee as a separate charge on CC which showed up after I checked out. I've never seen that sort of extra charge with other similar hotels. Wyndham should try to be more transparent and convey this extra charge info to Hotels.com. I'm not blaming Hotels.com, it was Wyndham being very sneaky.

Hot tub was closed. No mention of that on the website. After an 8 hour drive that’s what we are looking for when booking a hotel. Very disappointing! I would have chosen a different hotel had we known. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to know.

Hotel is very clean, pleasant and helpful staff. Great location !!! Easily walkable to many excellent restaurants and the water taxi is just behind the property. John Deere museum across the street. Pool pleasant , could potentially be a little cool in the colder weather. Only down side was the spa tub wasn't working which I could have used after golfing LOL. Very comfortable beds and pillows !!! Thanks for an amazing stay !!!

The hotel was great for the price. Very convenient for walking to Vibrant Arena, riverfront and John Deere Pavilion. Our only complaint is that the pool was really gross in the afternoon. Water was so cloudy you could only see about 1 foot down and felt slimy It didn’t seem like the pump could keep up with the number of people using the pool. Overall good stay

Had to change rooms because of a mold problem. The place is noisy. Housekeeping never visited my room anytime room during the five nights I stayed there. The front desk staff was nice but unprofessional. When you think Wyndham you think nicer. Not this place. I think maybe poor management.

Easy parking and check in- beautiful property, felt safe, breakfast was the boom! The room was clean,fresh smelling and roomy! Love it. The only thing we don’t care about this chain is the stiff sheets they use- very clean, but feels like the bed sheets are starched and we don’t care for that! The bed was very comfortable !

The bed is so incredibly uncomfortable. I found hair in the sheets. Comforter was ripped. The pillows were beyond flat. The sheets felt closer to paper than linen. Just awful. The desk chair looks like it was never cleaned. Found hair on one of the towels.

Everyone was extremely friendly. We enjoyed our room and the convenience of it being right next to the arena. It a great location. The only complaint I would say is housekeeping does not change the bedding. We observed them just remaking a bed with same bedding after a check out. Our bedding has blood and what looked like buggers and snot on it. So a little more attention in that department would be great.

The hot tub area had water leaking everywhere and the bathroom in the pool area was absolutely disgusting. It need a makeover. We had trouble with our room twice before we actually got in our room.

The Lobby and rooms were very nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was a plus. However, the bathroom in 306 was filthy behind the toliet and under the sink area. It took 5 minutes of running the shower until you got hot enough water to shower. Sink also took several minutes to get luke warm water. Seems a large waste of water for the hotel. The bathroom door was off kelter and unable to close like normal. There was no fan vent in the bathroom! Lots of moisture steaming up the mirror. The foods presented in the metal chafing dishes were luke warm at best. Pancakes cold. Which is too bad because the food was well made. I would definitely stay there again if those things were taken care of.

Nice hotel and location. Beds are very comfortable. The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is because the bathrooms are dated looking. There were spots on the ceiling in the bathroom that were very poorly painted over after what appears to have been some sort of leak. And the wallpaper in the bathroom gives camp cabin vibes. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible.

At check in it as stressed that quiet time started at 10pm. At 10pm we returned to our room and there were 10-15 hr high sports kids in the hall next to our door. I thought I would give them until 10:30. Surely the chaperones would come quiet them down. They did not. I called the front desk around 10:40pm. They said they would find a parent to tell. They quieted for 3 whole minutes. 11:30 rolls around they are still Loud. Slamming doors, yelling, running, cussing. Called down again and the front desk guy came up and told them they couldn’t be in the hallways. They went to the lobby for maybe 20 minutes then back to right outside our door. I finally opened the door and yelled at them just after midnight. That didn’t work either. They were loud until at least 12:30am. When I complained in the morning I got a blank stare from the front desk. No discount. No refund Nothing. The whole situation was completely unacceptable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the concert we were attending at the arena right next door. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was very efficient and friendly. Only problem we encountered was that we had no hot (or even warm) water in the showers in the morning. When I informed the front desk about the problem, they were apologetic, but there was no effort to try and rectify the situation or provide any refund or points or anything because of this inconvenience. But for that, would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Came into town for a concert. The hotel was a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. The check in process was not pleasant...the girl was very rude and not friendly at all. I know it was busy, but a little kindness would of been appreciated.

I was charged 50.00 more than what I booked my room for. When i talked to the front desk i was told it was a deposit Id get back after my stay. I was never told of this deposit. I'm fine with it and understand why bit I should have been told about it.

When we checked in the front desk attendant was very apologetic in letting us know the room type we had reserved had sustained water damage and wouldn’t be available. She offered us another room and gave us a substantial discount. She was so very nice, helpful and welcoming. It certainly started our visit out on the right foot.

Woken at dawn by construction noise. Management failed to respond. Front desk couldn’t have cared less and stood there like a statue and had zero information. Will never stay at a Wyndham property again and will be sure to discourage others from staying at their properties.

The property was nice but the staff was rude and dismissive. Therefore I wouldn't recommend nor stay again. The room wasn't cleaned daily but that could be because its by request. Though we weren't made aware of either way.

I am giving this hotel top marks across the board based on one simple interaction. My wife & I stayed here for a family wedding in Moline. My wife helped the bride all day of the wedding & in so doing did not get enough water. She woke up with a severe leg cramp overnight & when I spoke to the front desk, even though it was the middle of the night, they gave me a banana when I asked without hesitation. Thank you for the rescue, my wife was understandably appreciative. We willl absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for an event at the Vibrant center, which was a quick walk and easy, free parking at check-in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included in the morning. Certainly not the hotel's fault, but we were looking for a bite to eat, within walking distance, after the concert, but nothing available on a Monday night.

Right on the Mississippi River. Beautiful river walk behind the hotel. Also water taxi behind the hotel as well. Beautiful area. Many places in walking distance. The hotel itself is super clean. Staff is friendly. Big breakfast area. Eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy for this stay. I’m not sure if that’s what they serve everyday. My room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

It was so convenient that the Vibrant Arena was right next to the hotel. I did not even have to cross the street. Enjoyed walking the beautifully well-kept Great River Trail also right by the arena.

Our stay was excellent. The area has the potential to be a very good social and entertainment destination. However, there are a lot of empty store fronts and limited dining choices within reasonable walking distance of the hotel and Vibrant arena.

A great hotel! The room was spacious, impeccably clean and bed comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both hot and cold items. The location couldn't be beat: Right along the Mississippi River with River Walk; dining and entertainment is within steps of the hotel. We will definitely come back again!

Check in was very quick and easy. The room was outstanding in comfort and cleanliness. The only thing that kept this from five stars was the disappointing breakfast. Bacon was cold, pancakes we not very good. Maybe it was just an off day.

Nice room for a reasonable price. Had a pleasant stay. Had to ask for VIP access pkg (2 drinks means 2 bottles of water). Disappointed in cold pool, non-operational hot tub, bar closing at 9pm and no NFL Network on TV for Thursday night football.

Wyndham was a pleasant surprise! Great view of the River and bridges from our room and riverwalk that runs next to property. We took the water taxi, Channel Cat that stops right next to hotel. Breakfast was great and and the adjacent steakhouse was convenient but closed early when we were there midweek. Lots of other dining nearby No complaints with the room except it took forever for shower to warm u day or night.
