Cute cave rooms, clean, private outdoor terraces with chairs and table and amazing view on Ortahisar castle. Plenty photos options on hotel property. Swimming pool is nice.

Very friendly, honest and helpful people. Nice clean hotel with a central location and a beautiful view of ortihsan castle. Parking can be a bit tricky but the valet is more then helpful in that regard.

havuzu kullanmadık otel gayet iyiydi. genelde yatmadan yatmaya kullandık oteli. oda temizdi. çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. otopark problemi dışında bir sorun yaşamadık

Genel olarak odalardaki perdeler, koltuklar eski ve temiz değildi. Yatak başında ki lambaların hepsi aynı anda yanıp aynı anda sönüyor bu da gece loş ışık da okuma imkanı vermedi. Kahvaltı kötü ve kalitesizdi. Açık büfe denmesine rağmen çeşit yoktu. Simit, poğaça, tahıllı ekmek vs gibi çeşit yerine sadece beyaz ekmek sunuluyor. Sıcak olarak omlet vs yaptırma şansı yok. Yöresel ürün sunulabilir. Kahvaltının verildiği restoran gece canlı müzik yapılan bir yer ve ağır sigara kokusu rahatsız ediciydi. Bahçedeki oturma gurupları çok kirli ve oturulacak halde değil. Banyolarda el havlusu asacak yer yok. Ağır bir koku var.

Personel gayet nazikti. Signature suitte kaldık. Oda gayet geniş ve güzeldi. Sadece dışarıdaki jakuzi kirliydi ama sanırım hava soğuk olduğu için girilemeyeceğinden dolayıydı. Kaldığımız yer Ortahisar kalesine bakıyordu ve konumu da gayet merkeziydi.
