The hotel was excellent, modern high tech self-check in, every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, polite and attentive. Location was perfect, just about a 2-3 min walk to the waterfront. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Rooms were clean and modern. We opted to have our room cleaned once during our 5 night stay in exchange for a drinks voucher for the hotel bar (which was a very cool rooftop bar) which suited us nicely. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Geneva.

Design and friendly helpful staff and roof terrace

Nice hotel in Geneva, close to the city center and all luxury shopping. While the hotel is nice overall, it’s probably the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in which does not offer free coffee/tea in room. Apart from that the rooms are nice, they have a good kitchen/bar and they offer complimentary drinks if you choose to go green and skip daily room cleaning. The staff is nice and helpful too!

Very cool boutique hotel with fun vibe. Great service. Reception area in rooftop is really cool. Hard to find as didn’t realize it’s in a shopping center. Great location. Wish the coffee self service areas had real Coffee.

Excellent to have the library area available for relaxing in and making hot drinks whenever we wanted. Really appreciated this facility. Also great to have bar vouchers instead of daily room cleaning!

Wish that it was clear there is no fitness room/gym associated with the hotel.

Wonderful stay in a great part of Geneva. Check in was super easy. Loved the fact the bar was open 24/7. Came in handy after a long day.

Die Bar mit der Terasse ist sehr schön. Tolle Atmosphäre um de Tag zu starten und zu beenden. Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Es war kompakt. Tee auf jeder Etage in einem separaten raum verfügbar. Das einzige Problem war, dass der Abfluss des Waschbeckens einen schimmligen Geruch hatte und das Waschbecken im Zimmer war, also nicht separat. Wenn man den Überlauf abgedeckt hat, gab es auch keinen Geruch. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Good price, cute rooftop bar, comfy bed and AC. The only downside is parking .... expect to pay $150 for two nights in a public parking garage they partner with. They offer a 20% discount but finding the office in the parking garage that validates the ticket and issues the discount is another challenge.

En general bien un dia no me hicieron la limpieza de la hab la dejaron a medias y se olvidaron sin toallas y con la funda de basura en la entrada. Lo malo del hotel es que no tiene telefono para llamar a la recepcion y te toca subir al ultimo piso a pedir las cosas

This hotel was very safe and secure and clean spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and found it very conveniently located to all the dining and shopping options.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Nice coffee shops nearby an we took the little boat over to the other side of the lake for the Christmas markets.

We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern & well located being a 15 minute walk from the main train station. This was convenient for us as we did 2 day trips by train to Annecy & Montreux. Our room was very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was very good - no hot options but a good variety of cereals/muesli/granola, toppings, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, breads etc. There are also tea/coffee stations on each floor which is a nice idea but unfortunately the hot water just isn't hot enough. The hotel e trance is located within a sjopping centre

Spacious if a little spartan room and small bathroom with sink outside. Convenient location.

Great location, modern hotel. 1st floor id dark/no view. Rooms could be better designed/ use amenities such as a place to store clothes and/or luggage rack (no where to hang clothes but a few hangers but also nowhere to lay our a suitcase except Floor). More than one smallish, thin towel in better quality. Good AC. Breakfast not worth the cost.

Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi , kahvaltıda içecek servisleri de iyiydi. Ancak odamız çok minimaldi, buzdolabı bile olmaması bizi şaşırttı. Su ısıtıcı, çay, kahve vs yoktu. Dolap da yoktu, askılar duvardan düşebilecek şekildeydi. Valiz açmak için sehpa, masa, sandalye veya koltuk hiçbir şey yoktu. Sadece yatak, mini bir puf, wc ve banyo vardı. Bir gece kalacağımızdan değişim istemedik ancak bir geceden fazla kalacağımız zaman bu tarz bir oda kesinlikle tercihimiz olmaz.

The size of the room was fine,bed was a queen size but had 2 single duvet covers ,feet were freezing every night,bed was uncomfortable.super flimsy shower curtain water was going everywhere.no fridge in the room.I wouldn’t stay there again.

Room - We stayed in the 'Lovely Room' for 4 nights which was actually quite spacious. It had a hairdyer, great toiletries, big TV with chromecast, small desk, speaker and an amp for a guitar! The slight quirks/issues was there was no storage space except for the small wardrobe. There is room for shelves/drawers underneath the main shelf so would be helpful if they added this. The room was unusually warm for January, the air con wasn't great but could at least open a window. The shower is a glass cube with an outside curtain for privacy - was fine for us but might not be everyone's cup of tea! There is a galley on each floor with an iron and where you can get tea, coffee and water which is great although the tap takes a bit of getting use to. The breakfast is really good with great choice and allergens are labelled. The staff are really friendly and the bar area and cocktails are great! If you forgo room cleaning the you get a free drink voucher for the bar which is great. The best part about this hotel is the location, right in the heart of the old town area and as within a shopping complex, its generally quite quiet. Only 10-15min walk from the station. Great hotel for the price!

Overall it was a good stay, good room and nice to with the chromecast option! Just missing several necessary things: mini friche, an actually chair and a réal desktop Space to work.

Room on the main street and very noisy with poor noise insulation. Lots of trams passing by day and night and if there is building works. You’re in for a bad nights sleep. The accessibility to the hotel and inside moving around the hotel is not clear and can be confusing and can involves. Breakfast buffet available and service staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Nice location. Air conditioned rooms isn’t really accurate since you have no control over any thermostat for the room only the system fan which doesn’t seem to work making it constantly about 76-78 degrees in the room when it’s 60 outside. You can open windows about 3” however there is no breeze due to the way the building is laid out. Rooms are hot.

The staff was excellent, the location of the property also very hood. However, the rooms were very small and lacked amenities.

Great hotel and well costed, only downside was that the toilet and shower are a see through inside the room. Good if you don’t mind being seen by your partner or travel solo.

MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL! Ok, so the rooms have NO PHONE!! If you need anything, you must go to the reception on the 7th floor! We checked in, stayed overnight, explored the city and came back to the hotel. Housekeeping had not cleaned our room, never brought new towels, made our beds, etc (we booked 2 rooms!). So, I found the hotel’s number online and I called them (did I say there in no phone in the room?). The guy that answered the phone said, I had to put a flag on the door for housekeeping service the rooms. There was no flag in the rooms to hang on the door. He got upset with me. No one mentioned that to me at check in and there was nothing in the room to hang on the door. So, I asked him if he could get housekeeping to come and service the room. He said no, you have to go to the reception on the 7th floor and tell them. What!?! I’m already talking to you! You are at the hotel! I have to leave my room, go to the 7th floor to tell them what I’m telling you?!? How does that make sense!!? The guy hang up the phone on me and he could careless about me, my family, and our experience at the hotel! All the walls in the entire hotel are black and very deemed lights! It’s a very dark hotel!!! My family is on a trip in Europe and I must say, this was the worst experience, not only of our trip, but of my recent years of travel! This was my family’s experience! Just horrible!

We needed a place to stay in Geneva overnight from where we could sightsee as well as conveniently get to the airport. Ruby Claire Hotel checked the boxes for us. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out were easy. And they had a patio/bar that was nice too.

Self check not the way to be greeted at this level of hotel Several people struggling with it and one person trying to help so queues forming . The room was on the 6 th floor across from the hotel bar so noisy and overlooked In the morning you can hear the trains rumbling below . I would have rather had a coffee machine or a fridge in the room rather than a guitar amplifier . The corridors are all painted black and as the bulb had gone over our door people knocked on the door trying to find their room In the case of a fire it was not clear where the stairs were This hotel is trying to be modern and trendy but ends up worse than a cut price option , very disappointing

Great reception team - need to work a bit more training breakfast restaurant team. A team member didn’t want me to have breakfast unless paid upfront despite me staying 3 whole nights for work at the hotel. Left me really surprised. At the end he told me I could pay the next day but he was a bit pushy. Every hotel would put the extras on your room and no big deals.

Oh my, where to begin. Ruby Claire is an absolute gem. I would like to give a shout out to Nicolas who handled the smooth check-in and processed our free Geneva transport cards. Yes, you read it right, free ride in public transportation within Geneva. Bus 10 Mollard stop was very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. More importantly, this is also a bus to the airport. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping (high end) and dining center. Nearby is a McDonald’s and Coop City which is a complete retail store and not just for groceries. Also walkable from the hotel is the Jet D Eau and the flower clock. The room we were in was an upgrade, and it was beautiful. Bed was super comfy and the rainfall shower was a marvel. In addition, there is a galley on every floor where an assortment of teas and coffee are available for the guests at any time. The hotel sent an email prior to our arrival in regards to their location and the check in process. Hotel key is required in the elevator to access the room and the hotel entrance door after certain hour after midnight to get inside the hotel which I loved for the hotel staff and guests security. The hotel entrance door is locked so if one has to leave the hotel during this particular time , there is an exit button to the left of the glass doors. Checking out is also easy - drop your keys at the drop boxes provided in the elevators. Definitely, I shall return to Ruby Claire on my next trip to Geneva if they’ll have me.

The hotel is very nice and modern . Has a good A/C and a nice lobby . I don’t like the entrance to the hotel . It’s very complicated to find it. It’s inside a building and no sign in the street.

Central location. Next to shops and the lake. Easy access to bus and tram lines. Great service. Bar and coffee 24x7.

In the center of Geneva but was hard to find the place bec it’s inside the mall. No sign outside unless you walk inside and you will see the sign next to McDonald.

À la limite de la vieille ville et à 2 pas du lac. Équipements modernes , personnel à l’écoute et réactifs, petit déjeuner imbattable pour le prix.

Lovely arty hotel with a nice vibe and great service. Clean comfortable rooms. Great bar drinks but very limited food menu.

Breakfast food and drink were fantastic. Location was great and staff amazing.

This is a great place and the breakfast really was very good including barista served coffee. The location is very nice and free transport to anywhere is all around. The top floor bar area is big and very nice to spend time in. The hotel has a lot of rooms (200+) but no twin beds which is a little challenging for families with teenagers or anyone non couples looking to share a room.

This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to base yourself to explore Geneva. The flexibility to decide about breakfast day to day worked for us. Cocktail bar is good. Prices are fair (for Geneva)

Clean room, friendly staff. Stored our luggage when we arrived before check in. Breakfast was lacking hot food. The only warm food they provided was boiled eggs. The bed was king sized but we were provided with 2 single duvets which we found very weird.

Fantastic hotel, prime spot for visitors to Geneva, right near public transport and the sites like the lake. Very comfortable rooms with good rainfall shower, comfy beds, air con etc. Breakfast was just right, and staff lovely, very friendly. Top quality. Very pleased I stayed here.
