The front desk agent was OUTSTANDING. It was busy, long liine of of guests, but he treated everyone exceptionally well and with a smile. One of the best i've had. The ONLY thing I did NOT like was the price for Parking my car in your lot. $30CHF is Highway Robbery. We already paid a premium price for the room, but the unexpected high cost of Parking on your lot left us with a very bad taste in our mouth. Feel like we got gouged, and for that reason we would think twice about booking with your hotel in the future.

This property was modern and relatively new however, people's takeaway odours could be passed to neighbouring rooms. It was quiet. Gym was useless, NO weights?!? A treadmill, cycle machine, rowing machine and one strange looking machine that I couldn't identify, 5 steps away was a sauna! (Great design) so anyone running would be sweating more than normal. Good thing was a free washing machine and dryer. TV channels great, lots of english channels. Disappointing was paper cups for your tea and coffee, whitener instead of real milk and thin wooden stirrers instead of spoons. Small fridge and microwave great.

Great value hotel near the airport with nice room and friendly staff. Nice to have access to the gym also. Used the convenient airport shuttle once. Had to walk to the airport for our flight though as there were too many guests waiting for the limited spaces on the shuttle bus (every twenty mins was a bit too long to wait). Apart from that definitely recommended!

空港からのアクセスは旅行であるが、リムジンバスの場所が初見ではわからなかった。また周辺道路混雑でなのかなかなか来なかったため30分以上待った。チェックイン時も混雑しているのにカウンターは一つしか開いておらず長時間待たされたし、対応も悪かった。客室はそれなりに広く綺麗だったがバスルームに髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたり、水圧が弱かったり、ドライヤーが壊れていたり、外の音が気になったりと残念なところが多かった。

We liked our stay and the hotel was what we expected. Super convenient to the airport. The only issue we had was our bathroom had a terrible smell that made it hard to be in the room. Seemed as though the drain was clogged or dirty.

The hotel was clean, had parking, a restaurant and a gym. The suite was big and had a sofa. We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel in about 15 minutes after our trip to the city of Geneva from taking the train at the airport. Free shuttle van to the airport every 10 minutes in the very early morning and every 20 minutes after 5:30am. After returning our car early we took the van to the airport the following morning. Many restaurants around the area, but a bit dark and sketchy at night. I would stay again because the room was nice and big, the hotel was clean and very convenient to get to the airport.

Huge suite, spotless, great coffee machine, fridge with bottled water and a microwave. Huge bathroom, electric shutters on the windows (figured that out by pushing buttons. TV had channels in many languages. English ones are channel 80 onwards. Sauna free and staff at hotel friendly . Shuttle service free and fab, just set off early for your flight as it gets busy.

Selected because of proximity to airport and air conditioning. The AC was so weak it might as well not have had it. Windows open, but Europe was experiencing a heat wave. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very good and cosy, but we weren;t able to view a single English speaking TV Channel during thee entire duration of our stay, and we definetly could not access any of the global Cabble channels like CNN, CNBC, or the BBC. We complained about this to the front desk on the first day, but still they couldn;t sort this out until we checked out five days later. This made our stay quite boring and slightly un-exciting!

Excellent check-in staff, very helpful with several queries we had. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and towels, quiet good-sized room. Free airport shuttle was excellent, 15 min walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. Bus into city is nearby. The only negative was the non-standard power sockets, seem like specialty ones that didn't fit any of our chargers.

We love the spacious room in the Nash Suite. Mini kitchenette, gym, luxury accommodation... It's the second time I stayed here. Any time you have a return flight from Geneva, arrive the night before and stay here for the morning flight, there's a comfy shuttle every ten min to the airport, or you can walk there in ten min. It's a nice modern hotel with full amenities.

Hotel rooms are really great. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. However we did have a pretty bad experience with their shuttle bus driver from the airport. It was late at night and he was very stressed and incapable of letting passengers know what way he wanted them to load the bus. He was cursing in French, erratic and seemed on the verge of tears. Our kids were scared by him and did not want to get on the bus as he was so upset. We chose to walk as it was only 10 minutes. Another issue was that on checkin they said our 2 room order came through as 2 separate orders, despite hotels.com having a single reservation, so our family rooms were on different floors. Reception staff were like “that’s not our problem” and implied it was our fault.

This hotel is very high in value for travelers for a short stay. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The room is not spacious but very comfortable, especially the beds. It’s a typical 4 star hotel in the middle range. About parking, it’s in Geneva, they don’t have enough parking space due to the high cost of land. But I was able to find free parking 15 minutes walk away. I saved 30 francs a night so no complaints. The only complaint I have is the fact that it’s short of staff most of the time. For the 2 nights I stayed with many ins and outs, there is only one short moment they have 2 persons on duty. 90% the time, there is one person. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my parking ticket validated. I am not happy. How is it even possible for the entire reception desk with one individual to take care of all the guests’ needs? They are fully aware of the glaring issue but I assume they are trying to save labor costs? Anyways, expect to wait in the line when you are checking in or need help even though there is a very short line ahead of you. Overall, I am happy of the stay. Recommend to everybody!

My stay was excellent. Perfect for business travel in the area. Morgan at the front desk management was very kind and helpful. Truly did her best to assist with anything I needed and was extremely helpful with others as well. When I lost and adaptor I needed for my phone, Flora who seemed to be on cleaning staff went out of her way to find one instead of sending me to the airport. Clearly a staff that cares about its reputation, guests and staff. Breakfast was great and perfect assortment for energy for a long day. Room was a decent size and solid amenities as well as fresh toiletries and cleanup and turndown daily. Thanks

There isn't many options around the hotel for dining or walking too but the bus stop is only a few minutes down the road. The hotel room itself was great. Spacious and clean. But the AC was lacking if you're used to such amenities. They have laundry facilities but no option to purchase laundry detergent so that was a disappointment.

Walkable to airport train and buses in ten minutes. Bus or train to centertown in 20 minutes. Decent sized rooms. Clean and modern. Staff was great. Secure luggage room for early arrival. Very competitive price.

is close to the airport, although the area is not walkable, they free have transportation that pick up every 20 minutes. Pets cannot even enter the reception. A friend had to wait outside the hotel because she had her little dog with her.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean & had what I needed for a good stay! The room also had a little kitchenette. Convenient shuttle service to/from the airport. No comments about the hotel’s restaurant or room service. I found an Italian restaurant within walking distance with good food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The check-in desk never indicated to us that we needed to use our entry card and a special holder to enable the lights to come on. We paid for breakfast, but we found that the eggs sausages hashbrowns were cold. The bacon was uncooked, and the orange juice tasted water down.

We arrived at 1am and got brilliant service from the 24 hour reception. The room was really large and comfortable and we had a Mountain View by chance. The breakfast was a pretty wide selection with brilliant bacon and other nice hot options as well as a good range of continental options. The shuttle back to the airport is every 10 minutes and was super easy.

We were okay with the property. The restaurant was terrible. It was the worst dinner I have had in a long time. It needs a complete revamp of management. There were several people in the restaurant who were not happy with the service or food. The meal was terrible. Unacceptable!

Relativ zentral gelegen für Touren in die Stadt. Laut wegen direkter Nähe zum Flughafen trotz schallisolierter Fenster. Frühstück ist mager für 4 Sterne und Kaffee ungenießbar bitter... schade diesbezüglich.
