All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great. The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp.

Absolutely exceptional!!! The perfect oasis in Warszawa. I could have sat at the hotel all day! The property is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location. The restaurants are gorgeous and delicious and the rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. The gym was the nicest hotel gym U have ever seen. Incredible value as well! Absolutely Love this hotel! It has become my new favorite hotel in Warsaw. The service is more than 5 stars, it’s genuine, professional and very guest oriented. The front desk has a great team, Mrs Ania, Mrs Victoria, Mr Jedrzej and Concierge Ktzysztof were simply fantastic. They accommodated all of my requests. Great dry cleaning service as well if you need one. Not only you will stay in the most beautiful historical building but in the most clean, comfortable and stolen rooms. I promise you will love the bathroom! It’s right next to the Old town so for exploring Warsaw it couldn’t get any better. When the pool is ready it will be perfection. Thank You for my great stay, I will be back.

Amazing hotel with great service in the perfect location. Hotel is architecturally beautiful. I used sauna and gym facilities and it was excellent. My only comment is that breakfast is a bit expensive. But overall we had a great stay.

The large courtyard with outdoor seating when its sunny is a perfect place to relax. The rooms were well apointed and all elements of high quality. The only element that needs review is the lighting of the spaces around the bar. The bar itself is perfect but all seating have a very hard diffuse light that kills the sexyness out of anybody.

I was recovering after my surgery. I also had my service dog with me. The hotel staff took care of me perfectly. Concierge went beyond all my expectations getting for me all I needed like car service, all meals brought to my room and was answering my all questions and concerns with smiling face. The room service was excellent cleaning and keeping in perfect condition all my apartment answering my calls and needs immediately and every time i needed. The restaurant is serves magnificent and delicious looking artisan food. Either breakfast or dinner always made to perfection. I got the apartment Ii always stay in. And the cherry on the cake: when arrived there was brand new bad and ceramic bowls on wooden stand for water and the food for my service dog which made me extremely happy and emotional. The SPA offers variety of massages and therapeutic treatments done by the experienced and knowledgeable staff as per friend of mine who was staying with me during my recovery. I recommend the Verte Hotel to everyone who appreciates the professionalism, empathy staff and old town location. Thank You and see you again on April :-)

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable, what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Only downside was the location - ground floor next to the main road, so a bit noisy in the night with traffic driving over cobbled road.

Truly marvellous. I liked everything: the rooms, the hotel bulding, location, the staff, the breakfast, bar, bathroom, bed. The breakfast is delicious with something for every taste. The rooms and all the hotel looked squeaky clean. Also, very quiet, spacious rooms and bathroom, comfy soft bed, they have provided even a coffeemaker in the room. The restaurant KUK is also worth visiting, food is excellent and staff very professional. Location of the hotel is ideal, it's next to the city's rebuilt old town, which is a charming place to just wonder around or get something to eat and drink. I didn't have time to check the spa and fitness, but this gives me a reason to go back.

Let’s talk about Verte. This is a stunning property, you will be taken back to history. This place is very elegant however, two things made our stay uncomfortable 1. A horrible sewage smell out of our bathroom that unfortunately was not going away and a wedding until 4am with base just none stop. I am from Poland and I understand we have weddings to morning hours but, it was unacceptable to go through sleepless night and flying out next morning! The hotel should let all their guests know that it will be a late and noisy night. Instead offering to move me at 4am???? Unacceptable.

The location is super, very close to Royal Castle. The building is like an old palace and totally renovated. The room is very spacious with very high ceiling, there are table, desk and console providing lots of surface space, and several chairs. A wonderful experience.

I have already left a review in 2022, when I’ve stayed at the hotel for the first time right after it’s opening. However, after 3 years it’s good to review it again. Of course the location is one of the biggest points here as is the most beautiful historical building the hotel is located in. The check is one of the fastest I have ever experienced ( I do travel a lot, so I have a point of reference); the front desk manager Mr. Jarek is extremely helpful, the attention to guests names and remembering what kind of water they prefer I just very nice to experience. Also the breakfast (beautiful restaurant, variety of choices) has very friendly service,Miss Tosia was wonderful. I recommend this hotel highly.

Let me start first with positive things! Great location! Great size room 216 only not sure about others. Newly opened hotel with great decor! Well done on providing Glass bottles water in room I was staying not sure about others! Big spaces bathroom only room 216 great oak parkay wood flooring and comfortable bed and pillows. 43 inch wide Tv. The man in the Reception checked us couple of hours early into room and provided 2 lovely round chocolate cakes as a treat and many thanks for that. One more receptionist offered us airport transportation with local taxi as a courtesy of the hotel because they were miss selling junior suites as a deluxe room because I booked my reservation through Expedia and as junior suites turned up at the hotel and they checked us into Deluxe room up to now they are still claiming for our room is JS. No deluxe? thank you for that Let me start with negative things. No bath tub and bidet in room 216 very big bathroom totally wasted space? Shower doesn’t have any flow it doesn’t come down like a rain shower and powerful. Air conditioning in the room not reliable either blows cold air goes too hot. You can call reception ask them to stop it. Breakfast was very limited and boring same thing last 3 days that we were staying there service slow and unreliable each day under staffed breakfast area need more staff and more choice on the menu and in the buffet area. I paid Expedia £677 for the 3 nights with breakfast for 2 people not sure how much of that mone

The staff was genuinely Very helpful. Nicholas at the front desk got my e-sim working, which I had days of difficulty with. Chris was a great resource for all things to do & eat. A very good concierge! Yaric was a lovely interested & helpful man. Sylvia at the bar was a great mixologist

The hotel is perfect for visiting Stare Miasto (Old Town) and the surrounding areas. Getting to the parking lot was a challenge the day we checked in as there was an EU meeting in Old Town and streets were closed. Jarek, the Front Office Manager, walked to where we were and helped us get our luggage to the hotel. He was so nice, and so helpful!

The Hotel had an amazing staff and they were super helpful getting everything sorted for us with our room (extra hangers etc). It was super clean everywhere. The staff was super friendly and spot English. However, when it came to the breakfast we were super disappointed. The buffet was very small although cute, not filling without many options. When we ordered off the menu the food was good but the portion size was tiny. The breakfast area was also situated in a confusing section of the hotel that was not easy to find. The bar/café outside at the front also had mega slow staff and my dad and I waited for a coffee and tea for a long time.

Fabulous hotel - luxurious, full of character, huge rooms with separate dressing area and spacious bathroom. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Right by the old town and good public transport to other parts of the city. The restaurant menu was very oddly translated but the food was excellent, as was breakfast.

The hotel is a nice building near the castle place. Around the area it’s a lot of construction which makes it hard to walk around. The room was impeccable. The restaurant made a very bad impression as we were told it was open until 10 and at 9:30 pm they refused to serve us and told us to eat at the bar. The bartender was not happy or helpful and when asked about the menu he didn’t know what anything was. People had to come in from outside to get drinks So service doesn’t live to the expectations of a 5 star hotel.

A five-star hotel in a perfect Warsaw location. The only disappointment was the restaurant for dinner (the breakfast restaurant is fine). There are limited menu options with fancy names you cannot decipher, no matter how fluent you are in Polish. Not a big problem because plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance.
