Good room, good air, heat and TV. Great shower. No real complaints. It’s a mom and pop place. Maybe a bit tired, but we could have easily spent a week here. We love the one story, park in front of your room type of place where we can sit outside our door in the evening. Only one long block from Chesters, the only grocery store in town. If they don’t have it you don’t need it!

Very nice and affordable motel with convenient parking. There’s a guest laundry. We didn’t use it but appreciate the convenience. The rooms are nice sized and the beds are clean and comfortable. The plumbing was a bit noisy but everything worked. The wifi was excellent. There’s a nice coffeemaker and I was given a hairdryer when I requested it. The manager was helpful and friendly. This motel is not the ritz but it’s a great value for the price. I would stay here again.

We were real happy with our stay. The only other vacancy in town had bumped their rates up to $299.!!!, that's not happening... The Budget 8 was clean, we were able to conveniently park right in front of our room, very reasonable rate, nice family run motel!

Reservations were for 3 adults, after getting to the room only 2 towels, went to front desk 8:30pm doors locked rang door bell with no luck, got back to the room and called front desk from hotel phone no answer. The ice machine broke or didn’t work. We also had a package shipped to the hotel with confirmation that it was delivered but they couldn’t find it.

Blew my expectations out of the water. It’s aged, but don’t let that discourage you. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. Biggest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room and all the channels. Everything functioned the way it was designed. I just can’t say enough good things about it.

This property is older but was still well maintained and clean. The location was easy to get to and was quiet. There is a bbq bar next door and some other restaurants a short drive/reasonable walk (about 1/2 mile) away. The property is managed by a family and was very attentive and friendly. I plan on staying here again next time I am in the area.

The people that works there are friendly and helpful, The place is very out dated and needs a lot of work… There’s a supermarket and gas station near the hotel which was very nice to have..Not many places to eat.. only saw a pizza place near the hotel..so got dinner at the supermarket..the room has a microwave &fridge which was a real plus.
