This hotel is awesome! Very nice, spacious rooms - we stayed 3 nights, could've stayed longer if we'd needed to. Great bargain. However, there are limited dining options nearby - you would definitely have to drive to find a restaurant or shopping. Parking was $10 per night. Our dishwasher in our room suddenly started spraying out water, which ended up all over the floor, so that was a little bit of an issue; however the property rep took care of it for us and offered us a different room. We did not take it since we didn't intend to use the dishwasher.

They charge for parking and they didn't mention that when i did the reservation.

This place is one of my favorite. Everything is so clean and new! Staff are beyond professional and go above and beyond for the guest. They have a good size gym and pool. Good breakfast too. You can’t go wrong with this place. 5 stars all day.

Very clean and new property. They did a good job in the build of the property. They were flexible and let us check in earlier without paying extra. We were sleeping over for a funeral. Parking is open air, but they charged us $10! Usually parking in a free range open lot should be free.

Super spacious, clean, and plenty of breakfast for minimal cost. We loved our room and the kind staff. Great gym too!

The front desk staff went above and beyond for us(ADA and traveling with a dog and asked for 1st floor near exit door). They were very friendly. Room was gorgeous. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, we didn’t hear any outside noise. Comfy sitting area and shower was huge(ADA). We were there for only one night and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Nice outdoor area. Breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of selections. Hotel was bright and airy. If I had to pick one area for improvement I would say get rid of the $10 parking fee…why are they charging that anyway? Ample parking and it is not a downtown area where parking is limited and at a premium.

The room is fantastic, however, I guess I assumed that there was a swimming pool, it being California. You know what they say about assuming things I guess I would emphasize on the amenities that there is no pool

The hotel was nice and clean! The breakfast was good and had plenty of choice’s too. It would have been excellent if it had a pool for my daughter to enjoy.

I stayed for 2 nights in February 2024 at this property, which is apparently a very new property. As you would expect, everything about the property was new in appearance and very clean. The front office and dining area were open and inviting and convenient. The front office staff was welcoming and friendly and check-in was easy. The room with 2 queen beds was extremely clean, and well appointed, with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, kitchen utensils, large screen TV, and a large well-appointed bathroom. We asked for the room to be cleaned after the first night but that did not get communicated to housekeeping. Also, on the first night we reported that one of the bedside lamps was not working and we requested somebody to fix it the next day. That did not get fixed while we were there either. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was also comfortable. I knew in advance that the parking was $10 per night, so I was not surprised although I was disappointed to pay it anyway, because I feel that it is a rip-off for consumers. How else are you going to arrive at this hotel, except by driving? It isn’t a downtown location like San Francisco, so to charge for parking seems to me to be gouging the customers. The breakfast was fine; some cereals and a couple of hot items and waffles as well. The bananas on the 2nd day were all soft, however. Overall, this property is a solid 4 stars.

Always a 5 star place. Clean and up to date and super professional staff. They have a gym to be able to get a full workout in, everything you need is there! They are a 2 minute walk from Marriot their big sister company. Which means they allow you to have full access to the pool and hot tub! This place is worth every penny!

We stayed for a couple of days and found the rooms to be spacious and very clean. The hotel is nice, convenient, and easy to access. We had a late check-in, but the staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall, we’ll gladly stay here again whenever we’re in Sacramento

My wife stayed at the hotel while attending a funeral with my daughter and upon arriving noticed yellow stains all over the toilet. She had to clean it herself, later in the night she had a man go up to the same floor as her, the man had tattoos all over his body including his face and followed her. My wife rushed to her room and saw the man knock on the door across from hers. She saw it was a drug deal going on and could not sleep the rest of the night. She told the front counter, checked out a day early because she didn't feel safe and they said they would refund her the total amount. However they only refunded her the second night. We were really disappointed and will definitely never stay here again.

The hotel is pretty new and has a lot to offer. I enjoyed the outside patio area. It has a piece of artificial grass my kids and I were able to play on. Breakfast was good and the lobby area was constantly being cleaned. The room was spacious and I enjoyed having the kitchenette. The only area that was lacking cleanliness was the floors. Because of the vinyl flooring vs carpet you were able to see dirt or shoe marks a lot more. The bathroom did have hair on the floor and a little in the bathroom sink as well. That was the downside however everything was pretty standard and good for my family and I.

This was a very clean property. I was concerned about 2 things prior to my trip. A hotel room with no bugs (so many in the area have terrifying reviews) and a safe location. I was completely satisfied on both accounts. As a bonus this hotel has a large map in the lobby with what to do & places to go in the surrounding area. Its a 2 minute drive from the American River. The metro that goes to downtown is right across the street. Did I say clean, it was very clean & our room was exceptional.

The place is like it was built yesterday! Everything is well maintenance and clean. Staff are responsive and professional. Always a 5 stars!

For the price you can’t get a better room in the area. Very spacious room with kitchen, desk, couch, and nice bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Newly built and I like the fact that I can use my Netflix account on the tv. This is my second stay and I will stay again during my next business trip.

At first the room looked nice but found that the lights were not working until we 'accidentally' found the switch that allowed the lights to work. The lamp did not work until we discovered it had been plugged into the wrong wall outlet (the top outlet was the only active one that we discovered). The TV would not work until we discovered it had been unplugged. The coffee pot would not work until we discovered someone had disconnected the tube connecting the water to drain into the coffee recepticle. When these issues were discussed with who we thought was the manager his response was "well, these things happen"...... Really ????? No apology. Anyway we will not be returning anytime soon.

This suite was a real godsend for a 3-night stay. The shower is AWESOME, even better than my home! Full-sized fridge and freezer, 2 burners for cooking, even a toaster and a dishwasher. The dishwasher for some reason started running randomly when the door wasn't even closed and leaked water all over the floor - thank goodness we were in the suite at the time! Hotel personnel came up and unplugged the dishwasher... Fortunately we didn't need to use it. We were offered a different room but declined. My only complaint is that it's in kind of a weird area - no shopping or restaurants anywhere close. It came with breakfast, which was a bit less than good, but at least it was included in the price of the room.

Beautiful property marred by floor material choices that transmit every sound from above into your room. May you have a quuet upstairs neighbor who shares your sleep schedule.

We had treats/snacks that required a refrigerator. It was no problem as the room had a full-size refrigerator. Great work desk for us to work on. We had comfy beds. Breakfast was nice. Smaller selection however good food. We plan to book this location in the future for our next meeting.

everything was fine except the person in the room above me who constantly ran around the room at 4am

This hotel, established in 2023, is relatively clean for now. However, if the staff doesn't maintain the cleanliness, it’s bound to go downhill fast. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, the service has been rude and unprofessional.

The people next door had a party until 2 in the morning and then had a fight until 3:30 in the morning and the hotel staff we nowhere to be found.

The amount of time that they hold on to your deposit is ridiculous

We had a great experience right when we stepped in the front door. The hotel staff at the front was very polite and welcoming. When we got to run we were amazed on how clean it was and how large it was and very modern. My family really had a great time and this hotel is truly a great place to stay

After staying here twice now, the hotel is clean and new but terrible organization by management. They were overbooked and only had one of our rooms ready. Also wasn’t contacted hours after our room was actually ready. This hotel should not have a 9.2/10 guest review. I’d give it more of a 6-7/10.

The staff was incredible. There was one particular staff member that provided the most outstanding customer service and I cannot for the life of me remember her name! She works 3rd shift and we bonded on the fact I was in the industry myself before going into property management. She has the biggest heart to serve and I definitely pray she is recognized for the service she provides.

This was my third stay at the TownePlace suites in Rancho Cordova. I returned here again because this hotel is nearly brand new, and is very clean and safe and convenient. The front desk staff is wonderful. The breakfast staff is also very good, and the housekeepers are beyond great. Every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I had requested a specific room number, and even though I knew it was not guaranteed, I was still disappointed when I arrived, and it was not available for me. the room I received, however, was still a very nice room. The breakfast has many good options, including some healthy options as well. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again if I go back to Rancho Cordova.

The Hotel is fairly new, but room was extremely clean, along with lobby. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The only concern I have is that there is a lot of transients that are walking by, so definitely lock your vehicles, don’t leave anything inside vehicles. Again the location where the hotel doesn’t seem scary or dirty just be weary that you will see transients walking by.

The building and staff were great. Breakfast was alright, not the best but alright. Some random person stole something off my car when I was in the room.

Having a train that takes you to downtown right across the street is great. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good and it’s an all around nice hotel. My only complaint would be that the TV is mounted in a weird place and I smacked into it a few times going into the bathroom.

Great stay! Room, hotel and facilities were clean and great condition. Breakfast was lacking. Went to have breakfast at the 8:00 am timeframe most the trays were empty. Left to have breakfast at the airport.

Breakfast could’ve had more options and clearly labeled. I don’t eat ham but the omelette didn’t state it had ham on it and only found out when I took a bite of the omelette.

Surprisingly awesome place. Great room; large, big fridge, clean, well designed, great a/c. Really good breakfast for this type of place, very unexpected.
