The rooms and property was nice. We were disappointed because the website states it shuttles to the casino for free. That’s why we chose this hotel. We arrived and was told they don’t offer that service anymore

Great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Great views of the river and the bar had live music.

Wonderful hotel, clean, easy checkin and out. Beautiful area, close to walk to restaurants. Free parking across the street, always plenty of parking spaces. Free bicycles out front to use. Room was big as was bathroom. Helpful staff and friendly. Has a Starbucks in lobby along with bar and restaurant.

Property having work done, but did not inform us of such. Paint chips all over the floor, 4th floor walls in hallway looked horrible and room dusty.

We love this hotel for its wonderful accommodations, river view, and walking distance to so many great restaurants! Parking is a breeze in the garage across the street (free!).

Very nice property. My wife and I were there for a concert at the event center. It was great. We walked to a restaurant for dinner then hung out at the bar on the property until the concert started. Then it was just a short ride down an escalator and we were at the concert. It was great. Free parking garage right across the street from the hotel.

This was probably the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. We were there from Wednesday to Monday, and our bed was only made one time, 1 day before we left. The room was never cleaned the entire time we stayed there. All of the surfaces were dirty and smeared. The sofa pillows looked like they were from 1960 they were so dirty. I will never stay there or recommend that hotel EVER!

Loved this stay. Great location, room was cozy, bed was comfy. Only complaint is it shower was not cleaned. The previous guest was a female who left hair on the wall. It was there when I went to start a shower on our first day.

Everything was decent for the most part except some aspects of the room. The TV remote wouldn't work and there was black mold in the shower. Areas of the room hadn't been cleaned well or vacuumed.

Check in / Registration desk has no signage, upon entering the room we noticed that no one had dusted or wiped down the walls/doors. The shower floor and walls had grime, dirt, mold. One of the towels had a big brown stain and another one had what looked like make up stains. The toilet paper roll was 3/4 used and not enough trash cans for the size of the room. The staff downstairs at the registration desk once found were awesome though.

The lady at reception wasn't very friendly. We then had to move rooms because there was hair in the bathroom, toilet, and shower. The other room didn't have curtains and the carpet was dirty. It was a very bad experience, and we had to stay at the hotel for a few nights.

The property is not being maintained as well as I would like to see....mold in shower, grout missing between tiles in shower, bathroom not clean, air conditioner fan sounded like a loud blender and made sleep very difficult as it cut on and off.

The hotel was immaculate. Very clean space and quiet. I would definitely recommend

Upon checking in, the clerk confirmed my ID and then said she was running a system audit and couldn't get us into our room until it was finished. It was after 2am and she made us stand in the lobby for about an hour before we got our room keys. Once we got into our room the bed was dirty. In the middle of the bed, it had a brown rust stain, pubic hair, and what looked like seminal fluid. We slept on top of the comforter. This was one of the worst experiences I've EVER had at a hotel and would not recommend this property to an animal.

Wow is the best word to describe our stay. The hotel looked so grand upon first entry. Checkin was super easy. Our room was beyond amazing. I had no idea it was going to be like a 1 bedroom apartment. It was so quiet and we had a river view. Felt like we were the only ones at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. River view and we were the only people in there dining.

The room has very low sound proofing, over all very nice!

There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The best thing about the Hilton Doubletree was the good sized room and the river view !

Our room overlooked the river. It seemed like a minor detail in picking the room but we watched the river a lot. Restaurants and bar within walking distance. We also walked sevwral blocka just looking at old or rehabbed architecture. Hotel really clean and quiet. We were a half hour from cincinatti and 20 minutes from the creation museum in kentucky. Only complaint is its not a smart tv. During our downtime we would have enjoyed a movie or connecting to iur own platforms. Instead the only optiin was renting a movie for 22 to 29 dollars.

All was great except the air conditioner was noisy

Very nice hotel, surprisingly doesn’t have mini fridge in room which is a problem for diabetics however I always have a cooler so not a big deal, just a nice place to cheap out on amenities

This is a beautiful hotel. The view of the river and the restaurant was wonderful. Laurenceburg is an awesome little town. The downside about the hotel is the TV channels come in and go out every few minutes. We were unable to watch TV the whole time we were there. Also, the water never got hot. We could only take barely warm showers. The beds were ok but nothing special. Overall we liked the hotel but the TV problem and the hot water issues need to be addressed.

Beautiful room, very clean, gorgeous view. Only negative was that the walls are thin and could hear person coughing and every time they went to bathroom.

Great location! We arrived to check in after 5:00, when we arrived, our rooms were not ready (group of 2). Staff at desk acted like it was no big deal, when I questioned why it wasn’t ready since check in is at 4:00 and he stated that 4:00pm check in is just a suggestion that often times rooms aren’t ready until later. I’ve never heard that before. I heard another guest next to me getting upset because his room was still not ready and he arrived at 4:00. I don’t know what was going on here but it wasn’t right and there was no offer to make it better, such as a drink at the bar or a complimentary appetizer or a discount….just nothing but a shrug and an I don’t know what to tell you attitude…not what I expected from a Hilton property. The rooms were simple and clean but we heard every word our neighbors were saying until 2:00 a.m. Disappointed.

The hotels key system was down and we were unable to access our room unless a staff member walked us up and let us in. They were understaffed, resulting in long wait times and inability to bake the cookies that are generally offered at a Doubletree.

Restaurant too expensive. There was no ice bucket in our room. When I mentioned it to employee- she argued with that there was one. There was NOT. Then when we were brought one, it was dirty and broken. There needs to be refrigeration in all rooms. Not enough small amenities for the price. Parking was across the street.

Our stay was frustrating and disheartening. There was no refrigerator and the hotel wanted an extra $10 to put one in our room. We had brought left overs from our family memorial service we had just come from. They put us in a handicap room and did not offer use of the luggage carriers. The parking garage was across the street and the hotel was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the front desk. They put us on the 7th floor. We asked for the luggage carriers and were shown where they were, but they were not offered to us to use. The front staff was sarcastic as we expressed our needs. The walk in shower had a small edge that allowed water to flow out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We had to lay down bath towels on the floor to keep the water from spreading everywhere. There were three bottles in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and another empty shampoo bottle and no soap bottles. The only redeeming part was the pillows and the bed being comfortable.

It was late when we arrived, there was a sign at the desk saying the worker had stepped away. A few minutes later, a young lady came up and informed us the system was down. I had to fill out a paper to check in and we couldn’t be given a key-she had to walk us up to our room. Our room seemed ok when we entered, we got ready for bed. I moved the pillows that were stacked on the bed, and I noticed there was hair (several pieces) on the pillow, which made me wonder if the sheets had even been changed. This thoroughly disgusted me -I was so tired and ready to sleep. We hadn’t been in the room very long, so we had drug all of our things up to the room and had gotten dressed for bed, and I considered going down to get a different room-I didn’t because I was so tired and already dressed for bed. I was very disappointed, though, about this and our stay. I don’t enjoy staying in hotels-I don’t rest well away from home. I chose this hotel and drove a little further and probably laid a little more because I had stayed here before and felt like it was nice and clean. It did not live up to that standard last night. Very disappointing-it’s very unsettling to lay down in a bed and wonder if you are sleeping on dirty sheets. Clean bedding shouldn’t even be a concern when you are paying to stay somewhere! That should be considered the most basic of necessities.

This was a really nice Double tree with amazing views of the Ohio River and a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and the Hollywood Casino. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher, was Double Tree had a state wide computer outage. They couldn’t check n on time and print room keys for several days. Any time you wanted in your room you need someone from the front desk to key you into your room. While inconvenient they were super friendly.

Great place to stay. Right off the river. Kentucky and Ohio minutes away. Cincinnati and Newport are amazing places to visit.

Chose for proximity to Creation Museum. Relied on online ratings. Great value.

Great location. Close to everything

Nice location overlooking the Ohio. Could walk to shopping and restaurants. Had to request cups for water and coffee, room had none when we checked in. Enjoyed river view that night but couldn’t get automatic blinds to open in the morning so couldn’t enjoy the view before we checked out.

Loved Lawrenceburg. Such a cute town great room and hotel. Of course the cookies are the best. Beds were comfy. Love that they have amenities enough to wash your hair. We also had the river view. Beautiful sunrise. Staff was amazing.

The onsite restaurant was fabulous. The rooms were great and the staff was wonderful.

Stay was great. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast not so good. Food was cold. Just not good food. Price was way too high for a serve yourself breakfast.

Pass on No'ce. Service was lacking. Had most of my meal wh no drink. Waited 17 minutes before anyone came to greet us.

Overall it was a good stay. They accommodated all our requests. Overall staff was friendly. Our room needed additional lighting. The 3 lights did not provide good lighting at night. The food in the restaurant was excellent!

It was great. On weekends they only have a 17.00 Buffet for breakfast. It was terrible. They should have at least a breakfast sandwich at the Starbucks there. That buffet was worth maybe 6.00. It was cold, and the taste was blah. The yogurt with berries was filled with water. Biscuit and gravy was just ok
