Had to go 2xs to the office after checking in to get into my room as my card did not work. Finally the lady came down with a master key (after me having to wait for 15 min in the office for her "manager" who was to busy partying with other guests) and let me in but never fixed the fact that my actual room key was not fuctuoning even when asked. Vending machines were either empty or non fuctioning. Also charged $150 (which is more then I even paid for the room) as a deposit then refused to give me any kind of copy of the transaction for my record so now I am just having to hope that there is no issues with that and it is refunded in a timley maner. Loud music was heard through most of the early night (till around 11:30ish) from the other people having some kind of party outside there rooms in the building next to the one I was in (the same party the manager was seen at earlier when I was having issues with my door). Did not feel completley safe in the room as the security chain was broken for the door so had to rely on the deadbolt. Room was suprisingly clean and fuctional (very small tv) but was run down. The belcony attached to it was very nice. They did not offer breakfast because of "covid concerns" which to me was just an excuse to not bring back a breakfast in any copacity as a cost saving measure.

The room was not very clean though it smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals when I walked in. The floor in the bathroom had pubic hair all over it and the green bedspreads had hair on them (seemed to be both from peoples heads and pet hair). I kept my shoes on the whole time and did not use the bedspreads. Internet didn’t work well and tv kept changing channels and volume without me touching the remote.

It was really bad. First, we get into town an hour before check in...after a 14 hour drive. We were told we couldn't check in early, because the room wasn't cleaned yet, come back at 2. No worries, totally understandable. We come back at 4, check in and are given our door cards...go to the room and it is trashed and still has someone else's stuff in it. We go back up front and they move us to the room next door. Walk in and there are these little bugs all over the place. My husband complained to the manager but he didn't seem to care. Unfortunately we couldn't check out because everywhere else was full and we couldn't afford to lose the $1300.00 we had to pay for the 10 days stay. The day before we left, the manager finally sprayed for the bugs because everyone staying there was complaining. I feel bad for the staff...they are the ones that were getting all the complaints. These things were everywhere. It was pretty gross.

LOTS OF FLIES IN THE ROOM!!!! Killed 15 over the course of the evening and early morning. Room was ok, flooring needs to be fixed by the dresser (coming up about 3 feet in front of the dresser). Nice A/C though

I personally didn’t stay at the property. I booked this hotel for 8 employees when we couldn’t find a hotel closer to the job site. They ended up sleeping in their cars because of the large number of cockroaches in the rooms. Staff was polite and friendly on the phone.

The property houses extended stay customers, who apparently aren't happy people, concluded because of loud argumenting, etc. The soap in bathroom was so small, it was barely visible! And there was a foot-wide gap between the pillows & headboard, where the pillows like to fall through. flies galore too. Would not choose to stay there again unfortunately.

It just wasn't worth the price. It wasn't clean enough and honestly the bathroom sink was completely cracked. Was afraid to sleep in the covers. Just didn't trust i wasn't going to get bed bugs even though I checked multiple times

Not happy with having to hold down the lever in order for the toilet to flush. Not happy that the sliding doors were screwed shut, safety/fire hazard. Not happy that there was no extra safety lock to prevent someone entering after the door was closed. Not happy with the fact that there were two of us checked in but not enough towels, soap or shampoo provided. Had to ask for more. Also not happy that the shampoo was in ketchup type plastic container and extremely hard to open, I had to use my teeth. The people were extremely courteous and the place was clean just run down.

Really nothing to like about this place. Very unsettling vibes, people in room next door were loud and arguing. Card didn’t work and the worker couldn’t help so I had to have the guy at the front desk let me in. I stayed for about an hour then left to go somewhere else

The property is older but the staff is amazing our flight was 4 hours delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 2 am but they called to check on us and actually waited for us to arrive. The room itself is a little dated but they do a good job of keeping everything clean.

The staff at the Malone Inn went above and beyond and shuttled 9 of us to a restaurant nearby for dinner since there is nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay for a night.

While it’s an older property, it has a great location, easy parking with many options for ground floor entry. Beds were comfortable. A great deal for the price.

Our room appeared to be above the basketball hoop. We turned the air-conditioner on for white noise. Simple solution. Reasonably quiet and clean room. Probably Malone's best value in very basic lodging. The desk person, who appeared to also be an owner was effiicient. We would stay there again.

The staff at the Malone Inn went above and beyond and shuttled 9 of us to a restaurant nearby for dinner since there is nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay for a night.

Had to go 2xs to the office after checking in to get into my room as my card did not work. Finally the lady came down with a master key (after me having to wait for 15 min in the office for her "manager" who was to busy partying with other guests) and let me in but never fixed the fact that my actual room key was not fuctuoning even when asked. Vending machines were either empty or non fuctioning. Also charged $150 (which is more then I even paid for the room) as a deposit then refused to give me any kind of copy of the transaction for my record so now I am just having to hope that there is no issues with that and it is refunded in a timley maner. Loud music was heard through most of the early night (till around 11:30ish) from the other people having some kind of party outside there rooms in the building next to the one I was in (the same party the manager was seen at earlier when I was having issues with my door). Did not feel completley safe in the room as the security chain was broken for the door so had to rely on the deadbolt. Room was suprisingly clean and fuctional (very small tv) but was run down. The belcony attached to it was very nice. They did not offer breakfast because of "covid concerns" which to me was just an excuse to not bring back a breakfast in any copacity as a cost saving measure.

This property actually has a few buildings. My room was in one of the buildings off the main one. My room was large and very clean. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure. There was even a little balcony off my room. The front desk staff was very friendly and super helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very nice and helpful. They really work hard to keep it clean. The area was quiet and convenient.

I never stayed at the Malone in. I canceled days before I was supposed to get there and the owner charged my credit card the full amount, even though I wasn’t there and giving notice about canceling I would never book with this hotel
