This is a very clean, newer hotel. I gave it 5 stars because I had a great time on vacation staying here! It was centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and golf courses around. The room and amenities. . . breakfast, pool, work out/laundry area ALL VERY NICE!!

Nice new, modestly priced hotel with kitchenette. Located in undeveloped area, so there aren’t restaurants or stores nearby. Only complaint is that we were charged $15 per night to self park in an empty parking lot. Definitely just a disguised way to increase the daily room rate.

We’ve stayed here a lot, but this time we were told that the new management/ownership now charges $10.00/day for surface parking. There is PLENTY of parking, so this is just a blatant money grab. Hilton has now lost a long-time Hhonors member and former Hilton full-service GM. Unbelievable. If the used the parking revenue to pay for parking lot security, that would be one thing.....but they have signs in the lot that say that they're not responsible for vehicles. They should be ashamed.

Very clean, quiet location and freindly staff. The only issue is the pool. The water is that cold that you can‘t use the pool. So, even if there is a pool there is no use for it.

Relatively new. Fine now; but, I got the sense it won't hold up well. Weird layout of bathroom. They want to do every other day room service, but there is no place to hand towels or washclothes to get them dry. Soap for sink is 3' away from the sink (including a 6" gap between the counter and the wall). Pillows are barely there. Pool; no hot tub.

Everything about this hotel is great except the housekeeping. Stayed 4 nights and couldn't get a proper room cleaning. No clean sheets, ran out of towels and toilet paper, asked front desk 3 times and had go really complain before they would ensure our room was cleaned.

My room was not clean when i arrived it was late i waited til morning and told the front desk they said they would take care of it however when i returned the room was not cleaned correctly called them again and they again said they would take care of it mediocre cleaning wont stay here again

THE ROOM HAD DIRTY LAUNDRY IN IT. ALSO HAVE DIRTY DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER AND FOOD IN THE SINK. WHEN I POINTED IT OUT THE CAME UP AND GOT THE LAUNDRY AND SAID SORRY. COMPLAINED AGAIN AT CHECK OUT AND THEY COMP ONE NIGHT

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights. Of those, they didn't clean the room for 5 days. I reported it 3 times at reception and they only gave me one apology. They didn't solve the problem, so they left us without towels, with the bed unmade and of course with the bathroom dirty. The hotel is new,

Hotel and room seemed very clean. The 1 bdrm room was very large, had good sized TV in Main rm and bdrm. BUT the box of Kleenex only had a few tissues, no second box. Worse, I found out once I was in the shower with my hair shampooed that the shower gel was empty. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in numerous countries, I've never had that happen before.

Room was clean and liked the ammenities. The traffic on Scottsdale road was noisy I would suggest ear plugs. I would also suggest 2 coffee packets and enough cream for 2 (i.e. 4 total)

Rooms were fine but the deodorizer was disturbing and burned our throats and noses. Unbearable really. Cant open any windows and the air conditioner made it worse.Thank goodness we only spent a couple nights there. By the time we left our noses were very sore and clogged and throats raspy. Beds not comfortable at all. Water pressure was just barely enough. I would not stay there again.

This was a brand new facility and was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was very nice with a nice coffee and tea bar. The breakfast was very good with plenty of seating. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The only downfall with our stay was that it was close to the freeway so we could hear the noise of the traffic at night and we could also hear the television of the people next door and noise of people upstairs. If you are a heavy sleeper then you will be fine.

Nice rooms with USB porting on both sides of the bed. Bathroom with nice shower, kitchenette, and full refrigerator/freezer. Facility has a pool and exercise room which I didn't use due to busy schedule. Restaurants and Walgreens nearby.

I stayed at this property for the first time in July 2024 on floor 4 for a week. I literally heard nothing at all the whole time I was there! I just got back from a 5 day stay on floor 2 and when there were people in the room above me, there was definitely more than moderate noise. Thankfully I only had to deal with it for one night. This is a newer hotel right off the freeway and right next to a Panera. There is an adequate breakfast in the mornings, very nice workout room and an outdoor pool. They also take dogs which is nice! There is also a nice mostly shaded parking lot right outside the back door. I would definitely stay there again but ask for the top floor if people above you walking like elephants disturbs you! The staff overall is very welcoming and helpful!

Great location. Room was clean and spacious. The soundproofing in the rooms and windows was excellent. We weren’t disturbed by neighbors, hallway noise or the elevator, despite the fact was directly across from the elevator bank.

While the hotel is clean the housekeeping service was not up to par. I was told my room would be serviced every other day and during my 4 day stay it wasn't serviced once. Inexcusable! One night at 430am there were several people in the parking lot yelling and screaming for 20-25 minutes. When I called the front desk there was no answer. I tried several other hotel connections and still got no answer. Inexcusable!

The person that greeted me when I first got to the property was extremely rude. The first impression he gave me was awful! He was staring at his computer and didn’t even greet me. I walked up to the desk and stood there awkwardly and had to tell him that I was checking in. He then looked at me and told me to hold on. I was the only person checking in so the lobby was not busy. After finally deciding to finish doing whatever he was doing he asked for my ID and checked me in. First impression was awful! He didn’t even tell me where my room was or which way to go, I had to ask because I had never been there before. The facility however was great and clean. I love that room had a kitchen and a fridge because I was traveling with my infant. Had there been a more pleasant customer service oriented individual at the front I would say my stay was excellent.

From beginning check out to the end checkout, everything was just perfect. We had two dogs with us, so they transferred us to a more convenient room. Worked perfectly. We stayed in this hotel for 2.5 weeks and I have absolutely no complaints. Will stay here again in the near future! The staff from the GM to the housekeepers were very professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

My stay here is always nice. I didn’t not like how the front desk lady signed me up for a rewards account without asking my consent. She was not welcoming and asked me a lot of questions that I thought was part of the checking process and then I receive and email regard my new account. That was the only negative.

Very nice, new facility with smart decor and even a mini kitchen on our room. Full size refrig. with freezer was very handy. Perfect location near the Mayo Clinic and in North Scottsdale for shopping and fine dining.

The rooms are great. Well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is well kept and perfectly located for my needs. The breakfast is horrid. Make yourself waffles, oatmeal and yogurt were ok, although waffle toppings and yogurt add ins shoddy, unappetizing, cheap and few. Plastic eggs on soggy, untoasted, nasty muffins. Plastic “omelette “ was just nasty. Maybe a banana, maybe an apple Pass on the “juices” ( not sure what fruit sacrificed itself to die in their dispenser, but best to let in further sour in peace). Mini muffins fresh from the catering box. Bagels, but not even jam to top them. If breakfast is a race to the bottom, they’re winning.

Check in experience was lack luster. The guy barely made eye contact, wasn’t friendly and passed my room key and waters to me. Breakfast are looked pretty rough. Didn’t see anyone working there. Most food was gone by 9am. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable

Nice facilities and room. Breakfast is not good unless you like bagels, waffles or cereal. Premade omelette had consistency and taste of my dogs rubber chew toy. We were there three days and no room service. Would stay again but would make own breakfast and request room service.
