Very centrally located. Casino across the street. Several eateries and bars within walking distance. The street that the hotel is on does not have vehicle traffic so drop off and pick up is not directly in front of the hotel. Amazing rooftop bar. Rooms are spacious. bed is comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is great and there is a big tub as well. toilet is separate which is nice. they provide a hydroflask for your stay and there are filtered refill stations in the hallway. Rooftop pool closes early but nice amenity

Great hotel, beautiful decor. The staff was very friendly and well educated, perfect service on their behalf. The facilities were beautiful, the restaurant was really good and it had a great rooftop with lovely views of Madrid. Definitely would stay there the next time we visit Madrid.

Property not ready to receive guest. Gym is close, Elevator don't work and when it does is super slow, wifi is terrible it disconnects every time you log off and they charge you $5 everyday for it. Finally doorman can be rude since there’s a lot of people in front of the hotel and they cant know who’s a guest of the hotel.

It all began when I reached out to the hotel's Guest Experience team via email, and that's when the incomparable Issac stepped in. His level of service went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. He played a pivotal role in orchestrating a surprise proposal for my girlfriend, arranging delightful treats along the way, coordinating a shuttle service, and even ensuring we had exquisite flowers, wine, and delectable snacks. Alvaro and Narella, two other outstanding staff members, joined forces to continuously enhance our stay. They not only provided us with exceptional dining recommendations but also captured our "just engaged" moments against the breathtaking backdrop of the rooftop pool area. While some individuals may have expressed concerns about the elevators or the hotel's newness in their reviews, I must express my admiration for the hotel's proactive approach to addressing every aspect. They have installed additional elevators and exhibit an unwavering commitment to enhancing both the establishment and guests' experiences. I was pleasantly surprised when our bed was immaculately made twice a day, and the occasional appearance of delightful letters and chocolates on our pillows added a touch of elegance. 泳池有點失望，不可能游水，只能坐在池邊看風景，泳池水質也很差，很多浮游生物，另外房間洗手間的燈光一時光，一時暗，不知如何是好

Staff checked us in early, the room was spotless and the welcome drink was wonderful to enjoy on the rooftop at the bar. The rooms are extremely quiet for being so close to a major city area. Property felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend.

This is a nice property but we didn’t feel the housekeeping standard was anywhere near 5*. Most days during our stay we had to phone reception to have the coffee, milk, etc replenished and on another day we had no towels. Small things but shouldn’t be happening at a 5*. If we stayed again we’d try to get a larger room (we didn’t pick a low category but ours was very small for 2 adults), I’d also want to avail of the beautiful views from the higher floors. Overall a good property but there may be better for the price in Madrid.

El personal del hotel es muy atento, la limpieza y el cuidado de la propiedad excelente, la gastronomía de l hotel es una muy buena opción si no quieres salir del hotel. La ubicación es sumamente cómoda especialmente para cuando viajas por negocios y debes salir a diferentes lugares. Muy agradecida con las atenciones de los chicos de la entrada siempre atentos.

Staff and Location was excellent, including Reception, Concierge, Bellboys...etc. What I did not like was the House Keeping, extremely clumsy, never vacuumed the floor, never wiped the coffee table, nor the cupboards, never washed the cups, glasses...etc.

Amazing hotel!! The room was Beautiful and amazingly sound proofed considering the loud location. The rooftop is stunning with amazing food and a cute pool. The staff were exceptionally kind and lovely. It’s in a great location to walk around the city. I would highly recommend and stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel. This hotel is located in a very central location. There are plenty of walkable restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is large with amazing water pressure. They provide a hairdryer and a clothing steamer. The staff members were so friendly and accommodating. I love the rooftop bar, great cocktails and beautiful sunset views I would definitely stay here again! I truly loved this hotel.

The shower room was the highlight of our stay! The water pressure was amazing. The bed was super comfortable with amazing pillows. The room was small but we made due with our 4 bags for 2 people. We would definitely stay there again!

Most of the rooms in this property are small so I paid for the King Esperanza Plus Room. The second night the toilet flush stopped working and they moved us to a smaller room. Um, why am I paying for the rate for the King Esperanza Plus Room and receiving a smaller room instead? In addition, the water stopp3d working for a few hours on one of the afternoons as well, and on another afternoon there was a lpud alarm bell throughout the hotel. The hotel is also not soundproofed adequately and walls are thin so you can hear what is going on in the hallways as well as outside in the plaza.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was ready right away, which was great because of the time difference and we were tired and wanted to sleep. The staff was super friendly and kind. The only thing to note, is that the cars don’t reach the hotel, it’s on a pedestrian only street. But it wasn’t too bad, just rolled our luggage for about 1/2 a block. Angel, the bellman was extremely helpful, he went the extra mile to help us with the luggage when it was time to go, since the car couldn’t make it all the way to the property. The restaurant and roof top bar were also fantastic.

4* experience in a 3* location at a 5* price Not a bad hotel. Staff are helpful and courteous, rooms are comfortable if a little small and the roof terrace and reception areas have a lovely view. However, the hotel is located in a pretty unpleasant location. It’s on a busy intersection, next to a McDonald’s and multiple other cheap fast-food venues, casinos and tacky shops. Taxis can’t reach the front of the hotel so you have to march through a litter strewn street to get to the entrance. At night it’s busy and noisy with lots of drunk people hanging around outside the hotel. The rooms are well insulated for sound but it’s impossible not to be slightly disturbed by the noise outside if you’re a light sleeper. The breakfast seemed good at first but was underwhelming. Lots of choice, but nothing was actually good to eat. Lots of industrial pastries. Eggs were ordered a la carte, fine, but the portions were laughably small when they arrived… like two bites of scrambled egg and half a cherry tomato… someone clearly protecting the margins. Coffee was from a machine and pretty dreadful, so if you want decent coffee you have to find a spot nearby. Overall, it’s an ok hotel as long as you manage your expectations which you shouldn’t really have to do when spending £500 a room a night.

Centrally located, walking distance to shops and restaurants and points of interest The hotel room was beautiful, breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with made to order items and buffet choices. Parking is separate in a public parking for a separate charge. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Hilton’s Curio Collection, Hotel Montera located in Madrid was exceptional. The hotel’s ambience, amenities, and staff met every expectation. The slight inconvenience of walking to the taxi stop from the hotel’s entrance did not interfere with the overall experience, which included the best of hotel mattresses and elegant quiet rooms with extraordinary cuisine located on site. I highly recommend this property.
