My wife and I loved this place. We were traveling with 2 dogs and this place is VERY dog friendly. Hard flooring so you don't have to wonder what is in the carpet. The owner and her mother were there working and were VERY friendly it was nice to talk to them. We will absolutely go back here. The only downside was breakfast was not like the chain hotels but it was enough to get the day started.

One of our best hotel experiences yet!!! Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the executive suite with river view & we enjoyed having a full size living room with fireplace. We enjoyed the river view from our balcony, loved being greeted by Dax the dog. Super friendly & helpful staff made us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

We LOVED this hotel, it is our new "go-to" for our annual end of summer getaway. Absolutely hands down recommend staying here. I love the outdoor access direct from the room, the hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff was incredible (even Dax!). The rooms are large, and I feel like even the small details were noticed, such as the dark gray washcloths in the bathroom embroidered with "MAKEUP" - amazing!! I never understood why hotels only had white towels, the thoughtfulness that went behind something as simple as the makeup towels was just a wonderful added touch. There is access to a little dock on the river via staircase, the solar lights kick on at dark and guide you down if you'd like to go after dark. The vibe of the hotel is modern, comfortable, bright and open / airy - just what I think of when we go to the beach. Thank you Watershed Hotel - we will see you next summer!

Spotless, love the unlimited coffee bar hot cocoa n hot apple cider and dog biscuits for my pup a roni roo. Staff was very friendly and very courteous about my emotional support animal too. A big shock and surprise as in wingate, super 8 and quality inn were all not so friendly and courteous to my service animal or any animal in fact.

Didn't use the pool ( not sure they have one) The view of the River from the balcony in our room was beautiful. The windows were floor to ceiling. Wonderful place to stay.

Is was a great place the only thing that I found was that there was no hotel ice machine. The only way to get ice is through the front desk at the desk hours. So if you get there after desk hours, NO ICE. The reason the owner stated was that it is because of COVID. It is a great place but the ice machine is big. You have outings before and after hours also they have soda available only during desk hours.

This was a delightful place and I hope to go back soon. The owner is very personable and I especially loved to meeting the dog in training Dax. The rooms were on the larger side and immaculate. This place is special and has a very peaceful vibe to it, and I am excited to go back.

Overall, this is a great property with very friendly staff, clean rooms, a nice river view and a great breakfast! Two suggestions would be adding pillows to ensure each guest has two, and adding perhaps a rug to help deplete noise from other rooms. While the rooms are very sleek, modern and clean, noise definitely travels.

This is a wonderful, recently new property. The reception area is very nice. The rooms are large, with high ceilings. My only complaint is that the large room has space for more storage and furniture. There isn't enough storage for more than 1 person if you're stay is more than a couple of nights. Likewise, the vanity in the bathroom has limited space.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the modern decor. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Our room was stunning. We liked how large it was and I appreciated the large handheld mirror. That was a nice, considerate accessory to have in the room. My only complaint was that there wasn't a night stand on both sides of the bed, which was inconvenient as both my husband and I need a nightstand. There was also a billing issue, but they took care of it quickly.

Nice, large and spacious rooms. Very nice front staff. The beds had springs that were popping, my hips and knees hurt laying on the mattress. The room doors slam so you could hear that quite often. Breakfast should go later than 9:00 a.m., especially on the weekends. Pretty and peaceful view of the river.

The room was wonderful and had a door out to the lawn with a nice view of the river My only complaint is that we could hear the person above us walking, which wouldn’t have been such a big deal except for they did a lot of walking back and forth at all hours of the day and night. Still the accommodations were very nice and modern. I’d definitely stay again

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The entire property was exceptionally clean, fresh, new, and spacious, which made it feel very inviting. The shower was absolutely amazing, and being able to sit outside by the water was such a wonderful touch. I also loved the 24-hour availability of items like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water—such a thoughtful convenience. Another plus is that the hotel allows dogs. Even though I didn’t bring mine on this trip, I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, especially if traveling with my pet. As far as recommendations, I think adding a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels and as well as another dresser or some additional storage, would make the rooms even more functional. Access to ice would be nice. The one downside was the noise level. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin, and I could hear almost everything from the room next to mine. I’m not sure if this is the case for all the rooms, but it did make for an unpleasant experience at times. Overall, though, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would certainly stay here again.

Our two-day trip to Sheboygan--organized around dining at a supper club, a Friday night fish fry and visits to the Kohler museums—needed a homebase that was dog friendly. The Watershed Hotel was the perfect spot! Our stylish, immaculate room overlooked the Sheboygan River. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and spotless with an airy lobby where a continental breakfast is available each morning. The hotel staff—led by GM Bailey—is friendly and helpful. Sheboygan’s not large and the Watershed is just a few minutes from the town’s historical downtown. We’re looking forward to returning to Sheboygan and another stay at the WH!

Not the warmest feel in the room, but it did what we needed. Very clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. Could have had another chair to sit on. If you need anything, make sure you ask for it before 10pm when there is no staff to get you ice or extra pillows.

I only spent one night but would have loved to stay longer. Hotel is in a good location right off the highway, was very clean and with a great view! The room was comfortable with all the amenities I needed. I checked in after the front dest closed but it was still easy to get my room key and parking pass. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute. I cant express our delight at the spaciousness and ckesnliness of the room and the bathroom. There was a beautiful view of the water out back. When we saw a co tinebral breakfast was included we thought we would have to go out for breakfast. However, their continental breakfast included hot breakfast sandwiches, as well as the usual continental choices. The staff was phenomenal. We have already recomended this hotel to multiple people

The Watershed Hotel is an absolute gem! The property boasts a gorgeous view of the river, which instantly won me over. What truly makes this place shine, however, is the GM/Owner. She is an absolute delight to talk to and a remarkable host who goes above and beyond. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The deodorizer spray in the room was a bit overwhelming, with a strong scent that lingered. I had to keep the balcony door open for a few hours to let the room air out. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited—a few microwaveable Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches, yogurt, orange juice, and lackluster coffee. A wider selection would elevate the experience significantly. Despite these minor shortcomings, they will not deter me from staying here again. I look forward to returning and enjoying this charming hotel once more.

It was clean and staff was nice, but, the air conditioner was loud and had a terrible rattle. My son had to sleep on a pullout couch and the bar was in his back. Got no sleep. Put another bed in the room, you have plenty of space. Lastly, the breakfast was terrible. Nothing decent to eat. Had to settle for just a banana.

This property looked brand new. Very clean, nice location with river view out the rear of the hotel, convenient to Kohler golf courses (15 min drive). Breakfast (continental) included with good selections. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
