Une très belle découverte dans le vignoble champenois, l’accueil était soigné avec une coupe de champagne et l’attention personnalisée pour notre fils de 3 ans était vraiment adorable. L’établissement est sublime tout comme le jardin qui l’entoure, le service est également impeccable et la literie d’une grande qualité ! Nous avons tranquillement profité de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du parc, ainsi que de l’espace enfant très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Das Haus hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Der Zimmer Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben 4 Nächte hier verbracht. Das Teller auf dem am ersten Tag Gebäck serviert wurde stand bis zu unserer Abreise leer im Zimmer auf dem Tisch. Im weiteren hatten wir viele kleine Insekten im Zimmer. Ich weiss bis heute nicht was es war, aber es könnten Motten oder kleine Schaben gewesen sein. Der Pool ist nett aber es wird mit soviel Chlor gearbeitet, dass die Augen schon auf den Liegen daneben zu brennen beginnen. Als wir die Punkte angesprochen haben wurde in keiner Art und Weise darauf eingegangen. Scheinbar hat man es hier nicht nötig die Gäste entsprechend zu würdigen. Sehr positiv sind die beiden Restaurants zu erwähnen. Das Essen ist hervorragend.

Wow. What a treat it was staying here. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Treats left in the room for our dog. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bottles of water and snacks provided for our onward journey when we left. Bistro was excellent. Lovely grounds to walk and sit in. And all just a few minutes drive from the centre of Épernay

Beautiful hotel, our room was amazing, we had a suite with a separate lounge.. Champagne in the room on arrival and lovely treats for our son and dog. Lots of pretty touches that make this a real luxe stay. Dinner in the fine dining restaurant was excellent, and the second night we had a simple but sufficient room service meal after a big lunch out. Easy to visit Epernay, Reims and the many vineyards. We especially loved the garden which was beautiful to sit and have a drink, play games and also space to walk our dog.

Not worth the money … service wasn’t the best not just French culture (I travel to Paris Often), just not personable no smile at breakfast or room service - they make you feel like you’re not wanted. The best service was at checkout, i got service with a smile while I was paying. I’m a big fan of getting what you pay for and for this price point. The service and quality of everything should have been so much more. No return of message when contacted hotel for spa or dinner for special birthday. Was told upon arrival I was just late for everything. Epernay was wonderful! But this property missed the mark on all accounts. Recommend the visit. Just not at this hotel at all.

The whole experience was amazing! Every member of staff went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. I was celebrating a big birthday and the Hôtel certainly ensured it was marked in so many different ways. Would highly recommend this hotel

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel is lovely, customer service was excellent, the hotel manager was very attentive as was the bar man - very knowledgeable about the area and all about the making of champagne. Delicious food, we ate in the Bistro, only one slight thing is that the menu is quite limited, only 3 choices. but all very nice. Coul dnot fault the hotel at all.

Please be aware that this hotel although very nicely appointed cannot provide any substantial food in the evening. It is out in the countryside of Epernay. The staff are clearly aware of this as they are very dismissive when food is mentioned.
