Cheap....no frills, next to freeway. They get alot of trucker business do parking is limited. Gas station right next door is convenient

Horrible property. Looks condemned. Truckers parked all around and standing around. Felt creepy and unsafe. Rooms looked dirty. Lobby was run down and dark and gloomy. Nothing clean looking or lit up. Was the absolute worst hotel I have ever seen in person. I cancelled asap and did not stay. Don’t book here because you won’t even want to park your car outside at all. Scary. Very dark and scary. Photos did not match the property at all. Very deceiving.

I had a wonderful time with my family there, we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The pool was amazing and the price

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and comfortable. But furniture could be difficult to open. Also no reading lamps. Ice machine was not working.

Bed bugs and they do a cover up smell .

The room was not clean bath was stained bed sheet was stained what looked like blood so i had to lay on comforter towels were stained n dirty as well I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A FAMILY

Dirty smelly bug infected. Toilet used prior to check in, trash in trash can. Toilet water overflowed at every flush. Bed sheets were stained. Beds were unbalanced if you sat on them you would flip

You definitely get what you pay for. Reviews 4.4 and photos online look great. Our room has not been renovated at all. Filthy sink has no stopper. Filthy tub has no stopper. The horizontal surface on top of headboard has at least a years worth of dust caked. The electrical outlets have no covers. Gap under door big enough for rats (didn't see any though). Exhaust vent in bathroom moldy. My recommendation is DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION FOR THIS PROPERTY. If you want to stay here due to the price, just show up and ask to see the room before giving a cent.

Room 109 had no hit water in the shower. Mold was is the lining of the tub. A cockroach was in between the folded towels. Windows were dirty. I have pictures. But when I press the camera icon it doesnt let me download them.

Upon arrival at the property, we noticed people outside behaving suspicious. The smell of marijuana was noticeable. We checked in, we parked our car, but I felt my car would be broken into. We got in the room. As my girlfriend and i were getting ready to take a shower, we saw a bunch of cockroaches coming out of the sink in the bathroom. They were coming out of the shower drain too. We felt disgusted. We did not finish shower because we were disgusted. We pack our stuff and went to check out. I explained why we were checking out to the female employee. She offered us a refund, but first to call expedia. She said that Expedia would call her, and she would approve the refund. I contacted Expedia explained the situation. They called the hotel. As per the Expedia representative, the hotel refused the refund. Horrible experience. I don't know why the hotel female staff offer a refund and not grant it. I ended up booking in La Hacienda near Alamodome and Riverwalk. Better and cleaner experience with them. Don't bother booking here. Worst experience i ever had.

Not a luxury motel, but clean. The furnishings were scuffed and chipped, but everything worked that needed to work.The owners seemed to know what they were doing about keeping the place secure. If you can forego appearances for function, this place is a good deal for you. Surprisingly quiet for so near the freeway.

I liked the location, close to everything. I did not like that they don’t give you the password for the WiFi. And when I asked they gave me a wrong password, so I was unable to connect to the internet. They should have the password printed on the tv controller or inside the room on the wall for easier access.

Room was nice, pretty clean no sockets inn sight. Had one crawler (roach) in the bathroom. Pretty quiet, near truck stops so it's safe for the most part. Nice price. Would stay again if in area.

I’m going to list the cons first: the ice maker did not work, the sink looked kinda funky and didn’t drain well, and there were always people hanging out on the property. That being said, the rest of the room was clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable the A/C worked well, and the tub was super clean and excellent for soaking. The people hanging out outside all hours of the night never bothered anyone and really just minded their own business. The location also had two excellent, walkable dining options with the Black Bear Diner and the 24 hour Mexican restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this location!

It’s what you should expect in a $40 hotel. If you plan to charge your phone or use any electrical device while in bed, please remember to bring an extension cord as there are no plug-ins anywhere near the bed. It was hard to discern whether both the shower and the bathroom sink were dirty or just scarred up from being misused. It appears that the hotel is mostly used by folks who are in the trucking business. There is a way station next to the hotel and a large lot that accommodates for trucks and their trailers. The hotel staff was very nice when I checked in and accommodating to give me directions to the room. Wi-Fi worked fine and there was a light. No lamp near the bed or any type of clock because again that would require an electrical socket near the bed.

There's a truck stop across the street so there was some ocassional noise from the trucks but not to the point that it kept me awake or anything. The fridge kinda sucked but I only put a water bottle in there so didn't bother me. The sink leaked water on the floor any time I turned the faucet on, I looked underneath and there was a hose missing.

Not a bad hotel for the price. The room could’ve been cleaner. The towels were tiny and the bed only had 2 small pillows. If you’re just looking for a place to put your head down for the night this place will do.

Motel was not great. The plugins didn't work half the time

For the price, I didn't expect much so I am not grading overall experience on the exthetics. The major things were good: cold AC, hot water, clean sheets, safe area even though looked old and run down from the outside. Disappointed: no blow dryer and toilet was leaking from bottom, only 2 thin pillows but bed was soft Did not expect super nice but this may matter to you: old looking, cracks in sink and tub, needs resurfacing

Amazing service

I called about 5 pm to let the front desk know i will arrive late about 330am to assure them i am coming. I checked expedia and hotel site and it says checkin is from 3pm-4am. After the phone ringing for several minutes a guy picked up. I let him know i had a reservation and i will be arriving about 330 am. He said that is too late. That i have to checkin before 3am or my reservation will be canceled. I told him the website and on expedia that it says 4am. He was rude and kept telling me that my reservation will get cancelled by the system at 3am. I showed up at 340am. A female was working the desk . I advised her about my conversation earlier and that i have a reservation. She told me that they stop checkin at 3am. I told her the website and showed her that it says 4am. She looked at the time and said its close enough and said i would have to pay for another room. Mind u i still got charged for the 1st room. Its 345 at this point and im exhausted so i digress and just pay again knowing i will just dispute the double charge tomorrow. I get to my room. The nastiest room i have EVER seen. The toilet had poop smears in it. There was trash under the bed and while the bed was made it smelled weird. I kept hearing a beep from the bed. It was the fire alarm from the ceiling that was put under the bed matress. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

room was clean A/C worked well in second room. towels were ok , shower was Ok bathtub very slick no traction in tub, electrical socket behind mattress turned off when ceiling light was turned off. glad I carry long extension cord for my CPAP had to plug it into the vanity plug to breathe at night. front desk did respond promptly to a/c issue.

Is not bad for an inexpensive hotel and the comfort is pretty good but the attitude of the owners and the window hosts has much to be desired because they're just stone-faced, not friendly, nor wanting to be helpful at all. That was most of them that work at the window not all of them they may have been one worker that was someone nice

Terrible customer service shower wasn’t working on neither rooms than he gave me a another key 2 go shower in a different room but kept me in the same room where the shower wasn’t working @ all after I find him just change my room in general & not only was it dirty the room had work stuff in ladder in the tub paint everywhere & the shower head wasn’t even on the shower than I told him he had the nerve to get loud with me than I told him just go ahead & change my room & he did with a attitude if I didn’t pay alone I would have just got my money back & went else where

I’m going to list the cons first: the ice maker did not work, the sink looked kinda funky and didn’t drain well, and there were always people hanging out on the property. That being said, the rest of the room was clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable the A/C worked well, and the tub was super clean and excellent for soaking. The people hanging out outside all hours of the night never bothered anyone and really just minded their own business. The location also had two excellent, walkable dining options with the Black Bear Diner and the 24 hour Mexican restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this location!

I mean, this is basically a trucker's motel, with lots of truck parking in the motel lot as well as a petro right across the street. As for that, it was very reasonably priced and it was clean.

The Restaurant was very clean.

Let's start off with the outside, the hotel is a weekly and truck stop in one. Kinda sketchy, once inside the room it was wonderful bed was comfortable. The room was clean, no roaches. The only thing that was upsetting, was they say breakfast but never saw anything out. We stayed 4 days and never had a problem.

It looks a little sketch on the outside but it was very clean, had a ceramic top stove, and they were very quite.
