Cook's Club Corfu - Adults Only

The hotel is well kept and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very clean and well presented. However, that is where the 5* elements of the hotel end. It is a shame as the hotel has all the foundations to be a good 5* but is lacking in execution. Our main issues where: 1) food quality 2) no snacks or bottled water during the day or food being available generally after 9:30 3) lack of access to the amazing beaches of Corfu 4) Missing the final touches of true 5* hotels. The food quality is average at best and in the main restaurant, which you have to eat at most nights, it is more like school dinners than luxury food. Whilst the concept of ordering à la carte via an app is a good idea it is not executed well due to the food quality. We have read a few similar reviews saying the same thing and the hotel seems to respond suggesting the guests issues is the à la carte service. If the hotel wants to improve and retain customers it needs to improve the food quality rather than missing the point of negative reviews. We appreciate that the hotel cannot do anything about its location (which does provide stunning Mountain View’s). However, a shuttle bus to a nearby beach would improve experience given Corfu’s beauty. Other remote 5* (even 4*) provide this. Generally, our experience was that the hotel was trying to save pennies rather than providing a 5* experience. In particular this felt like full board rather than all inclusive given the lack of food outside meal times.

Beautiful hotel Very clean and friendly staff

Everything about our stay at Cook’s Club Corfu was perfect. The rooms are stylish and offer plenty of storage, and the entire property is kept immaculately clean. The service was top-tier—a huge thank you to Maria in Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to organise our on-site a-la-carte restaurant booking in advance. The cocktail menu is excellent, featuring their own unique list that we loved exploring. We really enjoyed the nightly live entertainment, especially the violinist and live bands, which added such a great vibe to our evenings. Highly recommend for any couple looking for a relaxing and fun holiday!

Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it.
