⸻ The hotel setting is superb, refined, with pleasant scents in the hallways and reception. Special thanks to Aya at the front desk for her professionalism and kindness. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa was excellent (hammam & massage), though a bit pricey – which is expected for this level. However, several disappointments: unprofessional welcome from Kamel at the rooftop restaurant, and at breakfast, although the pastries were very good, the juices were clearly industrial. The manager (a tall man in his forties) even tried to make us believe it was freshly pressed juice, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging €400 per night. A tuna omelette was refused, and one waitress lacked basic politeness. A beautiful hotel, but the food & beverage service clearly needs improvement.

Wonderful hotel! Brandnew! Staff incredible they take care of us sin e we arrived until we left. Mehdi @ the concierge very Helpful. Great recommendation to eat. I suggest to eat at the Greek Restaurant (Rooftop) Spa, very vey good! Prices are good! This a luxury hotel as fairmont hotels are.

Stunning hotel with great views of the sea, river mouth and old Rabat. Roof top bar and swimming pool wonderful places to relax and socialise. Room was very comfortable with a great balcony and staff are super attentive plus friendly. Cant recommend highly enough!

Nous sommes rester 4 jours au fairmont rabat, et absolument rien a dire, chambre propre, service super reactif, accueil chaleureux, l'hospitalité marocaine est la avec le standing d'un 5 etoiles,l'hotel est recent et tres propre bien entretenu, petit dejeuner varié avec de vrais choix healthy et gourmands, le rooftop ambiancé, la piscine pas tres tres grande mais largement suffisante, bref sejour Nickel rien a redire je reviendrais sans hesiter une seconde

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Rabat while attending a wedding. The hotel is stunning — spotless, luxurious, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights of our stay was Mohammed, the concierge. He was incredibly helpful, arranging a hotel driver, booking a hair salon, and recommending excellent restaurants. His kindness and resourcefulness truly made our experience seamless and special. The location is perfect — situated right along the Marina Waterfront. We loved taking a little rowboat (just 5 dirhams!) across the water into old town Rabat to explore the markets and shop local. It was such a charming and easy adventure. We also spent a relaxing day by the pool and enjoyed the food there — everything we ate throughout the trip was delicious. Another sweet touch is how pet-friendly the Fairmont is. We adored greeting Tiffany, the hotel’s lovely dog, every day. She made our mornings brighter. Rabat is such a beautiful city, and the Fairmont was the perfect home base. We can’t wait to return.

Good location, great view, newer buildings, staffs were friendly, we got free upgrades for both rooms, but there was lot of water on the floor around the toilet in one of the rooms, they sent handyman to fixed the issue and housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was not actually be cleaned properly, because they dumped the dirty water in the toilet and cleaning lady only mopped the floor. We were waiting for them to deal with the problem for at least half an hour. This was not a pleasant experience. Washroom layout was not efficient, both toilet and shower glass doors are 90 degrees towards each other, not easy to open and close.

This is a brand new building (I believe it opened a year ago) located in the Marina district across the river from Rabat. It was very quiet because of Ramadan so the property seemed to have very few guests. However; it was fully staffed and the restaurants were open as normal. We had great Peruvian food on the first night and breakfast in a beautiful Moroccan themed restaurant the next morning. We were greeted personally by both the night manager the night we arrived and the general manager the morning of our departure. If you ask hotel staff where anything is (bathroom etc) they don’t point you in the direction, they actually stop what they are doing and personally walk you there. Our room was spacious with two queen beds and a sitting area with a side view of the ocean.

I would go back to Rabat just to go back to this hotel. Everyone there (managers, front desk ppl, valet) are incredibly kind and nice. The vibe of the hotel is so posh and luxury without being overstated. The bar is beautiful, and the hookah is delicious, and the rooms are immaculate. We truly loved our experience here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was the perfect place to land after 30 hours of traveling. The service at the hotel was warm and friendly, and the hotel dog, Tiffany, was beyond adorable! The rooms are clean and spacious, have comfortable bedding, and are very quiet for sleeping. All of the hotel employees were so sweet and welcoming, always ready to help. The coffee in the morning was great. Overall, it was a great stay!

We had great Peruvian food on the first night and breakfast in a beautiful Moroccan themed restaurant the next morning. We were greeted personally by both the night manager the night we arrived and the general manager the morning of our departure. If you ask hotel staff where anything is (bathroom etc) they don’t point you in the direction, they actually stop what they are doing and personally walk you there. Our room was spacious with two queen beds and a sitting area with a side view of the ocean.

Everything about this Fairmont stay was fantastic! It's a relatively new and beautifully decorated hotel from top to bottom. The staff really went out of their way to make our experience a great one. From check-in (tea and snacks, a tour of the hotel, and we were very lucky to get an upgrade) to concierge support, to service on the deck and in the restaurants... it was truly wonderful. Special shout out to Mariyam and Marwa for helping us with the room which was wonderful. Make sure to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop deck : )

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel a very warm welcome from all the staff(apologies for not remembering names) and you all deserve nothing but praise. You honestly define what 5* hospitality is all about. The different aromas throughout the hotel are such a magic touch and differ from floor to floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was the perfect place to land after 30 hours of traveling. The service at the hotel was warm and friendly, and the hotel dog, Tiffany, was beyond adorable! The rooms are clean and spacious, have comfortable bedding, and are very quiet for sleeping. All of the hotel employees were so sweet and welcoming, always ready to help. The coffee in the morning was great. Overall, it was a great stay!

The property is beautiful and in a fabulous location with wonderful views of the medina and the sea. We arrived at 3PM and did not receive our room until 5:30PM. We enjoyed a drink on the roof terrace while we waited which we would recommend - though hopefully others will not need to wait so long for a room.

We were on vacation with the family from 11 years old to 83 years old. We were very well received with Nora, clear explanation and always with a smile. Nora even organized a little surprise for our child's birthday. The concierge Achfra also served us wonderfully, our transportation, activities, all were perfect. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The hotel is very well placed in the city, very clean and very well decorated. The only negative point is that we only had one restaurant open, the other 2 were closed but the kindness of Nora and Achfra made us forget it

Our favourite part was the gold lounge. We had Adam and Amin for most of our stay. They were so attentive and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay standout! Hats off to the helpful reception staff as well. I just need to say thou that Adam and Amin should be promoted, wonderful and gave history, and stories and just really took care of us. The fairmont was the last 4 days of our 15 days in Morocco and it made an impression that no other place did, in the best way! So comfortable, so clean, our room was always cleaned up and afternoon snacks waiting for us when we returned. I cannot say enough about this hotel or our stay, I highly recommend the gold king balcony suite. Please pass on our extreme pleasure with reception, Amin and Adam in the gold lounge and a small shout out to Ishmail that we only had for a couple of hours but was also great.
