Hotellet ligger centralt og man kan gå til alt. Ligeledes er det tæt på metroen. China town og området byder på gode muligheder for mad, bar og kulturelle oplevelser. Servicen og faciliteterne lever op til forventningerne. Poolen er lille men fin til kort motionssvømning eller til nedkøling efter en varm dag hvor man har oplevet byen. Der er begrænset siddepladser ved poolen.

Capri by Fraser is a perfectly well located awesome hotel at wonderful Singapore. Rooms are neat and clean, full of amenities. The roof pool overlooking at the skyscrapers and town and a wonderful steam sauna and gym facilities are a bonus after you explore town! Full recommended !!

Laundrette is way to expensive! Waiting time at the reception can be up to 30 min… Other than that, Capri was outstanding. Will come back for sure! I would have given a 4.5 Star but it wasn’t an option!!

Excellent. If you like to swim laps, there is a 25 Meter pool on the roof. Get there early to do your laps before the lounge lizards show up.

Everything about this place was great. The rooms were spotless. The amenities were fantastic but it all came down to location, location, location. You are about a 10 min walk to the Maxwell Food center, 10 minutes away from Clarke Quay and 10 minutes away from the Chinatown MRT. It was centrally located which made it extremely easy to get to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay and walking distance to the Art Gallery. Would definitely stay here again if I am able to return to Singapore in the future.

The staff, especially the front desk/bell hop was extremely friendly and helpful. My only feedback is the bathroom in our hotel room had a faint smell, like sewage. Nothing horrible but it was present. Otherwise, for the price point it was a good stay.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt, personalet er generelt hjælpsomme og søde. Morgenmaden er ikke imponerende - udvalget er for begrænset og der er ikke mange pladser, så du risikere at vente. Værelserne har en pæn størrelse, men rengøringen kunne være bedre - særlig under sengen, som ingen tilsyneladende har rørt!

Loved that the rooms had a microwave! The room felt quite roomy for the size. Bed was ok, pillows got a bit too flat. The only real downside was the shower had a horrible drain smell. Amazing breakfast variety if you don't mind the price tag.

Nice hotel. But was let down by a very nasty smell in the shower (made it unusable without retching). Tried to get them to fix it but they didn’t sort it out.

Beautifully curated and meticulously clean. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff was perfect. The area around the hotel was walkable and offered endless dining and drinking options. Absolutely consider this location for your Singapore stay.

Filtered drinking water in our room is awesome! We can just refill our water bottle and go out to explore. No need to worry about buying bottled water. All hotels should have this, game changer!

Great hotel with an excellent location and a lovely rooftop pool. The downside is that the bathroom is open to the room. The mirror separates the sink from the hotel room, and the toilet has a 15 cm gap at the top of the door. It’s fine if you’re alone, but not very comfortable if you’re two. It should have had a regular bathroom. Otherwise, a great hotel, excellent location, and friendly, helpful staff. 35 SDG to The AirPort

We loved our stay at Capri. It is well located in the heart of Chinatown which made for great walks in the evening. It is also super close to all hawker centres including Hong Lim, Lau Pa Sat, Maxwell and Chinatown complex. Our room wasn’t quite ready at the expected time so we got a free upgrade to an executive room with access to the Den as well. The room was well appointed with a great see through bathroom and a mini kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool on the roof.

Excellent room. Excellent service. Just remove the overhead reading lights and make the lightning controls simpler and it would be an A+ room. There are literally more than 12 on/off buttons in the room to control the lighting. Absurd.

Nel complesso un'ottima soluzione per alloggiare a Singapore. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. L'unico aspetto negativo è che il bagno ha poca privacy (la porta del WC è aperta alla sommità dando direttamente sulla camera).

The amenities provided in the room are beyond expectations. I certainly did not expect a microwave, plates and cutlery, and a dish-washing sink in the room itself! Perhaps I didn't look at the list of amenities listed on the website close enough, but I was certainly surprised by all these being available in a hotel room. The bed is extremely comfy, and the location is superb, right smack between Chinatown and Telok Ayer MRT stations. Everywhere seems to be within walking distance too. Front desk service is also awesome, and the room was ready earlier than expected, and I was able to get the room card before the official 3pm, which was very much appreciated. It was really a lovely stay at Capri by Fraser China Square. I'll certainly recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitance!

The room is big and modern.

The area around the hotel is nice, and pretty walkable including to train stations. The gym and pool were nice as well. The room condition was very good, but it’s one of those rooms where the bathroom isn’t its own separate room and so it’s very weird if you’re used to normal hotel rooms. The hotel room is quite small as well. If you’re by yourself then it wouldn’t really matter but two people it’s kind of annoying.

Immediately upon exiting my taxi, we were greeted by attentive and friendly hotel staff who proceeded to handle and store our luggage. Check in was just as smooth and efficient. Our room was likely the cleanest we have ever seen. Everything was absolutely spotless and immaculately staged. Our request for an extra luggage rack was handled in under 5 minutes. Room was appointed with a nice sized fridge (with freezer section), high end microwave, wash basin, coffee maker, hair dryer and various other toiletries. The bathroom was also very nice, spotless and well appointed but not overly functional with an awkward to use shower enclosure that opens outward, limited counter space and few options to hang clothing or wet towels. The room was also equipped with sophisticated lighting and an a/c system that actually worked well at the touch of a button - not remote control but maybe one day I that might be included too :). The hotel has a single small restaurant area that served a nice asian/western style breakfast buffet that was far superior to most other hotels I have stayed in and a private executive lounge stocked with beverages and snacks. Restaurant staff were very attentive, efficient and pleasant to deal with at all times. Given that hotel is tucked away from main street, overall noise/traffic level was extremely minimal and while sleeping room was totally silent. Location of hotel is a very short walk to 2 MRT stations, Chinatown and plenty of shops and restaurants.

I think the most important feature of a hotel is to provide a traveler a place to rest after a long journey. The check in experience I had here was definitely one of the worst ones I have ever had. 1. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to check me in. Only two monitors for self check in. It asks for reservation number to proceed. However, Hotel.com didn’t give me a reservation number. All I got was a Hotel.com’s itinerary number. Luckily, I have internet service on my phone so I had to contact Hotel.com. It took me about 25 minutes to finally get my room card. 2. After I got to my room, I went through all messages I received for this booking, sure enough it says “hotel staff will greet guests on arrival.” There was nothing about no one at the lobby and you need a reservation number to check in. Hotel.com wouldn’t know this situation if Capri didn’t tell them and offer to provide the critical reservation number to anyone made a reservation. 3. If I didn’t have internet service on my phone, I would have no way to get in. The hotel WiFi requires a code that you probably get after you check in. When I checked in, the machine was out of paper, so I didn’t get any information or instructions about the WiFi code. I think this hotel relies too much on technology and forgot about the real function of a hotel. I can’t imagine that I am the only guest booked this hotel without given a reservation number or self check in instructions. They need to at least offer free WiFi at t

Great place to stay in Singapore, next to Chinatown, MRT Stations and Busses. Relaxing Pool area, room with a comfortable bed and very friendly stuff. Special greetings to the concierge Subra and the great service for luggage deposit and the possibility to take a shower before leaving to airport. We will recommend the hotel :)

Nice rooms, nice facilities. Self check in does not work so the queue to check in was long, but overall the hotel was very nice. However, I think I would probably categorise it as a nice 3/4 star hotel. It doesn't seem like a 5 star hotel to me.

We appreciated the clean, spacious and upgraded room. The friendly staff helped us with printing visas we received last minute.

I arrived on a early 2am morning flight with my colleague. The reception clerk said he could not find our second reservation in the system even though I know I booked two rooms. He made me pay for another reservation for 6 days assuring me my reservation was not in the system. At 2am I did not argue. After getting settled the next day I found my Expedia confirmation and showed the receptionist. They refused to admit their mistake of not seeing my reservation and also refused to refund my second payment because the manager did not have authority. After 5 of this constant delay, I asked for local police to step in and document the situation. They told police they would have a response by 6pm that evening. At 6:35, I received a call from the assistant manager saying they would not refund 6 days of double booking saying it was my fault that I didn’t not show the receptionist our second confirmation that he could not find. Normally, this would be an easy fix with a management apology. Not hear, they made every excuse to wait until I was checking out to then tell me upper management refused to pay. In addition the breakfast buffet was terrible! Better to go down Street to other restaurants for a decent breakfast. It’s a shame how bad people can destroy then ambiance of a new hotel.

Excellent property and service. I arrived early. They let me register and use all their facilities including the shower, until my room was ready. Well designed room. Highly recommend.

We were given a room that was already occupied by someone else. We opened the door and surprised the occupants in the room. This was very unpleasant and could be dangerous. Not sure how this could have happened? Hotel apologized and we were upgraded ti another room. Shower tub poorly designed with inadequate coverage to prevent water from flowing to the floor. Somewhat disappointed.

Marvelous stay. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Chinatown, just a 5-minute walk from some of Singapore’s best bars and restaurants, and about 25 minutes walk from Marina Bay Sands. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and stylish. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooftop infinity pool and gym were also great and well maintained. Super comfy king bed! Definitely recommend this place

Nice hotel not so far from the Merlion and Chinatown. Across the road from Hong Lim Complex provides great food options.

Hotel looks new and nice and clean. Good location to take metros and to walk to major attractions. Swimming pool and gym are great! Front desk receptionist "Kausi" was kind and polite and so were the other employees also.

Nice average hotel. No bar, food or shelter near pool. No bacon at breakfast. A bit sterile. Staff great.

Very helpful and friendly concierge staff, rooms are modern/nice decor, pool was great and well maintained. Restaurant available for breakfast only, this seems a lost opportunity. Laundry facilities are expensive. Overall it is well-positioned and I’d happily recommend to stay here.

Great hotel! Well located very close to china town, great public transport links, very clean and lovely staff. Only downside was no room service/things available later on in the evening - wanted a soft drink but no in-hotel options to buy.
