Door had to be opened with phone app. Needed internet access to do so. App code was inactivated once and had to call front desk to get into apartment. Property is at least a 10 minute walk from the closest metro station

I had the worst nightmare for the check in process. the link to prefill all the information did not work and i couldnt get the check in information on time and email the host more than 10 times and still did not hear back. we were at the outside of the street in 3am in the morning because the host did not send me the check in information after all the payments processed. I had to pay uber driver a lot of tip to use his cell phone to call the host to obtain the check in. And the expedia agent wasnt been helpful. it was a nightmare!
