施設やアクセス、清潔感もとても良いが、特にスタッフの対応が非常に丁寧に感じた。

訂了禁煙房，但是一入到房間，就有非常濃烈的煙味！瞓覺前都適應不了，睡得不好！ 設施也比較舊，但是花灑水力還好！ 但是位置好，而且早餐也不錯！ 希望房間有空氣清新機！ 或者想想辦法如何除去這麼重的煙味！

Generally I don’t leave reviews. I expected more from this hotel. Room was fine. It is convenient to the airport. The staff was helpful and nice. Fitness facilities like pool and locker rooms didn’t open until 930 or 10 making it impossible to utilize well for anyone with a flight earlier than 1230. For an airport hotel this is disappointing. I feel I would have been better off staying an hour away using the facilities early and traveling to the airport. Went to the buffet dinner and though it was staged well the quality was poor and a lot of the items seemed to be sitting there for hours. Beer on draft empty and never refilled. It felt like the concept was to look like a 4-5 star hotel but to execute much lower.

フロントスタップの心配り、空港につながる通路の綺麗は提灯飾りに感動しました。ただその通路の清掃で滑りやすくなっていて転びそうになったのは残念。

スタッフの対応が丁寧、部屋の広さ、設備、景観、清潔感、空港までのアクセスも良好で申し分なし。航空機が早朝便であった為に滞在時間は短かった為、次回はホテルでゆっくりと過ごし、施設内の設備も満喫したい。

Hôtel qui est collé à l’aéroport: 3 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les terminaux de départ ou d’arrivée. Le top! Établissement récent et magnifique.

ホテル内も写真の通り大変綺麗で客室も清掃がきちんとしており大変満足しております。また空港内ですので早朝や深夜のフライトの方にもおすすめです。

I moved out to this hotel due to an incoming Typhoon. The hotel was on lock down, the airport closed however the staff was very accommodating, made sure all guests were well cared for, kept room service operating around the clock. Hotel is very clean, staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. I will most certainly be staying here on future trips to Shenzhen.

After a late night flight, walked to Exit 16, lift to 3rd floor and you have arrived at the hotel. Room sound proof was very good and managed to catch a good night sleep. The hotel provided an excellent view of flight landing from the window and I enjoyed watching whilst having a cup of morning coffee by the sofa

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen for both my transit stays in China Would return here every time. Will be my go to Shenzhen hotel stay from now on Lovely rooms and can walk to Hotel/Airport easily

What's great: Proximity to airport - walkable without stepping outside. Great bathtub. Wonderful view of the airport. The woman who gave me a late check out and seeped happy to do so. Efforts to translate English. What is annoying: * Three Hyatt's, so easy to get confused. * No one will meet people at the arrival area to avoid confusion when requested. * No one speaks English so it's multiple uses of google translate in a country that does it's best to block google. * Hyatt has a maze of elevators with little or no signage. * It's complete lack of signage "to the lobby" is (I learned later) replaced by dim, small projectors on the floor that are barely readable and not where you want to look for signs at eye level. Poor service: * In order to "help the environment" I was handed a bag of typical room toiletries at check in. When I asked why I had to carry my luggage and my toiletries to the room - a first - she pointed at an environmental sign. Apparently all you have to do to show concern for the environment is build a five star oppulent hotel, keep it very cold at 16 degrees (I never like or ask for this and it wastes a lot) and ask guests to carry their own toiletries to their rooms with an extra plastic bag to carry the toiletries. Who knew environmentalism was so easy. No one offered to carry the luggage and reception gestered to the left for the elevators, only to find that all three elevators to the left did not go to the floor and I had to go back to reception.

总体还是不错的，但在服务上存在着一些机会点。今天用早餐的时候，我中途起身再去取食物，等回来的时候服务员已经把我桌子上的全部收走了，这是我酒店住到现在头一回遇到，难道说要一次性把吃的全部拿好吗？另外保洁人员看到住客也不会笑脸打招呼，这不应该是酒店服务人员的行为规范吗？我是做运营的，因此会很关注服务。

Ich war sehr ueberascht das in einen hotel am internatinalem Flughafen personal an der rezeption arbeitet die kaum english sprechen. ich bin oestereicher und spreche kein chinesisch, englisch ist auch nicht meine muttersprache, aber wenn ich etwas nicht verstehe frage ich nach. ich wollte nur einen rechnung bekommen delche mir das hotel nicht geben konnte weil ich ueber einen app gebucht hatte, was ja ok ist. nur konnte mir das keiner erklaehren. auf meine frage nach einer rechnunge bekam ich ein ja als antwort und nichts weiter. es dauerte fast 30 minuten bis ein anderer gast der chinesisch sprach diesen umstand aufklaehren konnte. ich kam am abend an und alle restaurants schliessen um 22.30 somit musste ich zurueck auf den flughafen um ein abendessen zu bekommen. die ausstattung ist schoen und sauber, nicht mehr absolut neu aber hier keinerlei beanstandungen. also ich persoenlich buche das hotel nicht mehr und kann es leider auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
