I really did not know what to expect here but was VERY pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is set on the Torquay golf course and has tremendous long views all the way to the ocean. The hotel is very contemporary and efficient. The rooms are quite spacious and the bath areas are nice. A great location for us to kick off our drive along the Great Ocean Road. Breakfast and Dinner service were very good and the Gym and pool areas were far above what would be expected for a hotel this size. Highly recommended 👍

So much to do with such little time. We loved the facilities that were on offer such as the gym, pool, golf, tennis courts, etc and the layout of the resort was lovely. We went for a walk along the beach and into town (30 min walk one way) and the views along the beachfront were spectacular. Highly recommend to all.

Room cleaners didnt arrive until 3.45pm at which time we had the baby asleep and the do not disturb sign up. A card was left to say call reception before 2pm if you want the room clean/service that day. The cleaning staff themselves were super friendly though, clearly not enough staff to perform the service.

The room is very spacious. And, our room is facing the ocean, the sceneries, especially during sunrise, is incredibly wonderful and unforgettable. There are many dishes for the buffet breakfast. The taste is also above standard. Carpark is amazing. We can park our car safely underground.

Clean and spacious room. One of the best we’ve stayed in. We booked the premium ocean view room. Staff service was 10/10, always kind and readily available. Food was good wish they had more options on the menu BUT all in all great quality. Buffet breakfast was yummy, has your usual essentials. Pancakes and waffles are made to order, the waffles were absolutely delicious. Would book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

After being in lockdown for two years we finally had an opportunity to go on our first family holiday with our four kids. From the minute we arrived we were majorly disappointed. The man at reception when we first arrived didn’t tell us about any facilities or where they were until I asked. It was our first time there at the resort. He then refused to take our bags up to the room and said we had to do it ourselves. When I explained we couldn’t fit the trolley on the elevator with us and our four kids he then sent someone with our bags around twenty minutes later. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night there and the service was disgusting. The waitress argued with us about a free ice cream when we had already said we were happy to pay for it but continued to make her incorrect opinion known before she realised I was actually correct and no apology given. We left our cigarettes and lighter on the table and left only to return five minutes later to argue with several staff members. We were humiliated and laughed at by staff only for the first waitress to pull them out of her pocket 15 minutes into me being so upset at the whole ordeal. We also took the kids out to playground at 6:30 the next night only to be locked out there. The maintenance man locked the door without checking if anyone was out there and went home early. When we rang reception to ask to be let in she advised us we needed to walk around the entire resort with one child needing the bathroom.

Well positioned resort with great views over the golf course. Our room on ground floor had 3.3m high ceilings with great in room amenities so it was a nice space. Big roomy resort with nice feel to it. Didnt really explore the food options but they seemed fairly basic after viewing the available menus. Buffet breakfast was well done with some well prepared brekky staples providing some away from the norm options, being mushroom and baked beans.
