The guy at the front desk who checked me in was excellent. He was kind, friendly and helpful. Our phone didnt work, the tv wouldnt work. He brought us a new remote, but said he couldnt fix the phone. Our room was #200 accross from washer and dryer. People did there laundry till 3 am in the morning, they would stand out there laughing, talking and cussing. You need quiet hrs on washer and dryer time or move the stupid things away from guests room. Now I know why they wont fix phone, because I am sure we were not the only guests who complained. We got maybe 2 hrs of sleep that night. I dont like the fact this hotel is not gun friendly. Everyone knows gun free zones is where shooters go first. Shame on you. Do beyyer for customer safety. The room was very nice and clean, also air conditioner did not function properly we were hot all night. Also you need a label under the switch that turns on jets, I thought the jets didnt work, then after I was done bathing I found switch. I think the right thing to do would be give us a free night at another hotel good for a year. Then I might consider staying there again.

Very Clean rooms. Great hotel staff. Ideal location for restaurants and small town charm. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Registered for one night and ended up staying 5 nights. The air around was fresh, the people were friendly, the hotel staff was available for your every need!!!! The pool was clean and sparkling!!!! A great place for the price. Will most definitely stay here again.

The hotel and pool was super clean, air worked very well but the entrance was horrible if you have a leage vehicle. They are doing construction next to the hotel and it's pretty tight spaces

the elevators where pretty slow so we used the stairs often. which was really the only down side. the place was super quiet, staff was friendly. and the convince of being able to walk to food places as well as a grocery store right across the street. I also didn't like that I was not able to use my husband card to pay for the room since the reservation was in my name even tho he was standing right next to me. and I stated that it was for 2 adult and 1 child.

The place was not bad over all. The room really smelled of stale smoke but luckily the windows opened to air it out. The deposit policy was weird but we're not from the area so it may be normal. The elevator was expired which is a little worrisome since we had to use it. Water pressure in the shower was plenty and then some.

The fire sprinklers in several places are pushed up into the ceiling, the emergency exit lights are broken. And the elevator inspection that is posted in the elevator expires in 2022. “Breakfast” is tiny cereal boxes, individual packaged mini-muffins, and plastic wrapped slices of bread. The sheets (that used to be white I’m guessing) are a yellow-brown color.

There were unsavory people milling around the parking lot. The hotel exterior was shabby. The room was gross the tub was filthy, there were roaches everywhere. The power in half the room didn't work so the tv, microwave and refrigerator were out as well as one of the lamps. There was a wet spot the size of a dinner plate on the floor at the foot of tha bed that NEVER dried. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow cases were dirty. Felt like I needed a shower when I left.

After paying my room reservation in full they charged me again when checking in. Also they charged a deposit that was not disclosed in any of my pre-check in information. But foremost we had cockroaches crawling on the walls and furniture. They just said "sorry"

The staff was super friendly! For the room, the sink stopper was stuck so it would take forever to go down, the AC made a popping noise all night long, the sheets were paper thin, the beds were very uncomfortable and the chair at the desk wouldn’t stay up. When we checked in the man at the desk was very helpful and made our short and sweet which was great after our 3hr trip. Checkout crew was just as nice.

The suite was very roomy with a jacuzzi tub. The luggage cart (large one) needs some work as it wouldn't really do well with my luggage. Bringing my own sheets for comfort. Great Walkability to a few restaurants and a super market Definitely returning soon

The hotel is a little dated when you walk in but the service was exceptional. The comfort and service was excellent. The rooms were above average. If you’re looking for a hot shower, cozy bed, and cold AC, it’s perfect!

Where to begin..... The whole place smelled of smoke even though they called it a non smoking facility. The smoke detector in my room did not have a battery in it. The cushion behind the door was smashed into the wall. The towels were tiny and they were not very clean along with the pillowcases. It was a noisy hotel with dogs barking, kids crying and people coming and going at all hours. One of my keys never worked and the other one took several tries to open the door each time. The front desk reprogrammed them once without any improvement. The breakfast was lacking in options and the yogurts were frozen. Not a place I would recommend to get a good night's sleep.

When i had walked into the lobby the 1st thing i observed was a strong weed smell coming from the hallway. When i went to check in i had to wait a short time, when the clerk made contact with me he was quick to apologize and informed me of an issue that he was handling that did require prompt attention. When i complete the check in and was given my room key, i went to the room and when i opened the door, there was already someone in the room! I went back to the clerk and was placed in another room that had 2 queen beds, due to them having no other rooms with a king size bed. The room i was reassigned, was on the ground level and was clean, the complaint i have of this was someone that was 1 floor above me apparently figured to run through their room most of the time and the room beside me has a small dog that enjoyed barking a good bit. I figured it wouldn't do any good to go back and ask for another room due to them not having a room like i originally had reserved and they goofed up on by trying to give me a room already taken.

My stay at this Super 8 was exactly what I needed. Close to the freeway. Various gas stations and places to eat nearby. The front desk attendant's service was excellent. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for resting from a long road trip.

There were 3 police cars blocking the entry when we arrived. They were arresting someone. There were people sitting outside drinking making the entrance accessibility uncomfortable. The hotel is dated. The room wasn’t horrible but there was only a sheet and a dust cover on the bed so it was cold. The AC was old and the knob labels have wore off so it was difficult to see if we had the air or heat turned on.

This property advertises a “construction special” price. It is NOT. The carpet in the hall is nasty, it smells like weed daily, and the cops and EMT’s showed up one day. That’s in what little time I was around that week. My room AC didn’t have a filter, the flooring was coming apart, and my socks turned black walking around. Bring Lysol!

The staff here are 100/10. We checked in super late, and the gentleman was so kind to me and my super tired kiddo. The staff we ran into throughout our stay were just as courteous! I cannot compliment them enough. The location is also great, close to food, gas & a Walmart. My only negative I have to note is that most of the outlets didn’t work, only the top socket worked an each outlet, which I found odd. We had to unplug the microwave to get the mini fridge & unplug lamps to charge devices. First world problems! Overall, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

I went down for breakfast at 0900 and there was only dry ceral. a slice of bread and coffee. There was not anyone there to refill anything. I was highly disappointed especially when there was at least 1 one hour left for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly when we checked in and out. The property, public space and our rooms were very clean. The breakfast was watched carefully and replenished and the coffee was hot. I would recommend Super 8 by Wyndham Villa Rica to others.
