Overall it was a very nice stay. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with the normal offerings with just a little extra oomph (fresh pastries). The room was well appointed. My only flaw here was in the maintenance and aesthetics. The bathroom shower could use some recorking and there were some unsightly patches, but it was clean. Why they only put out one set of towels for a couple staying two nights is odd. There was an extra $25 actually charged on arrival for incidentals. Usually, the card is just held and not charged, but not in this case. The terrace area is cute, although it is on the ground floor so I would say it is more of a patio. Didn't use the gym but my husband did and he was able to get in his usual run in comfort. All in all a great stay.

The Villa Rica HIE was easy to find, lots of parking and amenities, clean, modern and large rooms. I was impressed with the services and delicious breakfast.

I am here as a resting place and remote location in between heading to Piedmont for my grandmothers 90th birthday. Only stayed for the night. I feel like this location has a few kinks to work out. The amenities are very outdated. The "conference" has no powered tables and is very thrown together. The staff are friendly enough but openly complain each other. I don't want to hear gossip, especially LOUD gossip when I'm trying to work. I would still stay here as its a great location for my needs, there is a charging station for my car right across from the hotel, but I'll be mindful of the amenities. The room I was in could've been cleaner; I noticed some random leaves and outside debris in it. Comfortable bed. Nice shower.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice pool that couldn’t be used as it was waiting for its yearly inspection Not very professional. I was VERY much put out as I was so looking forward to a dip. And part of the reason I stayed there was the dependability of the amenities

My stay was good. Very clean and the staff were amazing. Hot water was out around 9:30 pm and themornin. That was out of the managers control. She kept smiling and assisted customers, even the rude ones. Breakfast was filling.

The staff at front desk were excellent, but our room was really filthy. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean all the bathroom & bedroom surfaces. They were dusty with spots of dried food & liquid. The toilet had hair on the toilet seat & the sink was dirty.

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the shower and on the walls. You could tell it had not been cleaned. There was different types of hair so who knew when it was last cleaned. The walls needed to be cleaned as well.The front desk agent Laverne was very apologetic and cleaned the bathroom as best as she could. The shower still felt dirty. Housekeeping had left for the day.

Bugs in the room (a lot of mosquitoes…how do they even get in with no open windows on a 2nd floor room?), so many patrons running up and down the halls/slamming doors all night, random man not staying with us was able to unlock our room with his key

The hotel is nice and in a great location. The hotel seemed to be clean overall, and the staff was friendly. However, our room was a different story. My wife opened the microwave to heat her coffee and found a bowl of oats from a previous guest that had been overcooked in the microwave. When I went to shower the following morning, I found three washcloths hanging over the shower curtain rod from the previous guest and a small batch of what I sincerely hope was beard hair hanging on the shower curtain. I took care of the issues and kept them to myself until we checked out the next day. The lady at the front is supposed to add points to my IHG rewards card. She was very friendly and very apologetic about it.

The room was in need of an update and better cleaning. There was a large red stain on the carpet, a stain on the bedding, and the bathroom had a leak coming from the tile underneath, which left a puddle in between the toilet and the sink. The breakfast was nice.

We were incredibly disappointed to arrive after over 6 hours of travel to find that the TV in the room did not work. It was flickering and black and wouldn't show the picture. When trying to call the front desk, we realized that the phones weren't working either. Not sure if the staff wasn't answering the phone when we tried to call several times, or if the phone was simply broken as it seemed to be having issues. Not happy at all to pay what we paid and even the most simple of things would not function, and the staff wasn't available to help. We were tired, it was late, and it was severely disappointing to have that inconvenience and false advertisement. We travel to Georgia frequently to visit family, and have stayed here once before. Unless we receive a refund, we will NOT be returning.

One of the desk associates was not very friendly. Our bathroom door would not close all the way and we were told alot of doors in the building are like that because "the building is leaning." Water pressure in the shower was very low. Breakfasts were great!! Most of the staff were pleasant to work with.

Overall great stay. Place was clean. Great AC that worked well. The AC did make a very load noise when shutting off which woke me up several times. This was room 405. Max at the front desk was great. May I suggest a smart TV. I would have liked to be able to sign into my Netflix account. It would be nice to have that option. I have had it at other places I have stayed and it was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Some road noise heard but not too bad. Breakfast was good.

Nice and clean, the woman working the desk was very nice and accommodating. Stayed here previously and was pleased everything was as expected. The only issue was the AC unit rattled when the compressor kicked on, but thankfully propping a chair against it helped.

Overall hotel is ok, but it's to new to be in this kind of condition. But our room wasn't the greatest. Our room had paint chipping off the wall, also had a some kind of wall cover that had hole in it so you can see straight into the wall, we had a lot of stuff marks on the wall, shower had mold around the inside of it, and the tile was stained.

I enjoyed my stay here. Property was very clean and well kept. I had 2 different rooms. One the window shade didn’t work and the other the tv wasn’t working. Aside from that it was a nice stay at a good price. Plus breakfast was good. I would stay again for sure.

The Holiday Inn Express in Villa Rica was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and had everything I needed while I was there. The staff was excellent. One night when I was coming in late the sweet receptionist offered me coffee. When I told her I did not drink coffee she said they also had tea and even took me over to see that I found everything I needed to make it the way I liked. The check in was easy along with the check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one.

When we first got there, the room was an excellent condition and the front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Additionally, the maintenance man named Sal went above and beyond to ensure our television was working properly; kudos to him and the rest of the hotel staff!

We were pleased for the first day of our three night stay. Front desk personnel was kind and helpful, and everything was quiet and peaceful. Day two and three were very different, though. Whoever was above us was incredibly loud all night, and we found a bug in our comforter. Not sure if its a bedbug, but we spent almost an hour tearing apart the sheets and such looking for evidence. I have a photo but this page isn't allowing me to upload it. I wasnt able to locate anyone at the front desk after that to let them know. Any time we left, there wasn't anyone at the desk. On check out, the lady that helped me kept calling me the wrong name, the wrong room number, and couldn't print me a receipt. I was there for probably 10 minutes while she frantically tried to get my information right and print a receipt. We just left because we had a cross country drive to begin and couldn't wait. After all this, I'm not sure what we experienced was even close to worth $130+/night.

The property was fine, but the food was TERRIBLE! The breakfast is horrible. The bacon was just a pile of undercooked pieces in the serving pan. It looked disgusting. They need a better cook someone that cares about preparation & presentation. All the other food was burned or no seasoning. This not the first either.

The property looks good (though they could stand to clean up the cigarette butts around the entrance). The front desk staff is friendly but other than that the service is a little iffy. I’m not sure if our room was vacuumed once during our six night stay. There was no breakfast one day. Our beds weren’t made or towels exchanged twice.
