We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, the atmosphere has such a relaxing vibe, and the staff was wonderful; very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We especially loved the jacuzzi once it was heated; it was a fantastic addition and made the stay feel like a true getaway. We also really enjoyed sitting on the front veranda and playing Sequence, it was such a nice space to relax and spend time together. There are just a few small improvements that could make the experience even better. Our front door seemed slightly slanted and scraped against the cement, making it difficult to open and close. The back sliding door was also a little difficult to move and could probably use some lubrication or adjustment. The AC worked very well, although the remote was a little tricky to figure out. A few additional towels for both showering and pool/jacuzzi use would be helpful, as well as an additional or larger trash can since there was only one small one in the bathroom. Overall, we loved the property, the atmosphere, and especially the staff. With just a few minor maintenance updates and added conveniences, this could be an excellent little getaway. We would definitely consider staying again!

Do not book this place! We chose this property expecting a relaxing and comfortable stay, but it was the complete opposite. The pool was dirty, the room didn’t have a TV or mini fridge, the AC barely worked, and the WiFi was down. The listing photos are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, we were the only guests, and an employee let us in. She mentioned that the “bosses” would be staying in the other rooms. Later, they showed up with a large group, loud music, and turned the pool area into a party, which completely ruined the peaceful experience we were expecting. We spoke to them directly and explained that we were unhappy and had booked the stay to relax. They told us we could leave and that we would be refunded. However, after we left, they stopped responding to both us and Expedia, and we never received the refund. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. We felt misled and ended up losing our money.

The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. However, there was no one to help us when needed. The woman who welcomed us vanished and was nowhere to be seen again. We had issues with the wifi, which could be resolved fortunately after hours of insisting with the owner on the phone who was away. The jacuzzi was not hot but rather warm. There was no fridge in the room so we couldn't store our food, and not a single table, not even a coffee table. We thought we were going to have a kitchen but that wasn't for the type of cabin we rented, which wasn't very clear from the photos on the advertising. One thing I really didn't appreciate was the owner pressuring us to pay before getting to the property, even though it was supposed to be done when arriving there. He tried to charge my card on file but it didn't work so he asked me to send my card details by message over the phone, which I refused to do because of security reasons. He then told me to transfer the money through an app but he was being very pushy, I even received a warning message that my booking could be cancelled. After I paid, he did not reply anything. I was being polite the whole time but he was clearly not doing his job on the communication side. Overall, we were disappointed by this experience that was below average, especially for the price. I had already stayed in Valle de Guadalupe five times and had never paid so high for one night, and that was by far the worst experience.

Excelente lugar, una atención de primera, limpieza 10/10 la anfitriona super amable muy atenta y siempre respetuosa en todo momento respondió en minutos cualquier mensaje lo súper recomiendo!!
