Great central location and both Pauline and Simon were great. Breakfast was amazing and you could tell everything was fresh. Definitely stay again

Enough bedding for the depths of winter and a comfortable bed big enough for us two. An unspoilt Victorian house. Very good breakfast. Plenty of parking, very handy for Pickering & NYMR. We would re visit.

Quaint bed and breakfast hotel with lots of interesting period features. Ideally located in centre of town with parking and access to the lovely garden. There were magazines, and games to use, toiletries and sweets in room, good quality towels and bedding and breakfast was plentiful with great choices. A wonderful place for a few days in Pickering

Wonderful people, who couldn't do enough to help. Excellent breakfast prepared by a master. Perfect eggs. Comfortable well equipped entrance suite. Temperature rose and a fan mysteriously appeared in our room, pre emptying our request. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the first time we've really been able to relax in a long time.
