Stayed here with my husband. With in the first 15 min my phone was stolen. I asked the front desk for hell with the cameras and he refused. The room was horrible. Dirty chair, a flat sheet only on the bed. Cigarette burns on sheets, curtains, chair and pillows. The door has obviously been kicked in a few times to the point you can’t get without shouldering the door. Thin pillow and i do mean 1 pillow that wasn’t a pillow but sheets in the pillow case. Dirty bathroom and pubic hair on face towels. There was trash piled up outside the door. There were people wondering around the property and it felt unsafe. I will never stay here again. I visit this city often and the pictures look nothing like the actual property.

My daughter reserved lounging in GA at this motel from Thursday to Saturday for me, my mother and sister for a family event we came down for AND we never ended up spending the 1st night at the motel. From the time we pulled up to the motel, we had an eery feeling and the people or residents residing in the motel made us feel very unwelcomed. So, we kindly asked the receptionist how we would be able to get a refund and she mentioned that since we made the reservation online - that was the way to go. We immediately did that. The expedia representative was so understanding and he spoke with the receptionist at the motel. The ending result, due to policy we had to pay for the 1st night (even if we did not stay) and also because it was past the deadline to cancel. We understood and agreed. I was immediately credited the remainder of the money. To make a long story shorter, we stayed at one of our family members homes. They had more than enough room for us. Not sure why we didnt ask in the first place. I hope this was helpful.

I honestly didn’t even stay there. I arrived and was surrounded by prostitution and racist people on the outside where I didn’t feel safe. The room was HORRIBLE! I went up to it for a second and immediately came back down stairs!!!!! DO. NOT. STAY .HERE!!!!!!!!!

Upon arrival front desk staff was rude and rushed us to payment no elevator available paid for a early check in and the room was dirty no cover on the bed no seat cushion in the chair ashes on the floor and a bug on the wall bathroom was still dirty from previous guest poop on the wall so against our better judgment we asked to be moved to a new room and it was just as bad minus the poop in bathroom needless to say this hotel needs to be torn down not to mention all the crackheads walking around early in the day

These were my observations from outside, a total dump. Additionally, they sold my room to someone else after my flight was delayed until after midnight, so there was no availability after I arrived. That’s fine but then they also took my money and won’t give me a refund even though they were able to immediately rebook the room to someone else. The guy at the front desk was fairly rude about it too.

The hotel was in horrible condition and had a blue mold that was growing from the ceiling the toilet seat was cracked and uncleaned the shower was unclean the vent in the bathroom was missing a cover the sheets were and dirty this floor was sticky I wouldn’t recommend of housing a animal in that particular room nor anywhere in that facility the parking lot was extremely dirty there were several individuals who were in the parking lot sitting with lawn chairs and immediately turned around and gave them the keys back and they told me it was nonrefundable and I told him that is unacceptable for anyone to stay in that type of room

The walls are super thin and I could hear the people in the neighboring room as if I were in the room myself. The guy at the reception desk was charming but overall completely uncooperative and did not want to refund me. Despite the fact that that I never stayed the night in the room. I tried calling the booking site to get a refund and, again, they were unwilling to. I simply lost $100 for a night that never happened. DO NOT BOOK HERE .

Please dont let the pics fool you. This is the worst place i've ever stayed. From the ppl hanging outside, to the room that was so fifty i didnt take my clothes off. No blanket only a thin sheet. Tv didnt work so i had to sit in the quiet room with the noise of a party outside my door. I asked for a refund or move to another rkom and he stated that there's nothimg he can do. Stay away from this place unless you want drugs and bed bugs.

Heat and air worked fine. There was a door in my room,you could hear everyone in the ne t room full of children. Toilet paper was already used, fridge door made noise. The mattresses you could feel all the springs in both beds,pillows had no fluff in them. Drug activity dueing board daylight, and nighttime. Employee dragging bedsheets in a garage bag to do rooms.
