Second time we have stayed here, and this time we were able to bring our small black spoodle who had a great time! Super friendly staff, and very open communucation before we arrived and as we were travelling over, so that no detail was missed. We loved staying here - the lady who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel very welcome; she was lovely. The hotel is quirky and unique - very comfortable and spacious with everything we could want. It's an older building but was perfectly clean, and its furnishings comfy and quirky. It is within a 2 minute walk to South Yarra train station which was great as well, and there's an abundance of cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommend!

I selected this venue for a bit more luxury and it was a lovely apartment. They did daily cleans but that was all. Came with a bathroom, bedroom (double bed), living room and a connected kitchen and dining space. The armchairs is the star of the apartment with the netflix TV. Kitchen was very small and would say not for more than 1 person at a time. Also came with a washing machine but no dryer. My bed sheets, I had to question if they were new sheets or pillow cases. I only say this due to one of my pillow cases having some black marks. I didn't use that side of the bed but when I checked them near the end of my stay, that worried me and I thought potentially sheets or on this occasion not all the pillow cases had been changed. Safety, the gate would be left open during the day as well as the building doors which would allow strangers to enter the premise. They only seemed to be closed at night. Tram and train station closeby and loads to food options too.

We’re a family of 4 (2A and 2C) and recently stayed here to attend the AFL grand final. This property was very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from the MCG. The self-contained apartment was well equipped, beds were very comfy, and the double glazed windows made the unit very quiet. We were very happy with our stay.

The apartment was nice although it needs a bit of maintenance to fix minor plumbing issues and they need to replenish missing or lost kitchen tools. The staff were very helpful when we asked for assistance and when we reported the issues. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value for money given its location and comforts. 8.5/10

From start to finish this was such an amazing stay. I was able to check in early, the room was amazing, the bed super comfy and the front desk woman even helped me with my crazy heavy bag. It was in a safe neighborhood right near shops, food and public transport. Would recommend and stay again!
