The room was large and quite clean, though the chairs were terribly stained. No food options onsite or close by and it's a bit of a drive into town; but we did know the distance from town when booking. Despite being on a main road, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Air con worked well and the shower was hot. It was very reasonably priced.

The room size was very good. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking space, even with a trailer. Apart from a very minor point of the shower needing a ledge for soap and shampoo, it was an excellent stay.

This was a great find for an overnight stay in Warwick and very well priced. Usually our hotel stays have had a bar fridge and kettle but this included a toaster and a microwave as well which are all helpful for some simple food prep when travelling.

An older style motel, but everything works. Hot shower, comfortable bed, digital TV. I couldn’t quite work out the room setting though, with a low couch Along the front window, a table and two chairs that were unsteady situated under the wall mounted TV? The best method to watch TV was to lie on the bed? Parking is generous and outside your room. I stayed three nights, and the room was not serviced in all that time. I’d stay again if circumstances warranted a stay in the area. Motel is situated a reasonable distance out of the main town area, so transport is a necessity.

Comfortable roomy room for wheelie walker. 3 night stay smart tv worked 1 day no new batteries available as place was fully booked out. Unable to use shower as too high to adjust handle/nozzel. A dirty bowl under clean bowl with fried rice still inside in cupboard.

Dirty carpet, old curtains falling down in poor condition, bathroom vanity old,dirty and damaged, mould in bathroom. Air conditioner dirty and dusty, filters extremely coated in dust. Bed seemed clean. Tea making facilities and toater a bonus as no nearby dining facilities. Restaurant not open . Generally dilapidated and in need of a major renovation. I guess you get what you pay for as price wasn't too bad

Nice and quiet, peaceful outlook. However, stayed 3 nights, never serviced room. Ran out of toilet paper, tissues and tea/coffee. Rubbish bins were full, never emptied. Front door wouldn’t shut properly, had to slam it. Needed maintenance. No soap holder in shower. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I would recommend more attention to details with cleaning. The bin from our bathroom was not emptied after the previous guest. Used bath soap still on the soap dish in the shower. Opened milk carton in the fridge that was also frozen as ice built up in the freezer.

Staff friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The view over the township, racecourse and mountains was excellent and soothing. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy with only the curtains needing fixing. Next time we are in Warwick, we will stay here again.

property had a run down feel..I wanted to check out footy games but tv didnt have channels 9 or 7. man in office came down checked it out said he would move us to another room only to find that room had the same problem.I went to a locals home watched the footy never went back...hope they enjoyed my $135 cos theyll never get any more

No milk to go with tea & coffee making facilities. No dish cloth or tea towel to clean and dry dishes. No instructions for air conditioning unit. Dogs barking at 6am. Tried to tell me that I hadn't pre-paid and then tried to overcharge me. Luckily, I always keep a hard copy of booking and payment.

Location is great, easy 5 min drive into town, room has everything you need: Hot showers/icey cold AC/spacious rooms, nice bedsz fridge, coffee etc. Staff at Check-in was lovely (cool LEGO builds!) Very happy with the ease, price and location of stay :)

Property is well maintained and clean, and recessed back far enough to mute traffic noise. Restaurants are a little ways away, so that you have to make a special driving Trip for a meal. But my stay was good. Staff also was excellent.
