Cute little nicely upgraded motel. Big room. Comfy bed. Nice to have a kitchenette. Location is amazing to walk through Ucluelet to the local shops and restaurants. We had some sand in our trunk and I asked to borrow a vacuum from one of the staff that was nearby cleaning a room and he vacuumed it for me! Late check in process was easy too. All around great experience.

A decent sized mini fridge, handheld shower head and nice quality bathroom products (hand soap, shampoo, etc). Enjoyable stay and very friendly check in staff. Would definitely return.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat im Vorhinein sehr schnell auf Anfragen zur Buchung reagiert. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr groß. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Motel vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und es sind Cafés fußläufig erreichbar. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte ein Zimmer in der oberen Etagen anfragen, da es insgesamt sehr hellhörig ist. Eventuell sollte das Putzmittel überdacht werden, da der Boden des Zimmers total klebrig war.

The property is recently renovated and they have done an amazing job. The rooms are very large and bright. No detail has been missed from comfortable beds, to a dining area, to locally sourced shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with amazing Citroen scents. If you are staying for awhile, they have storage to unpack and hang your clothes up, and if you want to cook a little something there is a microwave and fridge. The bathroom is spacious and has been decorated with intention. The place is centrally located so it is easy to walk down to the marina and a variety of restaurants are within minutes…don’t miss out at trying the fresh fried fish and chips at jiggers right across the street. You can even bring it back and sit on the lovely deck out front of your room To top everything off, the front staff representetive was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend staying at this lovely modernized Inn.

This is one of the best locations we’ve stayed at recently. The property is newly renovated, and we stayed in King Suite 101 — spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s surrounded by several highly rated restaurants, and the Co-op is just a couple of minutes’ walk for groceries. The hotel sends a daily text message to check in, which I love — a no-pressure, convenient digital touchpoint. The only minor drawback is that if you’re on the main floor, you might hear footsteps from the suite above, especially if your upstairs neighbors are night owls or early birds. We only noticed it on the first day; after that, we were so exhausted from our activities that it would’ve taken a small fortune to wake us up!

Refreshed motel. Zero sound and noise improvements you can hear everything from the people above or beside you, very poor water pressure and quality of washroom, charge you extra for an early check in even if the room is clean, etc. very pricey for what it is unfortunately they get away with it in this area.

I booked a king bed and received a call a day before my arrival asking for when I would be checking in. This was a day early and I had to reassure them multiple times for when I booked and after a few calls back and forth they had told me they had booked all the king bed rooms and that they wouldn’t be able to provide one now. When I shared my feelings about this they made no effort to correct it and instead offered free cancellation. Spend the extra money and save yourself a headache.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk called and they didn't get back to me for 30 minutes. Friendly staff member called ke back and arrived at property within 5 minutes. When I enter the room and went into the bathroom I found an empty beer can in the bathtub and hair in the bathtub as well. Not my best experience.

The room was very clean and super spacious. We showed up just after hours but the communication was stellar and everything was extremely easy. The rooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable. Right inthe centre of a cute funky beach town it was an easy walk to a multitude of dining options. We dined at Frankies and had a great meal in a fun welcoming atmoshere with ggreat and frienfly service. We also did some clithing shopping buying shirts and hoodies actually made in Vancouver Britsh Columbia!The Ukee motel had been recentlly renovated and they did a very good job. The only changes I would suggest are minor. The curtains on the large front window were threaded on the curtain rod with folds wrong letting a little light in. The back windows were threaded correctly. The cups were very nice looking but got very hot when you poured boiling water in them to make tea and without handles we could not pick them up. The bed side lamps are too bright and need a different shade or perhaps just a cover on the existing shade. These are very minor adjustments for the new owners who asked for our input on the new renovations. We were extremely happy with our experience
