Clean and exactly what you’d expect from a Shangri-La hotel. Room was very nice and very well designed. Gym was fantastic with barbell and every weight/ machine you could ever need. Breakfast buffet was amazing with excellent service. Blown away by the hotel. 10/10. Highly recommend

Very little English or other languages apart from Mandarin spoken by staff made it difficult to order and arrange things - find this odd in an international brand of hotel. Limited offering for food and beverages, and poor opening times. Large but soul-less lounge and bar area making meeting and entertaining clients uncomfortable. Bedroom very nice and clean, good size but shower had no pressure and difficult to get warm. Price of the stay quite reasonable but would not recommend for business.

Breakfast menu was good but service was not good. All staffs start packing before ten am and right at 10am they even start mopping the floor. This make guests feel nervous and feel like needing to leave the dinning area!!
