We enjoyed our stay at this APA, and had 2 rooms as a family of 4. Staff was friendly and the rooms were spotless. The space was a little tight, as it can be in Japan. Rooms were extremely quiet. Location was excellent with access to the subway about 30 seconds from the front entrance. There was a laundromat just down the street and restaurants right nearby. Our only complaint was the check-in process. They have these large bulky machines in front of the desk, and the staff still has to help you with it. It was like they were trying to automate it but it didn't work without staff. They took up precious space in the tiny lobby and we felt it was super inefficient and ineffective. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Room was clean , staff are helpful, great location , train station is right outside for travelling between Narita airport and hotel . Convenient to go to Tokyo or Ginza. Would stay here again .
