Clean room but very basic equipment - minus for the lack of USB sockets. Fresh and taste breakfast however, the wait staff is very confused during peak hours.

Well I thought this was great. Good service, lovely (if compact) rooms (though the automatic bathroom light is a source of great irritation). Great restaurant on site. Clever free access coffee machine in the lobby. Glad I stayed here.

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I chose this chain because I often stay at your property in Warsaw, where everything is always excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel in Poznan did not meet my expectations. I arrived late in the evening and expected the room to have all the basic amenities. Instead, there were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no coffee/tea facilities. I did not want to have to call and request items that should be standard in the room. When I asked for a kettle, it would have been logical to provide a cup and tea along with it, but that was also missing. The room felt like a hospital room rather than a hotel – it was a disabled-access room with nothing to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing – it seemed like leftovers from the day before.
