Very friendly helpful staff. Very pet friendly. . Clean towels, bed linens and bathroom. Bathroom has been updated. Bed very comfortable, 4 pillows but they were not fluffy. Big room, lots of hot water. Seems like safe area, well lit at night. Food areas close to property. I will stay at this property again.

My wife and I needed a clean and comfortable place to spend the night on a road trip between Dallas and Indianapolis. I used my travel app to look for decent, affordable lodging west of St. Louis. The combination of rating and pricing looked almost unbelievable, so I read the reviews. Encouraged by the reviews, I made the booking and I was not disappointed. The check-in process was easy and friendly and the room was spotless with no smell of covered-over cigarette smoke. (My wife is allergic to it.) The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well and awoke rested for the onward journey. The amenities are very basic, if it makes a difference to you. There was a small fridge and a microwave. There was no coffee maker but you can buy a cup of coffee at the next-door restaurant. I went to the Philips 66 down the road and bought mine at a cheaper price. The bathroom was clean and nicely set up. Only the bathtub seemed old with some discolored spots, but I had a nice shower in it. Bottom line: next time I need a place to spend the night west of St. Louis, I won't look anywhere else. Best room for the price I've ever found.

This is one of the best motel 6 hotels we've stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot! The room was clean and easy to access, the parking spaces were spacious, the air conditioner was a champ, there was plenty of green space for our dog to enjoy, and even the ice machine worked!

We stayed in room 120, it was absolutely terrible. I was exhausted and needed a place to sleep, this was the wrong choice woke up with an allergy attack eyes swollen. The room smelled like 16000 cats lived in there, which I’m allergic to. There were dirty towels in the room and dogs barking all night. Wouldn’t stop here to take a breath.

The bath tub was technically clean but cover various stains from grey/black to yellow. A/C worked but incredibly loud. all the labels were worn off so it was difficult to turn on just pressed random buttons until It came on. Absolutely no amenities. Not even soap. The door didn’t properly close you could see day light around the trim. The gap was so big, if it was snowing or raining it would come into the room. The was no threshold between the bedroom area and the bathroom resulting in a very sharp edge that cut my toe. The bed was okay.

As soon as I opened the door the smell of cat pee smacked me in the face. Went to take a shower and it was dirty. The top/rim of the tub hadn’t been washed for a while and there was hair laying on top of the drain.

The sheets were stained when we got there. Requested new linens then when we went to bed the bed itself reaked of urine. Cut my stay short and went somewhere else would not recommend

I appreciated having a very large room. The staff was great. There was a strong smell of something like burned food every time I turned on the fan in the bathroom. It was less and a little different on day four. I honestly for got to mention it to staff when I left.

Staff the front desk was very friendly in personable. I felt right at home. And I will be honest I wasn't expecting much from a motel 6 but this location has exceeded all expectations. This isn't the Hyatt or the Radisson but for what I'm paying for this room wow!!! Fresh paint and much larger than normal refrigerator New fixtures nice big TV and clean. For a one night stay it was actually perfect. I would highly recommend this for any other people that are traveling from Michigan or Northern Illinois down to Arkansas.

I was greeted with kindness and given an upgraded room which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is older but was clean and spacious. The road noise and the air conditioner were a bit loud and the a/c temp couldn’t be adjusted but it was adequate for the outside temperature. We were awakened earlier than we wanted from outside noises, perhaps the cleaning cart?

Positive--The room was very clean despite being an old motel. Negative--My room was near the entrance which meant it was close to the service road and highway. I heard vehicles coming and going at the entrance of the motel throughout the night. It was noisy despite using a white noise machine.

The gentleman that checked me in was an absolute delight. Big smile, very friendly and personable. Possibly the property owner. This is an older property that has been upgraded and is in great condition. For the budget price of the room I was expecting something dilapidated and was quite happy to find a very well cared for motel

They took a $50 deposit from me. They never returned it to me. I left the room nicer than when I went into it. I wouldn't stay here because of the deposit not returned and staff was not friendly and it was not clean. There was poop stains in the toilet also gross!!

We never even got to check in. The front desk lady was rude and my boyfriend asked her a question, she answered very rude and disrespectful. She then told us that she was canceling our reservation. I could not cancel, as it was a non-refundable room. She has NOT cancelled this reservation so I'm still being charged for a room I was never allowed to check in to

Overall it was a great stay. Air conditioning regulated well, beds were comfortable, room was clean, and it was a quiet area even though right off of the interstate. I'm just disappointed that my keys have disappeared, and nobody turned them in.

Owner greeted us at front desk, nicest guy. Room was large, super comfortable, great bed and pillows, but thin coarse towels, no kleenex, no coffee pot, no breakfast, zero amenities, no frills. A little pricey for bare bones. Reversed barhroom faucet, dumb and easy to fix, slow sink drain, and floor mopping is overdue. We slept well, and we feel bad, but leaving an accurate review is important :-)
