The hotel was very nice, clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The reception when we checked in was unsmiling, unfriendly, unhelpful. I’d rate it good overall. Room furniture was a little beat up and there was something spilled/stained across carpet and up the door. Dirt in corners. But decent room, bed, pillows. Great water pressure. Pool and spa was good as well. I think price was a little high for what it was.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation. We stayed in room #207, which had not been updated. Furniture was in poor condition, but we would assume that will be corrected when the renovations are completed. Also as a result of the renovation, large roll-off dumpsters & semi containers took several parking spaces which presented issues. Hopefully things will improve upon completion of the renovation.

The hotel was very nice. They are remodeling each floor starting at the top. We were able to stay in a newly remodeled room for 4 nights. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several choices. The indoor pool was quite nice.. Overall, we were quite happy with our choice.

After a long drive and a long drive ahead, booked the rooms for the family here bc it had a 24 hr fitness room. We all had stiff legs and sore backs and needed some exercise since it was also snowing out. However, fitness room was closed, for the last three months due to renovations. Website should have indicated status. Breakfast had options like yogurt, fruit and cereal that were fine but hot items (eggs, sausage) were pretty poor. Stay was not worth the price,

The stay was what we needed, a place to shower and sleep. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was nice. We were told that the hot tub was only operating at a lukewarm temperature so that was a let down. The room itself was fine, although there were empty beer cans in every drawer… in the dresser, both nightstands and the desk. I would suggest that all drawers be checked when cleaning the rooms. It didn’t effect our stay.. I did toss a couple that were in the way of being used and left the rest. The bathroom looked like it had water damage on the wall and ceiling.. again, didn’t affect our stay but I could see it being a complaint for some. Oh and when we needed to use the refrigerator the temperature was on high and the freezer was iced over so it wasn’t cooling properly and we had to use ice to keep out food cold.

This hotel is currently under renovation. The lobby is full of boxed things (I assume furniture), but they managed to keep a sofa and television available for guests. The desk clerk seemed a little scattered, but he was friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. One entrance to the parking lot is in serious need of repaving. All in all - not a bad overnight stay.

The common areas of the hotel were nice. However our bathroom was very bad. Mold on the shower ceiling. Sink overflow hole was moldy. The bath toilet had spots I needed to clean off and there was a wash rag left on the shower rod. Also a bug on the floor in bathroom. Room 217

The bathroom light did not work. It was very run down. Peeling on the walls, doors and chairs. There were multiple pieces of hair on my comfort. The bathtub was horrific, even with just the flashlight of my phone :(

This property is not being maintained at all. There is paint chipping off the furniture. The nightstand was missing a drawer. We had a cricket and a roach in our room. Things were very dirty. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

I've stayed here before because of the free breakfast that has a wide variety of menu options to please just about anyone's diet preferences. The staff has been helpful and nice each time I have been here. I also appreciate the rooms being clean. The property is close to many restaurants, the city park, and laundromat, in case you need or want to do laundry. Right next to the property is a BP gas station, Lion's Choice, Cracker Barrel, and I-44, which makes it a very convenient location to get food, gas, and continue your trip.

Property was pretty good overall. Housekeeping entered the room unannounced during the early morning when we were still sleeping. No apology was made and we only knew because the cart was directly outside when we quickly looked. Nothing special about the property but it seemed well maintained and we had good sleep.

Staff gave our room number and a key to someone checking in at 2:00 in the morning. That was very scary. Also the next morning while getting ready a staff member used their key and just came on it. No knock on the door before entering. Also the room smelled bad and was not clean.

Room was clean, but bathroom was so outdated with rust and lots of water damage, chipped sink. There was a clear difference between the rest of the room and the bathroom. Also, housekeeper tried to enter our room before 9am even though we were only there for a single night and had not yet checked out. Even acknowledging that we didn't put out the "do not disturb" sign, she should have knocked first and called out "housekeeping ".

The check in guy 6-7 pm and am was super polite and accommodating. Room was perfectly clean. Great towels and water pressure. Nice little fridge and plenty of counter space. The breakfast was a nice touch. All staff was super polite from breakfast bar to housekeeping We were exhausted from a long trip and it was a welcome oasis of rest. Both my teenager and myself slept solidly all night. And neither of us ever sleep that well at home!! Thank you!!
