Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost of the room at Villa Beaupeyrat, but given the impossibility to get information from them, that was the only option. They simply don’t seem to care about their clients.

It was noisy you could hear all the floors creak and doors closing, people walking from rooms above. The door didnt open everytime. The water was cold so couldnt have shower and the heating was locked on low. The tv had a mind of its own kept going off.
