Very close to the restaurants and many shops. When you get out the hotel turn right, go over a small bridge and continue walking for about 5 minutes. There are lots of shops, restaurants, Pizza Hut, McDonald's etc I recommend this place. Laundry is 100 JPY for washer and 100 JPY for the dryer. They provide soap.

Well located to Simbamba Stn but need a few minutes walk which can be tiring with luggages in hot summertime. Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean and good facilities with the onsen as a plus for a small hotel in Tokyo. Room is small as expected of Japanese room but double bed is sufficient for a couple. Pillows are however a bit hard for me. Complimentary drinks are great! Good hotel for 1-2 nights stay.

I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Super Hotel Shinagawa Shinbamba. The hotel is on a very quiet street, which was a welcome retreat after a busy day exploring Tokyo. At the same time, it's very convenient—the Shinbamba station is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and there are three convenience stores nearby for anything you might need. While the rooms are small by Western standards, they are well-designed, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. We were especially impressed with how quiet the room was and we slept well every night. The breakfast was a high point, with a great variety of good food. We particularly liked the fresh pastries. We also appreciated the coffee machine that brews from fresh beans and the fun juice and soda machine, which were always available. When we return to Japan, we will definitely look for a Super Hotel first. Highly recommended.

遅くチェックインすると、枕がなく高い枕で寝る羽目に。初めから低くして重ねれるようにしてほしい。部屋は狭い廊下の音丸聞こえ、温泉、窓がなく狭い。部屋にメイク用の鏡をおいてほしい。座りながらメイクしたいから。朝のスタッフの笑顔は抜群！気持ちいい！ただ調理場での私語丸聞こえ。スーパーホテル好きだったけどな、今度から考える。

This is essentially a low-budget hotel option with very small rooms and is fine for a single-night stay (which we did) but wouldn't be ideal for an extended stay in my opinion. The bathrooms were extremely small and cramped, especially for a tall man like me. Regardless, the staff were friendly and welcoming and our stay included a buffet breakfast that was very nice with multiple options. The bed was a little uncomfortable. We have kids so I appreciated that we had adjoining rooms with a connecting door - very convenient. The hotel seems fairly new and is in good condition - very clean and safe. They also have an onzen on the property, which was nice.

Super disappointed with our second stay at this hotel. We checked in around 7:30pm. Check in was quick since we had been there before. We were told to grab pillows for our room but there was only 1 pillow available (about an inch think) at the area for 4 of us checking in. We alerted the check in person who gave us a shrug and basically said there’s nothing they can do. What hotel doesn’t have enough pillows for their customers? We all slept horribly, having to leave country the next day for 15 hours of travel. We went down for breakfast just before 8:30am, breakfast done at 9am. Most things were already being cleared out other than the breads. While we were eating, someone came by with a sign stating to be done by 9am around 8:55am. We would have never stayed here knowing we wouldn’t have pillows, kind of a basic item for a restful nights sleep. I gave this hotel a pretty good rating after our first stay, after this stay, never again.

チェックイン対応してくださったスタッフさんがとても丁寧で笑顔が素敵な方でした。最初から印象がとても良かったです。品川駅からも2駅、モノレールの駅も徒歩15分と、とても使いやすかったです。ホテル周辺は少し暗い道もありましたが、治安の悪さは感じませんでした。静かでよかったです。また利用させていただきたいホテルです。

ホテル周辺初めての東京で宿泊で不安でしたが駅（新馬場駅、青物横丁駅）も近くにあってご飯屋さんも少し歩けば色んなお店があるので良かったです。品川駅から2駅離れたところで静かな場所でとてもゆっくり出来ました。ホテル利用枕の高さが自分で選んで持って行けるのと0:00までソフトドリンクが飲み放題なのもよかったです。温泉もとても気持ち良かったです部屋で温泉の混み具合が見れるのが便利でした。朝食もパンが美味しかったですトースターが置いてあるので温め直しできるのもよかったです。また東京に来る機会があれば利用したいと思いました

This was mine and my sister's first hotel we stayed in in Japan. We have stayed in three others since and Super remains the hotel that we have had the best experience with. Every morning the breakfast buffet was delicious, there was free coffee and soft drinks as well as water in the lobby, and even though we opted out of room service, we were still left a bag of fresh towels and toothbrushes as well as water bottles on our door knob every night. We liked the onsen and the staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. We will most certainly be back next time we visit Japan!

Amazing breakfast with delicious pastries; it was the best part of waking up. Unfortunately, only one elevator so sometimes it is slow and no internal stairs. (There is a fire exit stairwell, but we didn't want to accidentally set off an alarm if we opened it. Not sure if we could use.) They give you fresh towels and toothbrush every day

This was my first time using this hotel. If I had to say something, it would be that when I was eating breakfast at my seat, I noticed a bad smell coming from my fork. I wiped it with a towel but it didn't go away.
