The Suites Rainvilleterrasse

I had a less than satisfactory experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I found that there was no front desk assistant available, which made checking in quite challenging. The property is situated in an office building and only occupies the 4th floor, which was not what I expected. Additionally, it is about a block away from the water, but I did not feel comfortable in the area while searching for the entrance. I reached out via email to request a passcode for entry, and to get help with transportation from the airport but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. The dim lighting in the area added to my concerns about safety as I was searching for a hotel rather than an office space. Regrettably, the customer service did not meet my expectations, Ihad to do my own checking in my phone while in the freezing cold and the dark outside and despite only staying for 30 minutes in the property once we saw dust all over the furniture and no water pressure I the bathroom, I was informed that a refund for my six-day reservation would not be possible. As a result, I decided to find accommodations elsewhere, where I felt more welcomed and supported.

Incheckningen är inte bra. Hotellrummet rent, snyggt och stort. Beställa frukost ett stort skämt.
