Staff was great, room overall was well equipped, nicely decorated with high ceiling. The carpet in room however requires some deep cleaning.

Pros: hotel staff was amazing! We had an issue with our room and it was handled to our full satisfaction. A simple breakfast was provided and drinks/snacks available 24/7. Con’s: the hotel is quite dated. The first room we had smelled damp and the beds were soft. Thanks to the hotel staff, we were moved to a room that did not smell damp and the beds were firm. The hotel was closer to a 3.5/5 but we rounded up because of the staff.

Everything was pretty ok. Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast spread. Only challenge is the carpets in the room. It probably need steam cleaned or changed.
