Lugar extremante péssimo. O hotel( nem deveria ser chamado assim) é velho, não tem elevadores - fiquei no último andar e carreguei duas gigantes malas acima - você não vê os funcionários. Sim, eles desaparecem da salinha (não existe uma recepção). Você precisa perguntar algo e não tem para quem perguntar. Só fica funcionário até às 14h, depois o espaço fica sem ninguém. Não tem late checkout, não tem espaço para deixar malas, o banheiro velho tem Box quebrado, molha todo o banheiro, enfim, terrível.

Não gostei, atendimento grosseiro, meu quarto cheirava a cigarros, encontrei um pentelho no lençol e o pior a internet no qual mais precisava devido ao trabalho não tinha, no quarto que estava!! Os funcionários presentes foram gentil tentaram ajudar mais o atendimento telefone deixa super a desejar.

Beware, no ac, uncontrolled sewage smell out of the bathroom. Remote without batteries and no one to help. The worse, made the Aveiro experience very badly for the whole family.

The room I was provided doesn’t have a proper working shower or AC. Parking is a nightmare here, I had to park a few kilometres away just to find a spot. The entrance was rather difficult to find as you can only use the rear door ( I believe there is maintenance right now though), with the address on the maps showing closer to the beginning of the street. I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find the place with all my luggage in tow. I wouldn’t say this particular room matches the photos online. They seem to show a nice well lit room with many pillows, bright blue accents, and a functional bathroom. I have more of a tiny closet bathroom, grey, dark, lampless, dreary room with two tiny pillows. The bathroom is not useable if you are over 180 cm as the sink is right in front of the toilet in an awkward position. The area is a prime location for many restaurants being just a side street away.

This property is in a fabulous location. Parking is on the street or in a car park, but is easily walkable. The room we stayed in was a triple room with twin beds which worked well for our party. The room however, was musty and moldy on the walls. The private bath did not have vents and so occasionally there was a sewer smell coming from the shower. Overall, for the location you can’t beat the price.

Difficultés à trouver l entrée, bruyant la nuit car obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car pas de télécommande pour la clim. La douche est à rafraîchir, et des odeurs de WC dans l immeuble dés l entrée. Chambre au 3 éme et très petite impossible avec de grosses valises. L emplacement est très bien situé, difficulté pour se garer.

No hay nadie para hacer el chekin, se hace desde una maquina que te da la llave. La habitacion pequeña, no muy limpia, paredes sucias, toallas que daban asco de viejas y desgastadas. Y encima no tiene limpieza diaria, solo repostan toallas, sobres de gel y papel WC

What I like was the location, it was directly near a square with restaurants and shops. Although it was directly at the square we weren't troubled by any noice. What we didn't like was the state of the bathroom, the ceiling was full of mold. Also the silicant sealants in the bathroom were very 'moldy'. The floor of the room was clean but the skirting boards were dirty and full of dust. Actually I can't complain cause the price was only €51. That is very cheap and this is what I can get for this price.

Estadia difícil desde o checkin. Meu nome não constava no equipamento de self checkin e tive que pedir ajuda aos funcionários por telefone. Eles foram bastante solicitos. E essa foi realmente a única coisa positiva da péssima noite que tivemos. Camas ruins, velhas, com lençóis sujos e cheios de cabelos. O banheiro alagou com menos de um minuto de uso do chuveiro. Toalhas velhas e com cheiro ruim. Poderia aumentar a lista de problemas, mas basta terminar dizendo que, definitivamente, não recomendo.

Localização boa, porém o quarto não tem isolamento de som, barulho até as tantas da madrugada e no quarto ao lado também havia muito ruído de pessoas estrangeiras até a 1 e tal da manhã, uma experiência para não voltar a repetir.

No tiene nada que ver las fotos de la información con lo que luego te encuentras. Muy bien situado pero muy viejo y ruidoso. Por no tener, no tenía ni una triste silla para poner las cosas, el agua de la ducha no salía ni siguiendo las instrucciones, con lo que a 35 grados....ya me dirán! Menos mal que fue sólo una noche.

O quarto que nos foi atribuído não tinha água no duche, vimos as torneiras de segurança e não estavam fechada, não funcionava simplesmente. Havia água na sanita e nas torneiras, mas no ficheiro nada. O quarto tinha 2 televisões nenhuma funcionava. Não havia ninguém no hotel que nos pudesse ajudar quando detetamos estes problemas.

Very poor. I had trouble with getting in so called and she didn’t speak English so just hung up on me! Didn’t send anyone. I Got another person to help me. Facility is very run down. Bed was good though. Bathroom shower door would not close properly. Will not stay again.

Camas limpas e confortáveis, mas no geral a precisar de alguns melhoramentos. Junto à janela tinha sujidade caída no chão devido às madeiras estarem podres e a cabine do duche claramente a precisar de ser substituída. Método de recepção automático e nem se vê qualquer funcionário, mas a "máquina era simpática"

A estadia foi boa! Um pequeno problema ao entrar pois não tinham enviado um número (diferente ao localizador da reserva!) que era necessário pra abrir a porta. Felizmente apareceu uma moça (que trabalhava ali) e conseguiu o número e conseguimos entrar. O quarto tinha tudo o básico e necessário para uma estadia prática! A localização é FABULOSA!!!!

Estadia difícil desde o checkin. Meu nome não constava no equipamento de self checkin e tive que pedir ajuda aos funcionários por telefone. Eles foram bastante solicitos. E essa foi realmente a única coisa positiva da péssima noite que tivemos. Camas ruins, velhas, com lençóis sujos e cheios de cabelos. O banheiro alagou com menos de um minuto de uso do chuveiro. Toalhas velhas e com cheiro ruim. Poderia aumentar a lista de problemas, mas basta terminar dizendo que, definitivamente, não recomendo.

This property is in a fabulous location. Parking is on the street or in a car park, but is easily walkable. The room we stayed in was a triple room with twin beds which worked well for our party. The room however, was musty and moldy on the walls. The private bath did not have vents and so occasionally there was a sewer smell coming from the shower. Overall, for the location you can’t beat the price.

What I like was the location, it was directly near a square with restaurants and shops. Although it was directly at the square we weren't troubled by any noice. What we didn't like was the state of the bathroom, the ceiling was full of mold. Also the silicant sealants in the bathroom were very 'moldy'. The floor of the room was clean but the skirting boards were dirty and full of dust. Actually I can't complain cause the price was only €51. That is very cheap and this is what I can get for this price.

L’hotel è in pieno centro, molto comodo. Attorno ci sono un sacco di bar, ristoranti e pasticcerie. Purtroppo l’albergo è bruttino: le camere sono spoglie e poco curate. La pulizia nella media (gli asciugamani che ci hanno fornito sono tutti consumati). Le stanze non sono ben isolate, sembra di stare in camera con i vicini. Va benissimo per una notte, se volete spendere poco, non di più.

Difficultés à trouver l entrée, bruyant la nuit car obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car pas de télécommande pour la clim. La douche est à rafraîchir, et des odeurs de WC dans l immeuble dés l entrée. Chambre au 3 éme et très petite impossible avec de grosses valises. L emplacement est très bien situé, difficulté pour se garer.

Horrible Experience - Deplorable Hotel I was very surprised to find that it was self-service, but I actually liked that aspect. However, my experience took a turn for the worse as soon as I walked through the door. The hotel was nothing like the pictures they had online, which felt like a FAKE ADVERTISEMENT. While the location was okay, both inside and outside the room were in a very poor condition. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I ended up leaving and didn’t stay for the night. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!
