The staff was professional and friendly, and even consulted me with excursions. The breakfast was relatively generous. The place is really close to the main street so there are a lot of restaurants, bars and places to go out nearby.

Staff was very kind. Rooms were incredibly clean and breakfast was always very fresh in the morning. Location was absolutely perfect for exploring Pucon - everything was walkable. There was also a good kitchen space and safes for valuables in each room. Absolutely would recommend!

There’s nothing I enjoy more than coming back to a place after two years and being remembered. Everyone was eager to provide anything I needed, from towels to every small detail. I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. If you’re going to Pucón, I don’t think you’ll find a better spot.

The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!
