O local é tranquilo, mesmo sendo ao lado da estação ferroviária. A localização facilita muito o deslocamento, também usamos o estacionamento privado, que é de fácil acesso, próximo do hotel. O quarto é confortável, a única ressalva é o tamanho do box, que é muito pequeno. Outro detalhe foi que não recebemos voucher para o café da manhã, esqueci de perguntar no check-in e no outro dia a recepção não abriu no horário previsto. Mesmo assim, gostamos muito da hospedagem.

This property has been updated inside and is gorgeous. Each private room has everything you need and the mattresses were the most comfortable we had in Italy. The owners are very nice and willing to help with an early check-in and luggage storage. Definitely would come back.

Sehr zentral gelegene, saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Man ist in 5min am Bahnhof, wovon man Cinqie Terre erreicht. Wir waren nur 2 Tage da, und waren von der Unterkunft und der unkomplizierten Abwicklung begeistert. Auch das Parken im Parkhaus war gediegen mit 10€/d. Da wir komplett ausser-saison gereist sind, war es auch kein Platzproblem.

My friend and I stayed here for a night to explore Cinque Terre. The room was clean, comfortable, and so cute. We were able to store our bags there before and after check out to continue exploring. Easy access to the train station. Viola was amazing and so so helpful. We will 100% be back here!

En dag og en natt i La Spezia. Vi kom med bil, vanskelig å finne parkering i gatene da bi har relativt stor bil, så vi benyttet hotellets egen parkering. Litt dyrt med 35 euro pr døgn, men enkelt og trygt med god plass. Svært hyggelig betjening. God plass på rommet. Kort vei til togstasjonen.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen von zwei Damen, alles wurde gut erklärt und ins das Zimmer gezeigt. 35Euro pro Nacht für das Parking finde ich etwas überrissen. It was a bit of a challenge to locate the parking but I chalk that up to us being Americans and not the directions. But having reserve parking in a private parking garage was HUGE!! (Especially in the middle of town). We were greeted by the nicest Italian we have yet met here and she provided a lot of helpful information and recommendations for our stay! The room was cold, clean and very comfortable. I was just sad our stay was not longer. Food was close. Boat to Cinque Terre was only a 20 min walk. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

L accès à l hôtel n est pas facile, cependant il reste bien placé ( à proximité de la gare et du centre ville).Il est noté qu’un parking est disponible, la place de parking n est pas à proximité direct de l hôtel et est facturé 40euros la nuit, c est clairement abusé! L’accueil est agréable et professionnel malheureusement aucun services disponible et fermé le soir. Concernant la chambre… la propreté reste à revoir surtout le sol, la literie inexistante (clic clac), douche minuscule. Pour finir après avoir payé plus de 200 euros la chambre et 40 euros de parking vous décidez de faire un café dans la chambre et bien on vous demandera 1 euros de plus par petite dosette..

Un accueil très sympathique et en plus en Français. Malheureusement une odeur d'égouts persistante. Le ménage dans la chambre est succinct. Lit juste refait poubelles non vidées et sanitaires non nettoyé.serviettes non changées. Par contre très bien placé pour prendre le train pour les cinq terres.

Very difficult to navigate 1 way back streets to get to hotel. On arrival however, very lovely greeting Room was clean and neat but our big disappointment was that it smelled very moldy/mildewy. Biggest plus was location which was perfect - literally around the corner from the train station which took us to Cinque Terre

the room was very comfortable and clean. it is located conveniently near the train station (a little noise but nothing too bad to not get a good night sleep) and near the main street with a lot of restaurants. the room had A/C. We arrived late night and everything was clearly explained for the check in and car parking.

Room was gorgeous and close to the train station, staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room is semi below ground and damp. Even with heating my clothes were damp upon waking and there was that light basement smell. Further the room is right next to a street where cars and motorcycles pass all night and people were talking outside well past midnight. If you are a light sleeper with respiratory issues, this may not be for you. Otherwise a great option.

The answer to any question regarding access to the hotel or to parking was "I sent you that already". Then after we left, she wanted travel documentation sent over potentially unsecure networks. Should have been at the property to take care of business. I dont recommend this property and will not stay there again

It’s OK If you read instructions sent by the hotel with great attention. 7 minutes of walk to breakfast cafe. 3 minutes of walk to 5Terre train. A lot of cafes and restaurants around. Special thanks to Elettra who answered immediately and solved all the problems . She’s really the best

Sehr zentral gelegene, saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Man ist in 5min am Bahnhof, wovon man Cinqie Terre erreicht. Wir waren nur 2 Tage da, und waren von der Unterkunft und der unkomplizierten Abwicklung begeistert. Auch das Parken im Parkhaus war gediegen mit 10€/d. Da wir komplett ausser-saison gereist sind, war es auch kein Platzproblem.

This is a fabulous place to stay in La Spezzia especially if you are arriving by train. Only ten minute walk from the train station. Gorgeous rooms on ground level, very nice staff and easy walk to shopping and restaurants

The property is dated, room is small and dark, dusty. Linen is too old, needs to be replaced. It has excellent location, only 3 minute walk from the train station. The trade of is that it is noisy all day with street traffic and train running.

the room was very comfortable and clean. it is located conveniently near the train station (a little noise but nothing too bad to not get a good night sleep) and near the main street with a lot of restaurants. the room had A/C. We arrived late night and everything was clearly explained for the check in and car parking.

Stället är beläget väldigt nära tågstationen och centrum i Spezia. Mottagandet var fantastiskt och vi fick mycket och bra information och tips om hur vi kunde lägga upp våra vandringar i och mellan byarna i Chinque Terre. Även vilka restauranger som var bra. Det som drar ner betyget lite är att det inte serverades frukost på boendet samt att rummet låg på bottenvåningen med ingen utblick genom fönstret. Rummet var litet men funktionellt bra.

Check-in period is short but they allow self check-in with very clear instructions. Staff is quick to respond through whatsapp regarding any questions. Location is convenient, very close to the train station. Abundant dining options available nearby. Parking is also available and quite close.

O local é tranquilo, mesmo sendo ao lado da estação ferroviária. A localização facilita muito o deslocamento, também usamos o estacionamento privado, que é de fácil acesso, próximo do hotel. O quarto é confortável, a única ressalva é o tamanho do box, que é muito pequeno. Outro detalhe foi que não recebemos voucher para o café da manhã, esqueci de perguntar no check-in e no outro dia a recepção não abriu no horário previsto. Mesmo assim, gostamos muito da hospedagem.

The hotel was within 10 minutes walk to the La Spezia station and a few minutes walk to the Main Street with many restaurants which was very convenient. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us clear instructions how to get to the hotel and many recommendations on how we can travel to the Cinque Terre. The room was spacious and clean. The bed, the shower, everything is so comfy and made us felt like home. I personally think the actual room looked even nicer than the photo we saw online. Considering the price, we chose to stay in La Spezia instead of Cinque Terre. We all agreed we made the right choice and would definitely recommend this place to our friends .

L accès à l hôtel n est pas facile, cependant il reste bien placé ( à proximité de la gare et du centre ville).Il est noté qu’un parking est disponible, la place de parking n est pas à proximité direct de l hôtel et est facturé 40euros la nuit, c est clairement abusé! L’accueil est agréable et professionnel malheureusement aucun services disponible et fermé le soir. Concernant la chambre… la propreté reste à revoir surtout le sol, la literie inexistante (clic clac), douche minuscule. Pour finir après avoir payé plus de 200 euros la chambre et 40 euros de parking vous décidez de faire un café dans la chambre et bien on vous demandera 1 euros de plus par petite dosette..

Nuestra estancia fue de 1 noche, buena ubicacion cerca de la estacion del tren y la atencion de las 3 chicas de recepción fue Excelente. Céntrico, limpio, facil acceso, lavanderia, cafetería, restaurantes muy cerca. Recomendable!

Don’t waste your time. Good looking pics on internet. Staff their 3 hrs in afternoon to take care of issues. Sink leaked. Coffee machine worked off and on. Told staff still working off and on. Going to charge us 1.00 for each coffee cylinder We were there three night parking d $1000 for two rooms. Staff were polite but we had to keep asking for help in regards to tv and coffee machine. Had to ask for towels. Staff never went in room.

The space is compact—more like a hotel room than a full apartment—but it’s very comfortable, warm, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around Cinque Terre incredibly easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.
