The room was nice and the breakfast was great! The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. I liked the curtain that separated the sofa and bed areas. The parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of spaces when we were there. I was impressed by the breakfast, they had yogurt, waffles and everything needed for a breakfast sandwich. There was a bathroom in the lobby and the lots of places to sit.

I liked the size of the room we were in but the view was of the parking lot. They were renovating and the gym was closed also you really couldn't sit in the lobby because of the mess. The pool was open but there was a huge garbage container right next to it not a great sight.

The staff was great, the room was spacious and modern, great amenities, the free breakfast was amazing very tasty. The standing shower was refreshing. That pretzel bun egg sandwich soo good! A great hotel for a dog owner with small children. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back!

Definately staff was personable and efficient. Check in was quick. The free breakfast was good liked that they had ready to go breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately there were gounds in the coffee. Backup plan coffee in room save the day. Workout room had cycles and treadmill and other equipment which was nice because it was hot hot hot outside. Room was spacious and nice size refrigerator, microwave and dishes.

1:Shower walls had hair on them 2: Room had an odor, old stale 3: extra pillows had no pillow cases 4: calling front desk after 8:00pm was difficult to get an answer. 5: when front desk did answer they were less than hospitable. 6: unfortunately I will find a different Hotel for future stays. 7: I hope this feedback is a gift and used to create future travelers a better experience. 8: Anyone could enter elevators to any floor without a room key.

OUR CARPET WAS STAINED, BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH IT AS PREMADE SANDWICHES WERE HARD. i DID LIKE ROOM SIZE, GROUNDS WERE NICE. i DISLIKED A FAMILY HAD THEIR DOG DOWN AT THE POOL. POOL LOUNGE CHAIRS WERE RIPPED SO IT WAS SINKING RIGHT WERE YOUR BUTT SEAT.

We reserved and paid a $50 deposit for a room with two beds and was told it wasn’t available when we arrived. Our kids slept on a pullout couch instead of a bed. The room they had smelled like a combination of smoke and industrial strength air freshener. There were stains on the carpet and we were greeted by giant cockroaches in the morning. Definitely avoid.

Floors are sticky, housekeeping doesn’t fully clean room. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional with my boyfriend. Stayed here because it seemed like the best option in Katy near family but such a disappointment especially since it’s a Hilton hotel.

The front desk staff are great! I had breakfast once, and it was excellent! Convenient location. HOWEVER, the room was filthy! I cleaned the appliances, counters, desk chair, light switches, handles, etc myself! I tried to clean the filthy floors. Requests for cleaning and service, replacement of a missing clothes closet curtain were ignored for MANY DAYS! I picked up my towels from the front desk FOUR TIMES! Inexcusable!

The only I like is was the breakfast… but …The room was dirty. First thing the bathroom, I had hair in the sink, on the floor and in the bathtub. The bath soap was completely empty. I went down to ask for soap and the boy was very kind. When I went to bed I saw that the copper pillows were stained like makeup. And when fading the bed also full of hair. It was very frustrating. I went back downstairs and asked for clean bedding and to be able to make the bed myself to sleep. The boy downstairs left a note for a general cleaning. And they only made the bed, because they didn't do anything in the bathroom, it had the same hairs that they had the day before. They have to oriental the cleaning staff for a better performance.

My room (321) had a giant what looked like a pet stain on the carpet next to the first bed. The toilet wouldn’t flush on the first try, I had to flush it three or four times each time I used it. The pillows need to be replaced. And the TV didn’t have signals for two out of three days during my stay. Front desk staff said that something is being worked on. However, there was no signage to let the hotel guests know about it.

The property was good. I could say they didn’t really clean the rooms. Plates and cutlery have food residue, there was hair in the room from different people, dust and they room we were originally supposed to have was not ready do to them shampooing the carpets. We were told to come down the next day to change rooms and when we did the room was no longer available. No worry, the staff was great and accommodating. We received a mid week clean and it was just them fixing the bed and swiping the floor but no shower/sink cleaning. Just a wipe down. The breakfast was mid. Staff was amazing. Thank you

We like to walk to Jimmy Changas to eat and it's in the same parking lot. The breakfast has nice options and it's a short drive to Katy Mills Mall. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space in room. We stay here every time we come to Katy. A favorite!

Although the microwave didn't work and the housekeeper kept bothering us even after we told them we will be leaving close to noon check out time, our stay was very comfortable. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge was very nice and kind. At our arrival the manager helped us with our baggage. In general employees are very nice and attentive. Location is great. Safe and easy parking. There is a restaurant and a CVS at walkable distance.

Overall this hotel was a reasonably good value. That said, there were a few minor issues. I suspect these are typical of what to expect. Room issues: (1) room key lock is exceptionally difficult to operate. Something defective. Requires considerable fiddling. (2). Bathroom door difficult to operate. So much drag our kids cannot operate. Also bathroom lock difficult/impossible to operate. (3) underneath condiments tray on coffee bar considerable grunge needs cleaning. Other systems functioning well.

Our room at this property was one of the most well designed hotel rooms/suites we have ever stayed in. The staff was very professional. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast - sandwiches, eggs etc. were cold but that would not stop us from staying there again.

I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel. The walls were so thin. I could hear every noise from the room upstairs. It felt like I was living in an apartment. One night I had to call the front desk to ask the people in the upstairs room to not make so much noise. There was no safe in the room and no proper closet. I’m surprised that it’s a part of Hilton. Overall it was not a good experience.

I encountered a minor issue during check-in. I went back to the front desk and Ashlyn took excellent care of me. The issue was corrected immediately and Ashlyn made everything right. Something that could have been a big problem was made super easy to deal with an handle. Ashlyn went above and beyond, and provided top-notch customer service. I will definitely return to this property!

I’m sick from mold-virus in my room for ONE MONTH. Very poor response to requests for towels, etc. Most employees are nice; however, one RYDE, DISRESPECTFUL DAY PERSON ON FRONT DESK! Moved to a different room with walk in shower. MANY HEALTH, PRIVACY, and MAINTENANCE ISSUES! Assistant manager made excuses, but not solutions to many serious problems!

Excellent hotel, very clean, the staff very helpful, the breakfasts are very complete and it is well located with restaurants nearby and a CVS next to the hotel. It is easy to access from the freeway. Breakfast was good but they need a microwave. Some of the warm items were not hot enough. Did not serve decaf coffee. Room was nice but carpet could use a good cleaning.

Door handle in our room was broken. Otherwise it was very nice and clean and spacious. Ac worked very well. Breakfast was mediocre. The only thing that looked good were the biscuits and gravy but the gravy was already gone at 9am and they didn’t bring more even though there was an hour left. The employees also didn’t speak English.
