My room was not cleaned on the last day of my visit. When I asked the front desk if any other room was available, I was told none were. I then asked if room could be cleaned (change sheets, etc,). I was told no staff was available to perform service, and was handed sheets to perform the task for myself. In all my years traveling, I have never seen such poor service. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again, nor will I tell others to.

First time staying at this Hampton. Arrived at night and could not initially find the building entrance as the hotel is located in an older downtown neighborhood and there is no parking lot. Parking is underground. Once I found the lobby entrance and Jackie guided me where to park, all was good. Staff, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities... were as I expect from a Hampton...all excellent. Would stay here again.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Parking was really tight with my truck but it was doable.

Underground parking. Staff was helpful when I called ahead for a request. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. View was of an alleyway, meh. Better value compared to other nearby national chains for similar quality, speaking from experience.
