Advertised free access to parking garage. The hotel is in a bad area with lots of break-ins so this was very important to me. Checked in at 5 pm, only two hours after check-in began and was told tyere was no more parking left (which they are charging additional for, claiming their website and Expedia sites are out of date). “The parking garage is already full ll” and I and everyone else checking in was told to park on the street. I said I booked the hotel because it had a secure garage and parking was included. No “sorry”, no concessions. Response was a smug tough sh$t. Hope my car doesn’t get broken into. Bottom line is this property LIES. Shame on Hilton.

The room was a little musty - and the window had bird droppings on it, making it harder to enjoy the view. They also charged $10 for parking when the website said it was free parking - so a little disappointing.

Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived to check in, it was down for quite some time and we had to wait several hours before we could come back to check in. However the staff was COMPLETELY honest and helpful courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to make contact as soon as the manager arrived, on a weekend late at night, and manually entered us into a beautiful room with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. No hot tub though :(

The parking garage is a nightmare. Parking spots so tight someone's car is going to get dinged and or impossible to get out of the car. Garage exit difficult to find.

Most staff was great only one person was not thinking clearly. The person who checked us in forgot to give us an information we needed. I had to go back to the front desk later for the information I needed. All interactions with the staff was pleasant. The facility was great except the shower drain was plugged. I let the front desk know. Immediately a staff member came to fix the issue. I like that my parking was in a secure garage.

This property was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was perfect for our family. The pool was small with no hot tub, but it was good just swimming around in the winter. Beds were comfortable, rooms were extraordinarily clean and had such a beautiful view of the water. Showers/bath water was warm and although didn't run hot, was good enough for my stay. It was very close, less than a five minute drive/uber ride to waterfront which was near Muse whiskey and coffee bar and Scuttlebutt brewery and it is a short walk to arena and Mazatlan Mexican restaurant. All in all a perfect stay and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you so very much.

Not much staff around and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk upon check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Prefer to have the personal toiletries rather than communal bottles attached to walls in bathroom. Pool was very dirty and appeared to not have filter system working so did not take a chance going in it. Breakfast was good, nice selection.

Hotel was quiet and clean in the common areas. There was a dirty shirt left on the floor in our room, presumably from a previous tenant, which makes me question how much vacuuming actually got done. Noticed that the bed skirt was pretty dirty as well while doing a bed bug check (I do that everywhere, terrified of the little buggers). But everything else was manifestly pleasant. Breakfast spread was excellent. Front desk was always staffed with friendly people. Really appreciated the local area for walking around and shopping. Underground parking was terrific. Overall very positive stay.

Our room was extremely dirty! I have pictures and I wish I could leave them with my review! The floors were absolutely disgusting not vacuumed or mopped! Sticky! The headboards had nasty stuff all over them!! The thermostat had mold in it! I could go on! Please save your self and go somewhere else!

Have stayed at this property before (5th time in 26 months). The hotel is clean, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed/Mattress is good Bathroom extremely clean. Check in this time, we waitied in the lobby for about 5 minutes with no employee in sight, we ended up calling to ask if we could check in. Area around the property is decent,you will encounter homeless people on the sidewalk if you walk anywhere

Location not in a pretty location, looks very industrial. The noise in the street is not muffled. The room appeared clean at first till we opened the drawer, all kinds of stuff from previous occupant was still in drawer, so can’t really trust the cleaning.

We stayed here just to have a weekend in the upper Seattle area. To enjoy some good food and drinks. The room we rented was a water view. It was nice just wish we could have stayed on a higher floor. The room was nice the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel was decent. Beds were marginally comfortable. I booked a double queen for my 14y/o son and I and they switched us to a king and a sofa bed. Not exactly happy about that and their tvs are terrible. Not that you go to a hotel to watch tv. But they still suck. The breakfast buffet was the best thing about the place and that was just ok too.

It's a fairly nice hotel for price. Beds are a little uneven, but was able to get comfortable in the center of the mattress; would not be comfortable for two people. Biggest issue is noise. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear your neighbor's television loud and clear. Very annoying.

We were really happy with our brief stay at the Hampton. The staff member at check-in was friendly, and allowed us to change our room without any issues. The room itself was just right - comfortable bed, beautiful view of the Everett sunset from the 5th floor, a large shower and clean bathroom. The free breakfast had lots of options and one of the nicest eating areas I’ve seen in a hotel like this. Other reviews have mentioned the street noise; this is probably worse at lower levels but on the 5th floor there was no issue. Underground parking was safe, easy and clean as well. The hotel was only a 2 minute drive from the marina and pier, where there are many nice restaurants looking out across the water.

I booked 2 queen beds, but they provided me 1 bed and a sofa bed. I was told that they have me the room because of booking via third party like Expedia. The sofa bed is poor because I can feel the bed flame when laid down on it. The hotel manager said that the room is updated to King instead of 2 queen, but the king bed is so small like a queen. I don’t want to stay again.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I had reserve a room with 2 queen size beds in July, when we entered our room, there was only one bed and a convertable hideabed. I went back to the desk and was invormed that they had overbooked the type of room I reserved, and because I had booked through Expedia and was not a Hilton Honors members, my type of room was not garenteed. We were not give free Wifi (which was stated that all visitor get on the hotel web site) because I am not a Hilton Honors member. The hide-a-bed was horrible, causing a bad nights sleep. The next morning when we tried to take showers there was no hot water, the front desk said to let the water run and the hot would come. After 5 minutes of running water on complete hot, the water was still cool. There was a variety of choses for breakfast, but the scrambled eggs were barely warm, and the pastries were stail. The next time I come to Everett I will definately pick a different hotel to stay at.

When we got there, they said we had already checked in, the staff had give our room to someone else, and checked them in under my name. We had to wait for over an hour for the staff to figure out what happened and then get us another room. Apparently, they didn't check the person's ID and just assumed that the person was me, it was appalling. I have never had this happen to me.

Staff were very enthusiastic however they just was not enough of them. I was in town for a conference and stayed for four nights and just found a lot of little things that were time consuming because they didn’t operate quite correctly or there was not a staff person available. Started with registration. No one is at the desk and I had to wait several minutes until a staff person returned. She was very apologetic and apparently was the only one working at that time parentheses around 5:00 PM. Examples of some of the minor inconveniencesincluded, remote control on the television that did not work very well, heating controls that were a little iffy, water that seemed to take forever to get warm, shampoo and body gel conditioners were extremely high and difficult to reach, and computers that were not hooked to the Internet. Not huge things just annoying and time-consuming. Anytime I complained staff were quick to respond, but frequently they would be helping other guests and I had to wait until they were available to explain my problem. Breakfast was very good and the staff again were very congenial. Rooms were clean daily and towels replaced which I appreciated. I did not use the pool however it looked very clean. I would I would stay there again for a one night trip, but not for an extended stay.

The rooms were stylish for the price and the view from our room was nice. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and bars (for those interested.) I appreciated the continental style breakfast, which had loads of options so that even the fussiest of travelers would find something to nosh on. The fact that the dining room was on the sixth floor with a stellar view was a nice touch - kind of added a feeling of poshness to our stay. There was a pool and an exercise room, so it was easy to stay on track with an exercise regime (or if you needed to burn off some calories from eating too much from the local fare (and there are some tempting establishments right around the corner, I assure you.) The staff was friendly and attentive. Parking in the underground gated lot is complementary and it felt absolutely safe leaving my car there. If you're not packing a whole lot of kit with you, there is easy street parking, too. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Seattle in Everett. You will not be disappointed.

We tend to come and stay at this property 2-3 times a year (over the past 4 years), and we have come to expect a bit of a standard. But this stay was a bit below the standard we have had in the past. First parking in the underground garage was free, this has now changed to $10 per night. Second, the wifi, while free is very hit and miss (very slow), there is an option for a paid higher speed. Third, upon arrival a little after 3pm I went to take a shower, even after 10 minutes of running the shower, the water barley got warm. The free breakfast is good, but items we not replenished when the ran out (with a limited offering it did not leave many options), but for a free breakfast it is good. We will stay here again, and hope this was a one off less than ideal experience.

Property was clean and staff was good, although very limited and did not see any workers around. Area around the facility was average. Also, the breakfast buffet was average or below as well. Overall, good stay because it was quiet and elevator access was convenient to the room. It would be cool if there was room service or restaurant available. The room was very comfortable. I would stay again.

The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic, although we are a gluten-free family, so it would be cool if they added another option for that. The pool was clean, however they were running very low on towels. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay there again.
