Nice pool and hot tub. Front desk staff friendly and welcoming. The floor above us was VERY creaky, I would recommend staying on the 2nd floor so you can be the creak-ee rather than listening to someone walk the floor all night.

This hotel is very nice for the price. It was very clean and you could tell it had been updated. The one downside was no elevator. However the front desk gentleman was very accommodating and also friendly and able to move me to the first floor. I loved that they had a hot tub and that it stayed open till midnight. This is a plus to stay again. One downside is there isn’t really anything around it as far as food options or stores. I usually only stay in the higher end hotels but I was pleasantly surprised and will be staying again when in town visiting family.

Overall the hotel was okay, the staff was pleasant and nice. There’s no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up a long flight of stairs, which is hard when you have bad knees! It was also nice and quiet which was great for sleeping and there’s a microwave and refrigerator in the room which is very convenient.

The hotel looks more run down than pictures show. Hot tub was broken while we were there, but they did turn up the heat in the pool, which was open until midnight. We just stayed on night so it was fine for what we needed.

Bathrooms were terrible. Floors disgusting, showers didn’t drain, mildew in bathroom. Bedding had multiple yellow stains on both beds. Shower curtain was stained purple in multiple spots. Spiders in the rooms. Service was fast though when needed. Lock to the door broke and toilet stopped working but they were quick to fix both. Outside of building is run down and needs major touch ups. Hallways smell really bad, like smoke.

Hotel room was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, the tub had paint, drywall mud and who knows what else stuck in the bottom. The bathroom floor was yucky with gunk in the corners from not mopping well. Carpet floors left out socks black and had hair all over. Bed sheets and towels were not white, they had a yellow tint. The room had a horrible musty smell. Would not recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Several aspects of my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Specifically, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was hair in the shower, and I observed what appeared to be buggies on the headboard. Furthermore, the rugs felt unclean underfoot. In addition, I found the staff at the front desk to be unwelcoming and unhelpful. This level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable and significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would appreciate it if you would address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for other guests. Positives - Comfortable bed; Climate control worked well; TV, fridge, shower, everything worked. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Negatives - Toilet seat only attached by one bolt; Dim lighting in bathroom. Bathroom door handle very loose; No towel rods in bathroom. Shower surround and tub need replacing or deep clean. Several spots on walls with paint chipped off. Drawers were not clean and visible dust on top of hair dryer and wall sconce. This hotel was a mix of the new and updated and the old and dingy. If they had gone a bit farther with the update, it would be great. I'm sure for a budget hotel it's at the upper end, but that made the sub-standard spots stand out. The price point worked for all parties in our large group and we loved the hot tub and pool. But I'd spend a bit more on another property if I had my choice.

Itt looked like they were remodeling the room and were not finished. i.e. no bath towel racks. The door was old and had no dead bolt or slide lock. No tv guide. However, it was very clean and comfortable.

I had a family emergency and went to ask if I could have my money back for the following night that I booked. The answer was NO because of I needed a 24hr notice. I asked if I could get a discount towards another stay next time I was in town and they told me NO again. It seemed liked once they had there $$ they didn't care for the guest. I wasn't impressed by all means.

What we liked most about the hotel was its location to the venue we were attending. Quiet room and excellent service. Our only dislike, which was not the fault of the hotel, was some other disrespectful guests smoking in their non-smoking room. We informed the front desk and were moved to another room with plenty of apologies.

It was clean. They were very accommodating for us. The person who checked us in was so friendly and he was always around. We asked if he ever took time off and he said he did but he was there the next morning checking on everything. I love the location, it was close to everything I needed. Only good comments on this hotel from me.

It is a basic 2-star hotel. The front desk staff was nice and helpful during check in. Throughout the day the people staying upstairs from us were loud, stomping and jumping. We were fine with that until it kept going until past 4am. We called and texted the front desk multiple times. They said they knocked on the door and called the room with no answer. It did not stop, and it was horrible. We should have called the police. They said they would reimburse my early check in fee and offered a discount on our next stay.. approximately $40 of comp is not sufficient to make up for what we experienced. This place did not take care of the problem, we will never be coming back.

Property was great! Room great although the phone didn’t work and our room wasn’t cleaned. We were gone from 7 am till 8 pm the second day but when told front desk leaving the morning of 3rd day we were told Wyndham only cleans every other day. There was no notification in the room or anywhere about that. The room was beautiful though, the free breakfast best we’ve had, and the people very nice!
