It is great that it is a proper motel: you can drive right up to your room unload your car and not go through to many doors or up down stairs. Staff are very help full and many restaurants are 10 min walking distance

This is definitely an older property but the rooms are very clean and the beds were comfortable but the parking lot was a disaster. It was full of holes in all broken up so just be careful parking put the area around the hotel has lots of dining options and it was really convenient off the highway because we just stayed for the night.

This is a very clean motel with friendly staff. Check in was easy and I was greeted with very friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Although the property doesn’t look like much from the parking lot, the room was recently updated and very clean and comfortable. Hotel was very affordable compared to others in the area. I would be happy to stay again!

It was very reasonable for cost, appeared quite clean but I made the mistake of forgetting my slippers and my feet were black, the floor was sticky and very dirty. The curtains didn’t quite close so asked the person in charge and they temporarily managed to cover the 1-2 feet gap. Wouldn’t have been so bad however it was a clear view of the bed kind of creepy.

We stayed over thanksgiving 2023. The room was a nice size. The staff was very friendly. The parking was adequate. The room came equipped with everything you would need. Bed, TV, Coffee, Towels. Starbucks down the road. There were only few issues; 1) Our bedsheets had a few stains. (blood?) But they were on the bottom. 2) Thin walls. We could hear cars parking and the neighbors. However overall it was an enjoyable experience and it was cheap at 100$ for one night stay.

The room was clean and spotless. The restaurants are near by or even Walmart is some foot steps away. I would definitely recommend the room to anyone who are looking to stay for a night or longer.

The Elect 5 Inn was a centrally located, serviceable motel that was very budget friendly. We stayed in a 2 queen room and the first one we were given smelled of ammonia but the front office was quick to switch us to a new room on request. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Shower towels were small and the provided soap and shampoo were minimal. We brought our own so it was fine. Shower pipes were switched (hot/cold) but otherwise worked well. Wifi worked great. Sitting near the A/C was a bit noisy on high but fine on low.

Reception by Jay was excellent. As we were tired, Check in was quick. Room size is good. In-room amenities are good and the service was brilliant. We asked for some extra coffee and towels and Jay was helped us with that.

One night budget staying only; hotel is old and is not in good shape, the A/C is very noisy; the bedding cover looks dirty. Location is convenient and close by shopping center, restaurant, biking distance to water front trial and to US border bridge; the water front trial is very nice. Hotel provided wifi is ok. Somehow does not feel very secure or a safe place to stay based on the surroundings and other guests appearance.

An excellent stay from reception to updated room with all new furnishings. Was great to have restaurants across the street as well. Tim’s was just up the street and easy walking distance or stopping in on your way back to the highway. Excellent valve for your money. We will be back.
