Excellent place to stay, central Ginza. Only downside was at breakfast only one coffee machine for lots of guests and toaster was worthless.

Slighly dissapointing welcome not very warm, our room was clearly not the best in calss for that type with absolutely no view except of another building. The hotell dod not seem full so it could have been possible. Rooms are small but very clean with hanging spaces a seperate Japanese toilet and a great shower and a desk too. Bed was very comfortable. There were slippers in the room but i they were not the disposable type and did not seem the type to be cleaned or replaced, a bit icky really. Breakfast was a good buffet , and you could order an al a carte dish, scrampled eggs and an omelette the one day both nothing ot rave about. But good buffett selection of salads fish cheeses etc. Location is fantastic, close to metro and walking distance to Ginza main shopping areas and restauarants

Room was actually quite spacious, was expecting on the smaller size for twin bed room, it was cosy and had large window overlooking main shopping street. Bathroom was very clean though toilet is separate would have been nice if it was also in bathroom. Staff is knowledgable and fast. Bed was nice & firm also the blanket. Location is smack dab Ginza shopping, however, too far to walk to Tokyo Station, you're better off taking a cab if you need to take an airport train, less hassle.
