Das Junior Apartment war sehr angenehm, neu, nett gestaltet, groß, gute Lage, da durch den Innenhof von der Straße getrennt. Da sich der Heißwasserboiler im Raum befindet, macht er kurz Lärm, wenn er wieder ladet. Gut regulierbare Klimaanlage und gutes WIFI. Der Check-in am späteren Abend erwies sich im Vorfeld etwas umständlich mit mehreren Mails und Telefonaten, klappte dann aber, dank eines gesendeten Videos problemlos. Sehr nett war die unerwartete Frühstücks Verpflegung, Obst, Joghurts...Küchenzeile war vollständig eingerichtet. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder wählen

I appreciate that someone was still in the check-in office when I arrived late, I was unable to call amid travels and luckily was able to check in late. The location is great, a 10-15 min walk to Duomo. It is a very secure apartment. The elevator to the room is convenient to transport luggage to your room. I also appreciated the fruit, snacks and beverages provided. Bed is comfy, apartment very clean and modern.

First of all, I highlight the particularly kind, attentive, helpful and sympathic staff of Residenza Isabella. They contributed very much to my overall satisfaction with my stay. The apartment was modern and well-equiped, the AC worked perfectly and even a washing maschine was available. As I lenjoy walking through cities, I did not mind that the location was not in the very heart of the city, which though is conveniently reachable by foot, metro or eScooter/eBike. Personally, I'd recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great stay, very accommodating and welcoming staff, very happy with the room. Please note that when you arrive, there is no great place to stop with the car outside the place, and the office is not very well indicated. Once we managed to connect with the staff though, we got excellent help with sorting ou the parking and the rest. Thanks a lot!

What a wonderful experience! The b&b is located about a ~17 min walk to the Duomo di Milan and the area around it felt very safe and exciting! We had a problem with connecting to the WiFi and Ruan very quickly came to our room to solve the problem. He was very attentive and caring, so great! Room had a cute view of a casual Italian street, giving a very authentic vibe. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, so much food and all so yummy; it felt never-ending! Overall, I would recommend this stay!

Wonderful stay! We were greeted and shown around the property by a very friendly and helpful lady. The accommodation is in a good location with a metro stop nearby and a comfortable 20 minute walk to Duomo. The accommodation was well equipped and very safe. The only minor negative is that we sent a WhatsApp message to the contact number provided and we didn’t receive a reply or a resolution to our question, also, one side of the mattress had a dip in it, so my husband didn’t sleep well. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Emplacement idéal, à 15 min du Duomo.. Le studio est niquel, bien équipé. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour à Milan. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Un parking est dispo moyennant 20 euros mais pratique et rassurant pour votre auto. Le seul bémol est la clim.. Elle fait énormément de bruit et même à 18 degrés, elle met un temps fou à refroidir l'appart. De plus elle se met en sécurité toute seule et s'arrête . Il faut la rallumer manuellement pour la relancer.

The place was updated and clean. The person who checked us in was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was just ok. Options like yogurt, fruit, juice, water, but pastries were retail-wrapped and some a bit dry. Within walking distance of the Duomo. Overall a good value.

We stayed 4 nights at the Residenza Isabella. Enzo and Isabella made us feel like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Lots of places to eat and have fun! If you prefer to take the the metro there is a station 5 minutes from the Residenza. The daily breakfast was excellent and Sonia took great care of us every morning. Unlike other corporate hotels the room was cleaned daily and the coffee and other amenities replaced. We highly recommend staying at this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff; loved the location and the convenience of the apartment. Very nice of them to include some breakfast confections & juice & yogurt! Would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I have is to incorporate a hand held shower. Currently the overhead shower doesn’t allow flexibility for those who don’t wish to get their heads wet, or for smaller children who need help bathing.

This apartment was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided us with a selection of breakfast snacks which came in handy. The bed was vey comfortable and the décor was tastefully done. Great location for site seeing. The Duomo 10-15 walk. I will happily stay there again next time. Highly recommended

It is a pleasant enough hotel, though not central. You need to take the Metro. I had a lot of trouble checking in as we arrived late and my phone was not enabled. There is no reception.

Our stay was so comfortable and memorable, highly recommend this spot if you are staying in Milan and plan to walk around the city! We were traveling with our infant and the staff were super accommodating - we will definitely be back!

Fint hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til seværdigheder. Indtjekning var dog besværlig. Vi kom ved 12 tiden og kunne tjekke ind kl 15. Kufferterne kunne afleveres et sted lige i nærheden af hotellet og fint nok. Vi skulle imidlertid hente kufferterne kl 15, da indleveringsstedet ikke var bemandet hele tiden. Det gav et afbræk på turen til Milano City, da vi måtte afbryde turen for at stille bagagen på hotellet. Da vi næste morgen ville aflevere nøglerne kl 11 (hvor kontoret åbnede) var intet personale mødt.

This was a nice place to stay as well in Milan. It served our purposes well. A couple of things: the address provided for check in was "Via Della Commenda, 25" (so number 25 on that street). We used google maps to find it and arrived at large wooden doors. This was the wrong place. The office for check in is two doors down and does not have a street number on it, but the window does say La Residenze Isabella. This caused confusion and took us ten minutes to find the right place after calling the host. She was insistent that the office was number 25 even though that number was two doors down. Also, breakfast was included in our costs but breakfast was fruit and yogurt left in the room with packaged/commercial cookies and baked goods. This was a little disappointing and not worth whatever extra cost breakfast would have been had it been provided more traditionally. We were there four nights and after the second night someone came by late afternoon to ask if we needed anything. We asked for extra towels. Housekeeping only came on night three, and was there around 5pm when we returned from our day of outings so the timing was awkward as we were in the way of the work he needed to do. He was very nice and did a good job, but we didn't think this was the best scheduling.

What a wonderful experience! The b&b is located about a ~17 min walk to the Duomo di Milan and the area around it felt very safe and exciting! We had a problem with connecting to the WiFi and Ruan very quickly came to our room to solve the problem. He was very attentive and caring, so great! Room had a cute view of a casual Italian street, giving a very authentic vibe. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, so much food and all so yummy; it felt never-ending! Overall, I would recommend this stay!

This apartment was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided us with a selection of breakfast snacks which came in handy. The bed was vey comfortable and the décor was tastefully done. Great location for site seeing. The Duomo 10-15 walk. I will happily stay there again next time. Highly recommended

First of all, I highlight the particularly kind, attentive, helpful and sympathic staff of Residenza Isabella. They contributed very much to my overall satisfaction with my stay. The apartment was modern and well-equiped, the AC worked perfectly and even a washing maschine was available. As I lenjoy walking through cities, I did not mind that the location was not in the very heart of the city, which though is conveniently reachable by foot, metro or eScooter/eBike. Personally, I'd recommend this place to my family and friends.

The place was updated and clean. The person who checked us in was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was just ok. Das Junior Apartment war sehr angenehm, neu, nett gestaltet, groß, gute Lage, da durch den Innenhof von der Straße getrennt. Da sich der Heißwasserboiler im Raum befindet, macht er kurz Lärm, wenn er wieder ladet. Gut regulierbare Klimaanlage und gutes WIFI. Der Check-in am späteren Abend erwies sich im Vorfeld etwas umständlich mit mehreren Mails und Telefonaten, klappte dann aber, dank eines gesendeten Videos problemlos. Sehr nett war die unerwartete Frühstücks Verpflegung, Obst, Joghurts...Küchenzeile war vollständig eingerichtet. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder wählen

I appreciate that someone was still in the check-in office when I arrived late, I was unable to call amid travels and luckily was able to check in late. The location is great, a 10-15 min walk to Duomo. It is a very secure apartment. The elevator to the room is convenient to transport luggage to your room. I also appreciated the fruit, snacks and beverages provided. Bed is comfy, apartment very clean and modern.

The family running the stay couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating. Easy check in and we were spoiled with an excellent Sunday breakfast the next day at their restaurant next door.

We stayed 4 nights at the Residenza Isabella. Enzo and Isabella made us feel like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Lots of places to eat and have fun! If you prefer to take the the metro there is a station 5 minutes from the Residenza. The daily breakfast was excellent and Sonia took great care of us every morning. Unlike other corporate hotels the room was cleaned daily and the coffee and other amenities replaced. We highly recommend staying at this place!

Touring 9 cities in Italy and staying 1 or 2 nights at each city, I wanted a front desk type check-in. When I go somewhere for a week, I use the vacay sites.

Great place to stay, I had a rocky start at registration, train was 30 min late (after check in time) and she patiently waited for me! It was too late for me to go out for food so her basket of snacks and fruit were so welcome. The bed was fantastic! It’s a little noisy in the am, but not terrible. Will totally stay again if I am in Milan!!!
