The description didn't mention a shared space. When we asked for the AC, the 1st receptionist said it's illegal to turn on the AC now because it's not in season. We had to sleep with the window open and got chewed by mosquitos. They didn't have a fan. The 2nd night, the 2nd receptionist gave us the AC remote without issues. This experience would have been better if the first night we would have gotten the ac remote. It makes all the difference. It was was weird that they kept the door key whenever we left the room. They went in our room without us knowing to make the bed. We would have appreciated a do not disturb sign. Other than that, it was a safe hotel.

Es una propiedad que en mi consideración, es para una estancia de 1, o max. 2 días. No tiene camas muy cómodas y el ruido se filtra muy fácilmente en las habitaciones. Para salir y entrar tienes que dejar las llaves en recepción y notamos que cobran extra si uno quisiera encender el A/C. (en ningún lado de la reserva lo mencionan). Por otro lado, considero que deben informar desde la reserva que tienen un gato como mascota. Aunque se sabe que aceptan mascotas, no es lo mismo a que un huesped lleve y se quede en su habitación, a que el lugar tenga una que esté por todos lados. Por último, compartir que el personal nocturno fue muy muy amable en nuestra estancia.

Chose this hotel for it's location between the 2 main rail stations in Milan. We arrived late and left early due to rail connections. We were checked-in easily even though it was approx 11pm. We did not have / book breakfast at the property. Room was very basic, but clean and had AC. Bathroom is shared - and we knew this at the time of booking, so no surprises. It was clean and functional - we were probably the first to use it on the day of departure so can't comment on what it's condition or waiting times may (or may not) have been later. This was a basic hotel and the price reflected that so with our experience I can't really complain. And yes, we saw the cat - very cute - in the reception.

Mosquitos in the room and the room is not very clean. Many shoe marks on walls for the killing of mosquitos. Shared toilets and shower is fairly clean. The staff don’t allow you to stay in the lobby which is the common area when you check out because their policy don’t allow which sucks.

Very clean and convenient accommodation, staff looked after bags and transferred them into our room as we arrived before check in time. Room was cleaned daily and the shared bathroom was clean. When I booked I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded expectations and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay close to Milan Centrale Station

For a two star hotel I must say it exceeded expectations. One of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed in. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Leo the resident cat. The only thing we didn’t like was the shared bathroom but that is only because we prefer facilities in the rooms we stay in. That being said it was Spotless! Great place to stay for a night or two if you can look past the shared bathroom. Plus it’s located minutes from the train station and metro is close as well.

WE ENDED UP WITH BED BUG BITES AND AN INFESTATION. THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. We had to share a bathroom with random people that had hair everywhere. We had to leave our keys with the front desk all day. They are a hostel not a hotel. Will never go back

The guest house front desk guy was rather rude, the breakfast was very uninspiring, but the worst was that the room where I slept was towards Via Pirelli (and on top of a very vibrant metro line) with no sound insulation, so I did not get any sleep after 5.30 in the morning. Having a shared bathroom was not a problem for me, but might be for others?

Muy muy pet friendly. Nos recibió una gatita hermosa. El balcón era amplio pero no lo usamos. La habitación más grande que tuvimos en este viaje. Muy cómoda. El baño estaba afuera de la habitación y eso fue una nueva experiencia para nosotros. Pero muy limpio el baño. Los que nos atendieron fueron top.

Estadia tranquila o único problema que tivemos foi que tínhamos 2 diárias com reservas diferentes e o rapaz que não peguei o nome o único que não era asiático foi muito grosseiro batendo na porta dizendo que era hora do checkout eu deitado na cama pq minha esposa que abriu a porta de tanto que batia e eu explicando para ele que er duas reservas, e ele não queria saber e queria que saíssemos na hora, tive que pegar as reservas e mostrar para ele. Ai entendeu e nem se desculpou. No mais tudo ok limpo tranquilo e os demais funcionários todos foram muitos solicitos. Perderam minhas 5 estrelas por conta deste funcionário grosso

The staff we met the first day was horrible. We came early 11am to the property as our flight reached early, we had written to the property earlier for early check in on whicb they said it can be done at 1pm. The guy at reception refused to listen to us and kept saying 2pm, 2pm only. Then we asked him to keep our luggage, as soon as he took it he asked us to leave. We were with two small and coming from long trip so we asked him if we could stay for 5 to 10mins in the lobby, he was arrogant and repeatedly started saying leave now, not even 2 mins. As we came from outside of country so my wife was only looking at wifi so that we can go to nearby places, this guy even refused us wifi access which was apparently free and said this can only be used once you check in. The staff we met the first day was horrible. We came early 11am to the property as our flight reached early, we had written to the property earlier for early check in on whicb they said it can be done at 1pm. The guy at reception refused to listen to us and kept saying 2pm, 2pm only. Then we asked him to keep our luggage, as soon as he took it he asked us to leave. We were with two small and coming from long trip so we asked him if we could stay for 5 to 10mins in the lobby, he was arrogant and repeatedly started saying leave now, not even 2 mins. As we came from outside of country so my wife was only looking at wifi so that we can go to nearby places, this guy even refused us wifi access which was apparently free and said this can only be used once you check in. This was my second stay here and it was perfect! If you are staying in Milan for a night or two and want to be near the train this is the perfect spot. Great for solo travellers too, very safe! The subway is by the too, only 4 stops to the duomo and main areas for shopping. Comfortable bedding. Very clean. Friendly 24hr staff.

The room was ok and the shared bathroom was ok, however before we checked out we asked if we could leave the bags behind and rest for a bit upon our return( walk from Duomo to the house-30 minutes) and we were denied rest! I even asked if we could buy a couple of beers( from their property) to stay in the patio(which was empty) while I rested for like 15 minutes while my cell charged a bit and was denied saying that by that time we would’ve been checked out! We couldn’t stay not even 5 minutes! The resident cat was really cute though!

Very clean and convenient accommodation, staff looked after bags and transferred them into our room as we arrived before check in time. Room was cleaned daily and the shared bathroom was clean. When I booked I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded expectations and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay close to Milan Centrale Station

The room is clean, but the wall is not voice-proof. One of front desk was not polite at all. He rudely asked my son to go inside from the lobby area. One day he was arguing with a lady, we can hear their quarrels clearly in our hotel room. It was so annoying.

So far the worst expierience I’ve ever had on a hotel. The personel was rude and reckless. I arrived at around noon and they told me I had to leave and return at 2pm. Then after check in i realized it has a shared bathroon ( like a hostel), the room was super hot and when asked for water they told me had to go to get it from the tap in the bathroom. At night I got some food from the supermarket in front of the hotel and returned to the hotel and they didn’t had microwave and I asked the guy if I could eat it at the balcony on the reception and he said no. Worst was after check out I left my lugagge there and after a while my phone was almost dead so I returned to the hotel to charge it before leavig to the airport and the girl who was there told me I couldn’t stay there even just for 15-20 minutes to charge my phone. I had my luggage there so tried to explained just wanted to charge my phone before leaving and she was very rude and unhelpful. Again, worst hotel I’ve been and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay in Milano...it was incredible. The hotel is situated in the middle of a busy and vibrant area. Shops, cafes and restaurants are conveniently located. The hotel is clean and rooms are confortable. The shared bathroom was very clean. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful...and their cat was adorable!

Chose this hotel for it's location between the 2 main rail stations in Milan. We arrived late and left early due to rail connections. We were checked-in easily even though it was approx 11pm. We did not have / book breakfast at the property. Room was very basic, but clean and had AC. Bathroom is shared - and we knew this at the time of booking, so no surprises. It was clean and functional - we were probably the first to use it on the day of departure so can't comment on what it's condition or waiting times may (or may not) have been later. This was a basic hotel and the price reflected that so with our experience I can't really complain. And yes, we saw the cat - very cute - in the reception.

It was good staying in this Guest House. The guys on reception were very nice and friendly. The room was big and very clean. The House is close to Milano Grand Central Station and Milano Central Market where you can eat very well all kind of food and it is 25 minutes to The Duomo and Vittorio Emanuel Gallery.

Central station ve Metroya çok yakın oluşu büyük avantaj. Bir apartmanın 2 dairesini otel olarak kullanıyorlar anladığım kadarıyla. 24 saat resepsiyon açık ve ortak alanlar kamerayla izleniyor.
